20 mins early when you as for delivery ASAP is amazing but when I specifically chose a time I didn’t want it early. I wasn’t home from picking up my daughter from a school Open Evening Event and so our food was cold when we got home at 9.10. Burgers tasted a bit weird and the loaded fries were way too cheesy

excellent, clean and tasty food and still hot on arrival

Food was delivered fast and hot the only issue we had was the burger tasted like lamb, whether it was just cooked on the same grill as lamb or there was lamb in the burger I couldn’t tell but it made it taste a bit too sickly by the time I was half way through so I couldn’t eat it all. Chicken tenders (BBQ) and onion rings were delicious though!

All I can say is your chicken tenders beat POPEYES all day long, the buffalo chicken burger unreal but next time I need to call an get the pickles off but other than that this place did not let me down!! Ordered through Just Eat and this order never arrived. I called to check and they have told me it’s been delivered - I have spoken to the restaurant and delivery driver however no delivery was ever made to my address which can be seen on the ring doorbell. I believe this was delivered to the wrong address and they couldn’t admit they had made a mistake. The food looked great online but will not be ordering to find out due to the appalling customer service.

I'll be honest, without a total rethink I can't see this business surviving. V average food and not cheap. Not recommended. There are much better places doing the same thing, such as Yummies.

The beats bbq smash burger was absolutely amazing!!! Bbq chicken wings were beautiful too, definitly coming back. Only thing that sucked was it said I could add a free item when I ordered and then they ended up charging me for the free item so thought that was a rip off. Other then that, amazing service and beautiful food

Unfortunate as the last time we got food from here it was really good, was delivered 30 mins late and all food was completely cold, not much flavour and didn't feel it was value for money at all.

30 minutes late. Food mostly cold. One of the over priced milkshakes missing. Normally good service but obviously not this time. Delivery driver said he'd come back with the missing drink "in ten minutes" 45 minutes later and he's not come back!

pizza was excellent, if it came with stuffed crust it would have been top notch. cheesy chips was liquid cheese instead of mozzarella I would note on the menu item it is liquid cheese not mozzarella as it ruined that menu item for me and I wouldn't have ordered it if it was noted. The garlic tenders were soaked in oil and didn't really appetise me and came across soggy. the burgers have sauces you have no option to remove. overall good but needs menu update.

Ordered some food last night, burger was completely pink on the inside. I ate more than half of this burger before realising and this morning, I'm stuck on the toilet with stomach cramps We've ordered from this place countless times with no issues, food is usually amazing but this is probably the last time we will be going here. £40 to eat raw burgers is not worth it Also I forgot to take pictures but the wings were literally half meat half bone. There was barely any chicken and it tasted like it was microwaved or left out a good few hours. Really really bad experience this time around which sucks as burger beats is usually the place I recommend to everyone

Didn't turn up driver said he couldn't find me even through I told him several times

going back and fourth calling driver, hes using an old tom tom sat nav so no wonder he couldnt find my house, stood outside in the rain for cold food that was inedible

The food should have been delivered between 7:05-7:25 and they delivered it at 8pm…after 2 hours that I placed the order I have received my food and when I open the food everything was cold and had a weird taste …submitted a refund request but the restaurant just closed to ignore it …

We had the Mango Habenero wings and the Nashville burger wow both super delicious and spicy. Highly recommend.

Beef Burger a little undercooked and loaded fries didn't taste great but kids enjoyed their pizzas and the teriyaki chicken burger went down well. No option for coke zero/diet on drinks for a meal.

I always order thru the company's main website and get 15% off .. another plus too this is I'm able todo cash at door option instead of using my card! There burgers are top notch and the chicken is to die for 👌 breaded chicken is my go too .. There cheese bites come amazing every time too .. Last one staff are amazing and go above and beyond I asked for extra cheese on my melted Pott in the comment section I also said I'd pay for it but they didn't charge me extra and actually gave me double cheese 👌 Good people Good food What more do you want ?

Its not just any ordinary burger. You have to order it to realize that its one of the best burgers you will ever try. They know their burger business. I have ordered the nashville hot chicken psicy burger and beggie burger and boy I have been in for a treat!! Their milkshakes are amazing. I have tried strawberry and the snickers milkshakes so far. And they are a must try. Have also tried their spicy cheicke wrap and its super big and on the mark. Cant go wrong with this place. I will be a regular with them for sure.

Ok. We just came upon this place by chance via justeat app. My wife said this was the best veggie burger she's had in the uk in last 5 years. I ordered a chicken wrap. And for the money it was a wrap and had loads of chicken filling. I am definitely ordering from this palce again. Oh and yes their Snickers milkshake is a must try.

Tower Burger was immense, well stacked, decent ingredients, hot, fresh and the bun was not sweaty from the packaging so was excellent.

Great value for money, the fries were hot and crunchy and every meal was grease free and tasted fantastic! Highly recommended

Terrible service from Burger Beats. Ordered through their own website rather than Just Eat as you got a 15% discount. However the price for that discount was an hour and 15 minute wait for food (we are about a ten min drive), and they didn't take into account any of the special requests for removing certain bits of food, like they have done via Just Eat before. They must have read this section as we got the correct drinks. Food was nice but lukewarm by time we got it. We also ended up eaten at past 10pm because of their slow delivery. It said max 45 mins on website

Worst experience of ordering on JustEat ever !! Driver spent 5 minutes on the phone telling me “outside, outside” when he clearly wasn’t . Directed him in to my flat, at which point he turned round and drive off again. I think the only other English word he knew was “sorry” Food finally arrived and all of it was freezing cold, chips soggy, chicken wrap felt like it had come out of the fridge, and no straw sent for what was left of my milkshake as most of it was in the paper bag. Less said about the burger the better, was everywhere before I even opened the carton. Avoiding this place at all cost, waste of £20 that went straight in the bin. AWFUL !!

The burgers my partner and I received were LAMB!!! Tasted like lamb kebab... smelt like lamb kebab and the texture was also that of lamb kebab. These burgers are without question lamb. Not beef. I have pictures also to show that it is lamb and not beef but can't see where to upload. Initially said they would come and sort it... this was over two hours ago. After ringing again they said to put it in a bag somewhere.. but the smell is awful..they then went onto to say to take it up with just eat.. the wrong lmeat being used with intention or not is deeply concerning and needs to be taken seriously.

Ordered from this restaurant on just eat. Ordered from this place a number of times with no issue. This evening i ordered 2 burgers. And when they arrived they were lamb. They were very obvious made from lamb. The taste texture and smell. When confronting the restaurant they stated they would come get them to test the product. Still waiting 3 hours later Concerning for other customers that have ordered during this time. They also refuse to give a refund of these products until they see the food which I think is ridiculous as a customer and you're not happy with the order the restaurant should do what they can to rectify the issues. Highly do not recommend this place

Had a chicken burger delivered last night through just eat and the chicken was RAW. I phoned the takeaway to complain and the guy put the phone down on me. Disgusting customer service and disgusting food. It’s the BBQ society all the way for us now.
