The service is horrible the people they are very ruth

Food not good for price and filthy toilets that haven’t been cleaned properly for long time

Wrong order delivered late and delivery driver was trying to deliver to wrong house in my road - rang me and said no answer at door, I said no one has knocked on my door… he was at number 5 and I was at 3 - although bag had receipt with my order on it, was different order in bag from what I’d ordered- ate it anyway as starving, was also cold. Not impressed.

Nothing to do with Taco Bell ! All just eats fault , young boy delivered ordered an hour late , quite rude , not apologetic at all , food was freezing cold and an absolute joke! So unacceptable

Best way to describe it, they left the fillings behind. If you want an overpriced wrap with some salad in side, this is the place to go! On a plus, the cinnamon swirls are decent.

My food wasnt delivered. The delivery guy called and said is the wrong adress but when i order i put the right adress i dont know why it changed. Although i also left a note where to take the food. He didn't even speak english.

I've visited here on three occasions. I was disappointed with their tacos (very little meat). I had some wraps on my other visits which which I really enjoyed. I'd recommend eating here if you haven't done so before.

Disappointed with the food. It’s not particularly great anyway, but this time I was missing the main burrito and all taco’s had the tiniest amount of meat. £3.50 for a taco shell and salad is not what I expected. They are small anyway, but with no meat, they are really not worth the price.

Very unhappy with my order. Was so late everything was freezing cold and not even that my food was just thrown together not even done properly 0 effort. Will not be ordering again. Waste of money

Cold and inedible, delivery was pushed back twice, so while I didn't anticipate the food to be hot, I did expect it to be lukewarm at best - hotplates and similar are obviously not a thing. I'm positive the Gulag were served better slop than this.

Food was cold due to driver not being able to ring the buzzer (he couldn’t understand it as English wasn’t his first language) I had contacted him twice via the messaging app and nothing - he doesn’t read this so it’s pointless.

First time going, was taken by a friend on a BFF date. Absolutely loved the food, staff were polite. Food was done quickly and we had a great time.

The cinnamon twists taste like bleach!!! I've got disappointed kids at home and have had to throw the lot in the bin. We've had plenty of meals here that have been great but everything was disappointing.

Gloucester St Oswalds, 13:20 on 20th Oct. Staff was rude and blunt. Ordered Chalupa Supreme, I ended up with normal. Ordered Jalapeño dip, ended up with ranch. Ordered 3 chicken tenders (and was charged for 3), ended up with 2. Food was ok. Not expecting the ritz come on do better!

We visit to taco bell most Saturdays. It's always clean, food is very quick to arrive and delicious.

Watched the driver sit outside for 10 minutes then drive off not delivering order!?

The food is good, but my biggest issue is with the ordering screens. You can guarantee one is always broken and two froze when we visited today meaning all of them were down and you couldn’t order from them. They’ve also stopped using vegetarian “meat”. I used to love the veggie Volcano burrito but now it’s just lettuce, cheese and sauce. Such a let-down

Thought I would change it up and choose taco bell instead of McDonald's I used the order machine for it to take my money and then them tell me they can't do nothing and I need to pay more luckily my mate was with me and lent me money so I was able to order food again no warning signs on the door as u walk in otherwise I would have ordered at the counter won't be back for a while
