Taco Bell in Gloucester

tried this on Fri 8th Nov , food was average really chips were cold ,churros were stale that was the good part, went the toilet before leaving, absolutely disgusting state

Kids grub, more Tacky than Taco

Food was ok, floor was very dirty and so were the tables, staff just stood about not really caring

Gloucester St Oswalds, 13:20 on 20th Oct. Staff was rude and blunt. Ordered Chalupa Supreme, I ended up with normal. Ordered Jalapeño dip, ended up with ranch. Ordered 3 chicken tenders (and was charged for 3), ended up with 2. Food was ok. Not expecting the ritz come on do better!

Watched the driver sit outside for 10 minutes then drive off not delivering order!?

We visit to taco bell most Saturdays. It's always clean, food is very quick to arrive and delicious.

The food is good, but my biggest issue is with the ordering screens. You can guarantee one is always broken and two froze when we visited today meaning all of them were down and you couldn’t order from them. They’ve also stopped using vegetarian “meat”. I used to love the veggie Volcano burrito but now it’s just lettuce, cheese and sauce. Such a let-down

Order was all wrong delivered driver kept me in the door way for a code I didn’t have ,making my incorrect order cold wish I had to attempt to eat painfully with only one can of Pepsi instead of a 1.5 litre bottle thoroughly annoyed with my order I demand a full refund and you will be lucky if I use this app again it’s not worth the hassle

Ordered the fries bel grande deconstructed. Just got the fries and nothing else!!!!

Thought I would change it up and choose taco bell instead of McDonald's I used the order machine for it to take my money and then them tell me they can't do nothing and I need to pay more luckily my mate was with me and lent me money so I was able to order food again no warning signs on the door as u walk in otherwise I would have ordered at the counter won't be back for a while

Ordered from here a multitude of times, as well as in person. The food is lovely both for delivery and in person. I had ordered before and never had anything to complain. Great mexican-inspired food and certainly tasty. One of my favourite mass food chains.

Poor service it took 15 minutes to get the food when food was okay but cold don’t recommend.

Stopped here for a quick lunch while shopping nearby last weekend. Food was ready quickly and was fresh. The place was somewhat clean but clearly needed.more attention. There seemed to be a distinct lack of staff which meant they were all having to make food and not clean the restaurant.

I’ve enjoyed their crispy chicken burritos several times over the past few months, however, yesterday I was very disappointed. Typically, it’s a thick tortilla stuffed with two tasty crunchy chicken tenders, also some salad, guacamole and tomato. Yesterday, it was limp like a cheap Greggs sausage roll that had been microwaved. There were no chicken tenders, just a few small pieces of diced chicken, too many chillies and a teaspoon full of salad vegetables. I’d recently hurt my leg, otherwise I’d have returned it and asked for a refund. Honestly, Taco Bell, you’ve lost my respect and most likely my custom.

I love the food, but staff can be rude/quiet. Lovely treat when you want something naughty. Would recommend the wraps, tacos, quesadillas, fries, chicken tenders and the toffee sauce! Air con is lovely on a hot day and mostly clean inside!

Really awful, over an hour an 40 minutes, no response on the app, said the courier was at Taco Bell for over an hour, eventually had to drive to Taco Bell to seek out order. No way to follow up on app. Incredibly disappointing. I would like a refund.

i really enjoyed this meal, it was absolutely fantastic other than the warmth, everything was exquisite. chicken burrito was top tier(9/10) hard shell beef taco was also amazing(8/10) now the fries,don’t even get me started on the fries,best i’ve had in this country(10/10).pepsi max was a pepsi max can’t fault you(7.5/10) now the churros,phenomenal extremely well complimented by the caramel sauce(9/10).

Its not bad for a fast food chain. Nice alternative to a McDonald's.... Don't see them too often. It was clean and quick but we were there late, so it was very quiet. We were charging our car across the road en route...

i ordered a taco with no lettuce and no ranch sauce. it came with both and no beef??? exactly what i asked for it NOT to have.

First time placing an order with Taco Bell and oh was I surprised. In the middle of my Burrito I had a lovely surprise a HAIR. Definitely will not be order from here again.
