I had a scone and pot breakfast tea, it was tip top. Fresh scone good butter and a great pot of tea The waitress on the floor who was clearing and bringing out food was smiling helpful and deserves a mention she was from Ukraine or Poland Dark hair a lovely Addison to your staff

I was served by a lady called May and she was extremely welcoming and kind and even recommended the frappe to me since I was indecisive and I’m so glad it was heavenly and she got it to me incredibly quick as well. Thank you for the amazing experience

It arrived on time and was still warm. Chips and drink were lovely, the breakfast and waffles were alright but definitely overpriced. I won't be rushing to order again.

Absolutely disgusting. Delivery missing a whole meal, and kids meal just contained sausages and nothing else. What a rip off.

Salted Carmel Latte always wrong!!!

Today me and my girlfriend went for a breakfast. Got two original breakfasts and two drinks from the fridge , the Pepsi I have bought to have with my breakfast was out of date and the date on it was 28/02/2023, this is unacceptable I couldn’t enjoy my food. Also the worker didn’t say anything else apart from where did you find that. Furious!

Ordered the fish and chip meal at approx 11;45 on a Wed. Paid by card. After waiting 20 mins or so informed that it was unavailable so had cash refund. Appalling service, previous experience of f and c has been good. No scampi either! Pleasant young front of house staff but what is going on in the cooking area? An unbelieveably bad experience. Beware!

Food was all over cooked and freezing cold when it arrived nearly 2 hours late. Completely inedible very dissatisfied

Absolutely delicious you just can't go wrong with the panini and chunky chips, so yummy.

Lovely servers and a lovely and clean cafe. I come here every week with a student and it’s always a good atmosphere and experience. The food and drink is great and the staff always know how to make you feel welcome.

Harsh brown and sausage was over cooked. Toast wasn't cooked enough.

On our delivery instructions explained the situation of the bell not working and to call on our contact, they never contacted us and taken as delivered when we haven't got contacted at all, went down and caught them on time as they left our food on the main gate of the block of flats, asked why they haven't contacted to inform that they arrived, the driver said that the restaurant haven't given any information and haven't give any receipt, on returning I found the receipt on the bags.

Food was late as a driver couldn't be found and it wasn't as hot as normal, but it was really tasty and we enjoyed it

Cold food and takes ages to arrive

The young woman that served me was so cheerful & helpful. I had a Pesto & Tomato toastie & a cloudy lemonade. Both tasted really good but I think the drinks are way overpriced! I had half a glass of ice, if the ice wasn't there my drink would have been below the halfway line on my glass, which is such a shame, it's so good & refreshing! That's why I didn't give 5 stars! Because the service was so good I gave 4. I hope the staff get more than minimum wage!!! I use this cafe about twice a month. I travel for work & tend to use tesco cafes all over. This one is the best, light, clean, airy, good staff, just wish the air con was off today as it was cold 😊

Says delivered and wasn’t even delivered! Fuming had to order the same again.

Ordered a sausage and fried egg bap but instead received a fatty undercooked bacon and scrambled egg bap. If there were no sausages available then why allow the choice on the app. Deliberately do not order bacon because it is invariably fatty and gross. Very annoyed and disappointed. Pretty sure no one will follow this up and offer a refund.

Tescos cafe is fast becoming my favourite takeaway- this sounds somewhat ridiculous but they are always on time, the food is always hot they include everything you have ordered and it is all simple, delicious and really well made and packaged. Its 10:30am and I have just been able to have some really delicious fries with my breakfast sandwich and they were lush! I always avoided in the past because you think, supermarket cafe, can't be that great. But they are fabulous and the food is cheap and better quality than many a takeaway. Highly recommended! Great job!

Missing one drink from my order

Asked for no bacon still had it in there and the “caramel cappuccino “ tasted awful and paid £4 for it way to overpriced

I did not receive an food. This is the third issue i have had with just eat in a couple of weeks and will not be using again!

The note left for the restaurant was completely ignored. Food requirements where not met and the driver didn’t follow any of the contactless delivery procedures

I ordered my food around 10 and the estimated time was 11:15-11:35 it got to that time and nothing had arrived I then looked and it said it won’t arrive until 11:54 it then didn’t arrive until coming up to 12:00 when the food arrived it was stone cold and needed to be microwaved to eat I am not happy and would like a full refund !!

Restaurant forgot to deliver half the order, driver just drove off without returning with missing items, all we got was an apology and now have to spend time to get a refund

Ordered 3 iced drinks to be delivered at my place of work the delivery driver just dropped it of on a table and left did not tell anyone it was here so by the time we noticed all of our drinks had melted wast of time and money your delivery drivers are letting you down!

Top breakfast highly recommend.

Ordered hot chocolate and all day breakfast! Overall was lush, however hot choc could have been full to the top, i work at Greggs and when we make ours we just top ours up with hot water that would have been nice to make it appear full! Not sure how i feel about the cardboard box it arrives in makes the food taste a bit cardboardy but overall great for what it is! Very recommended :)

Delivery driver came with our food but store had not said he had collected food so we ended up paying him for delivering our food or he wouldn’t get paid ! Order was wrong tried message just eat and calling store no joy! Left house and the. 30 min later our order arrived again correct and we were out !first and last order
