Arslan's Kebab in Gloucester

Ordered large kebabs and received the smallest kebabs I’ve ever seen, food quality was good but portion size was a joke. Won’t be ordering again as it presents no value in the slightest.

Delivery was late, food was cold, was no apology from the driver for why they were late

Very impressed. Burger was very good and moist. Kebab was excellent and the crispiest chips I've ever had. Definitely ordering again.

Although I've been pleased with an order from here before, today was terrible! Ordered 2x large chicken shish kebabs. Tiny cubes of dry chicken, put together would be less than 1 chicken breasts. Small portion of salad, and the pitta was so dry because the chicken was so dry. Probably the worst £24 I have ever spent. I was still starving so went and got a small one from Charlie's, which has at least twice the amount of chicken and a generous portion of salad, including chilli's, which this one didn't even include. Lesson learnt, don't be lazy and go for this because it offers delivery, drive to Charlie's!

Food took over 2 and a half hours to arrive and was cold

Literally live less than a mile away, my food as stone cold and they missed items.

I don't recommended this restaurant if you want to order some food. I am justeat driver, i come to collect my order, i give order number to staff then they give me the order and i ask if this is the whole order they said yes, soo i believe them but when i delivered the order client said to me that's not whole order. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. and i will report this restaurant to just eat

Usually happy with the Kebab but due to delivery taking a long time with driver and ? Other stops food sadly arrived cold and due to salad inae to reheat a lot of it

Food was cold. VERY SMALL portions ... medium kebab and chips had 6 small pieces of donner meat. Called restaurant and they were very unhelpful ..the lady was very rude ... will NEVER use again. Food was awful and had to be thrown away. Disgusting service. Requested a full refund as not edible.

Got the order wrong. Chicken shish didn’t taste of chicken at all. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Packing the burger in with the meat and chips absolutely ruined the burger.

Fantastic food. Best kebab in Gloucester by far and we’ve tried a few! Really good portion sizes and very tasty meat. Lovely and fresh! Only feedback would be that sauce was already on the chicken nuggets and we would have preferred it on the side as it was a bit vinegary. Apart from that, great food

Burger did not sit right with me for days after eating it and I ask for bbq sauce with the 1 chips and they cake the chips in sauce.

Chicken Shish Kebab was absolutely delicious, so tasty, moíst and tender! Only small complaint was that the portion of chicken, for a large, was much smaller than I have been used to from other local kabab vans and shops.

Not sure what I've just eaten but I've got a feeling I'm going to regret it 💩💩💩

I’m from London and that was absolute filth what I just got handed as a kebab grey cold meat cmon how long was that sat there quick little spin and wala the donor meat it’s self tasted like something you get out of icelands and goes in a microwave and once again a grey quarter pounder with 0 char absolute horrified by these reviews on here

Food arrived cold, chilli sauce was not a sauce but a very dry powder, very disappointing, will not order again ☹️

The food was not as good as usually. The chips were quite dry and did not taste fresh same with the chicken.

First time ordering from here and I’m so glad I did! Order arrived within 30 minutes and piping hot. Generous portion sizes and the kabab wasn’t greasy like I have experienced with other places. The delivery friendly driver was also very friendly. Shall be ordering from here again for sure. Thank you.

Had mixed meat and chips, large was definitely large, good fresh salad, was hot on arrival, friendly staff. Would recommend. Could Maybe be a bit more generous on the sauce but that’s a minor considering your portions are so generous. Will be back

Delivery was super quick. Extremely happy with the food too. Kebabs were fantastic, the best I've had locally. Salad was very good also, and unlike some places, they actually put on what I requested. Will 100% use again.

My food turned up yesterday cold

Me and my partner have ordered from here three times now, it's our new favourite kebab place (having tried about 5 others with mixed results). Food always on time, order always correct, food tasty (doner meat has a char which is nice) and portions BIIIIIG. They also are generous with the spicy green peppers which I appreciate! Took one star off of food quality on this occasion as it was pretty cold when it got here, it was piping hot the other times. But I'm still going to finish the whole thing and enjoy it thoroughly! And the taste makes up for it.

Had a mixed Kebab wrap. It was huge and the meat was tasty. Would definitely order here again.

Excellent food, excellent value and excellent portion size. We went for a mixed meat wrap, med donner kebab and a quarter pounder with cheese and chips. All of which came to under £20 (with delivery) We will defo order again.

The cheeseburgers are lovely, the portions are big and I would definitely recommend!

We had Arslans kebabs last night the best kebabs we have ever had and the customer service was great

Food was nice good size portions, but we ordered x2 cans of pop and only 1 was delivered. Looking at other reviews this looks to be a regular thing items being forgotten of orders. This puts me off ordering from here again.

Ordered the £15 mixed meat meal deal. Absolutely loaded with meat and was delicious. Only grumble is the chicken was dry but that's not much to moan at with these portions 😋😋

Ordered a burger and stated no cheese or anything on the burger. Yet I get a burger with cheese on it. Try reading the comments .I have one very unhappy child now

Food quality was good however managed to completely miss three portions of chips off the order. Tried ringing the google number but no reply. Ended up spending just over 20 quid for two kebabs, a chicken burger and some onion rings. Other than that would’ve recommended

Don’t often eat kebabs. Haven’t stopped eaten them since trying this! Lovely food and great customer service every time.

The best kebab I have ever had and I eat alot of kebabs. The hot chilli sauce is lovely. Will be visiting again when I'm in the area.
