Domino's Pizza - Gloucester - Quedgeley in Gloucester

Absolutely awful experience, ruined our evening by messing up orders, then offered a refund to only be refunded half a few days later, call store to be made out a liar and be told that wasn’t agreed even though it was 100% agreed after our conversation on Friday evening when you ruined it for all of our party. Disgusting attitude from your staff

Always get a service with a smile, very quick at getting food ready, normally ring while shopping over the road n pop over 10 mins later and the order is cooked waiting well worth getting pizza from there

Can’t fault service or delivery but second dominos ordered in 4 days as a treat to my son, chicken strippers in both boxes are shrinking but the price is not!!! 42 pound Friday 44 pounds tonight Saturday both times chicken strippers half the size they have been… very poor!!!

45mins after ordering my pizza I called to see how long it would be , was told it would be another 30mins. They manager couldn't care less so I cancelled the order. I hardly ever order from Domino's but I will definitely stick with Pizza Hut from now on.

When are you going to stop using covid as an excuse not to enter blocks of flats !!! So can I catch covid if I enter your store or touch the box you bring ?! Do I stand in your doorway and say can't enter for safety reasons !!! What's the difference from entering flats before covid to almost 3 years after covid ??! Your driver today is arrogant , rude and frankly needs a lesson in customer services.. And the manager is about as much use as a trap door in a canoe !!!

Pizza was missing topping which was just dumped on top of the pizza worst domino's around

Very quick delivery and collection. Would recommend the texas bbq. Always deals on if you look at the website. Premises clean and tidy.

Delivery took a while, arrived cold. Rang Quedgeley store (email confirmation of which store and nearest store) a few times with no answer. Then rang another nearby store, no answer. Finally got hold of someone from the Quedgeley store, to be informed that they didn't deliver our order 🤔 so now waiting on a manager to call me tomorrow to tell me what happened with our order today. I guess at best, this is a disappointing but "hot" breakfast in the morning.

Just had pizza from here. It arrived within 15 minutes of ordering and the pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this place and we’ll done to the chef that made it

I have ordered twice from here since moving to the area in January, and on both occasions I've said it is the best pizza I've ever had. This branch is certainly better than any of the others in Gloucester and I can't fault it!

Pizzas were excellent, as described on the app but you get a lot of messages after pestering you to have another.

Somewhere down the line my order went wrong but the quedgley team were more than happy to help me out👐🏻 as always, amazing experience!

Run by jobsworths. No customer service. Spent £50 on pizzas and wouldnt give me a £1.20 sauce!!! Got plenty of attitude to go with the pizza tho. Wont be coming back

In all honesty, very impressed with the contactless service and fulfilling what I asked for - no cheese and ALL the veg :)

Work there and love it however some people can be so ungrateful that are making orders and don’t realise we are open even when this virus is going on and are hardworking people and other places are closed so some people should appreciate us

I came to Domino's in Quedegley shortly after moving to the area. Famished, we were in need of proper sustenance. We found it. We ordered with haste, as we were starving- my stomach was rumbling. We watched excitedly as the skilled chefs slapped and massaged the dough into pizza. Then, we gazed at their topping wizardry. Finally, we impatiently waited for the steaming pizzas to come out the oven. Great customer service handed our saviours to us. Thanks to you, we didn't die! You're a great store, I hope y'all are happy and continue to do well.

Says on the door 5am close. All inside and cant be arsed to answer the phone or the door either at 1 am? Stick your pizzas in the non sunny areas if this is the best you can do. I can go else where for food. I wont be back and I hope others dont either if this is the best you can do?

Really good dominos although the deals aren’t as good as in Liverpool.

Absolutely shocking ask if they was open at 00.45 in the morning door was locked. And it says on their opening times 10am till 5am. But I've got to put down a star. If wasn't meant for that star I wouldn't put down anything. It even says after 1pm deliverys absolutely rubbish

Fancied a pizza so went to Domino's in Quedgeley. Staff helpful and quick. Left 10 mins later with what I wanted.

One of the best dominos my only complaint would be the wait probably because it is so busy.

Ordered 2 for 1 pizza plus chicken strips. Ready for collection promptly but the chicken feast pizza was stodgy and tasteless with a very mean helping of chicken. Disappointed.

Food took 90 mins to arrive. Price was wrong and delivery driver couldn't get through to shop to confirm price. 30 mins later we manage to speak to someone. By this time food is stone cold and items missing from order. Then took another 30 mins to correct. Normally pretty good service but this is the second time in a matter of weeks the order was wrong. Staff on phone were not very helpful.

Cant even deliver the correct pizza on the box to the correct house had someone elses pizza and missing side orders. Even had the cheek to ask for the old pizza back probably to give to another customer paying 20 quid for 1 pizza, over priced and over rated would not recommend to anyone unless you like takeaway roulette as you never know what you will be receiving!

How can these Muppets get it so wrong! I make an order, I specifically say 3 times to make sure they put extra sauce on the base.... Low and behold, totally ignored, so out comes pizza, I say I'm not happy (2 on order), I now have to wait another 15 minutes for them to make my order.... Thus is the only domino's that needs to do it twice to listen to the customer! Useless!

We always get good service here. We order online which is really easy and delivery is always within about 30 minutes of ordering. I think the food is expensive here so we only order if there is a deal on or we have a voucher.

Gud place to hv pizza, between 10am to 11pm

Made a massive mistake on a recent order at the Quedgeley dominos and promised a free pizza , when we phoned , the manager was incredibly rude and then said there was no record of the free pizza!

Can't understand them on the phone but the foods always good and that's what counts!!

The service was alright for me though they had mixed up this other customers order. I loved the way they handled the lady's order, they apologised and offered her extras. Simple but nice.

Ordered cookies and a medium pizza. The member of staff who took and gave us the pizza was extremely friendly and helpful - his name was Denis. I will definitely be coming back again!

Friendly service, clean waiting area for collections and quick deliveries

Waited over an hour for cold food, rang to complain and they said they would re do my order wait again for 40mins and turned up cold yet again, ended up driving there and demanded my money back.

The delivery times can be long and the shop gets busy with nothing to occupy your time.

I wouldn't eat from there now being vegan but even when I did eat from there it was always delivered cold and when I called the shop on a few occasions they asked if I could come and collect a replacement. Terrible service and food

Pizza's are always delicious! My son loves the pizza his in cheese and tomato but I adore the vegetable supreme yum yum
