The oil that was used to fry the Crispy Chilli Beef and also fry the Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls that were fried in was also burnt oil, it made the whole food taste burnt and awful. The whole Birthday Takeaway Meal was ruined. The Singapore Egg Fried Rice looked appealing, and, so was the Chicken Egg Fried Rice, but because of the overpowering burnt taste that was left in your mouth it ruined the whole order of the Takeaway Meal that couldn’t be eaten that cost expensive so Zero points!.

Salt and pepper chips were bland and so was the chicken chow mein. This used to be our favourite Chinese takeaway but I think we will be looking elsewhere for a while

Food & service was excellent, but I didn't realise there was Rugby on at Kingsholm so collection was a bit of a challenge!

Amazing food, the only Chinese I will buy - I won’t order Chinese on days they’re not open. I get sweet and sour chicken balls, egg fried rice, chow mein, king prawns and mushrooms and chips and all are amazing. Ordered many times and always amazing

I don’t normally leave reviews but this was honestly really disappointing. The kung Po chicken should really state if it’s not going to be crispy. The chicken balls were overcooked and the chicken in both sauces was like eating mush! Really watery. Will not be ordering again - sorry!

The delivery was really good and helpful as we are camping. The food however was a bit disappointing. The chicken in the chow mein was slimey very odd. Chips rice and chicken baljs all good tho.

Our most regularly visited Takeaway. We pick up our food. It's delicious, well prepared and constant.

We don't live in this area so we got a delivery to our hotel room which they delivered straight to the door with no complaints, really good of them! The food itself was absolutely fantastic, so well cooked full of flavour. The squid was exceptional and the chicken balls were brilliant, so much better than what I'm used to having! Overall we have had a brilliant meal

Will never order from here again, this used to be our go-to takeaway until recently. Our recent orders either got cancelled or received multiple messages saying it was delayed, then to wait hours for them to cancel the order all together! So disappointed. Haven't received my refund from them either! Can't get hold of them either I think they just unhook the phone so they don't have to answer. It's a joke. Can't get hold of anyone for my refund either.

It was advertised as 30-45 minute delivery. It finally turned up after 2 hours

So, this was always our go-to Chinese takeaway, until recently. I don't know what's happened but when ordering online they make us wait over an hour to then cancel the order. Last night we ordered and waited nearly 2 hours to have multiple messages to say it was delayed. We got so hungry we went out and got food. The last message was to say it had been cancelled! I've NOT received my refund (as paid online) and their land-line number doesn't work or is off the hook so you can't call them? What's going on? We were regular customers for years, but not anymore. I don't know how to go about getting my money back? The message also said that I had cancelled my order when I didn't? Seems very weird to me?!

Awful! If I could give zero stars I would. We've ordered from here a few times and enjoyed the meal but tonight it took 3 hours to arrive! Couldn't phone as line permanently engaged, can't cancel order on just eat. Can't talk to anyone. Food arrived cold. Disgusting

Over 3 hrs late times kept changing rang 24 times continuously engaged no contact then when delivered was told didn’t realise the time not a good service or customer care from a usual good service

got delayed 3 times, had to wait over 2 hours for the food. tried calling up plenty of times but the lines were always busy. would love a partial refund for the ridiculous waiting time.

I ordered just before 6.30pm and the food came at 8.50pm. This is not acceptable. I appreciate it must be a busy evening but do not expect to wait nearly 2 and a half hours, with the delay increasing all the time. I had family round especially and this ruined the evening

Chicken satay skewers were lovely, chips were nice, chicken chow mein was very odd and tasted strange. The chicken was pale and gloopy.

Really impressed with Wing Wah. Lots of people recommended them but even so it’s definitely one of the best around. Lovely spare ribs and chow mein.

I have been A customer Over 14 years,, 1 or 2 times a week for us 2.. Between £35 & £55 a ticket ie, take away for two!! But this year and abit had been the very worst for my take aways..at Wing wah!! The chips ((yes i I know,but i have to have chips with everything ) ) have becomes so small And thin,,we just can not eat them really,, and at £4.30...what's that about.. but yet gone up so much in price!!, And this CASH BEFORE AND Then I credit card after a Certain time.. Has put us off this place,, The continuous mix-up In orders Over the phone are endless!!!. Not one time after so long of supping them over 14 years have they once offered us any discount or a sorry.. Time to move on,, Be careful with your Future orders. .

Thoroughly disappointed. Ordered as best rated that delivered and definitely won’t be ordering again. Chicken soup was beyond vile and thrown in bin. Chow mein was okay but had a lot better. Spring rolls thin and bland. Don’t bother with fritters, they arrived stone cold.

Ordered afew times from this takeaway. Food is made on time that they give us and was very tasty. I tried vegetarian chowmein and salt n peper prawns which is very tastey. Curry sauce is decent aswell. Worth a try

The customer service representatives displayed unprofessional behaviour, openly mocking the situation surrounding the cancellation of my order due to the unavailability of delivery drivers. This included derogatory remarks regarding the handling of my payment.

When food arrived it was semi warm, I know it's new years eve but taking 3HRS to make and deliver is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE I spent £100+ on meal....!!!! When calling the company it line is ALWAYS engaged!!!!

The chips were rubbery and cold, the house curry was Luke warm and the meat was of very poor quality. This was the worst curry i have had in a long time, I spent over £17 and had to dispose of the food it was that poor. This restaurant used to be great, after not eating there in some time I decide to try it. Such a shame

Ordered with expected delivery time of 50 minutes order was pushed out until 1hr10mins to 1hr30mins, order then showed as delivered and wasn’t , called restaurant (who were helpful) sent another that then eventually arrive 2hrs30mins after the original order. Kids were quite upset due to time and you can’t feed them too much as a meal is on the way.Food was fine, unsurprisingly a bit cold and the House Special Chow Mein wasn’t particularly “saucey”. Requested refunded offered £7 or 12%. Abject

Always wanted to try here and pleased did as was really good. I had Chicken Curry and Egg fried rice and my partner had Beef noodles. He did ask for mushrooms but didn't get but said was still nice. It is situated just off Kingsholm Road and it's on the road opposite Kingsholm rugby club. Definitely go again and recommend

The food arrived earlier which was a bonus as hungry food was piping hot and very nice as always. Wing wah have never disappointed, i would recommend!

Food wasn’t the greatest- we’ve actually left most of it, which is frustrating to say the least! Food turned up an hour later than stated, although delivery driver was extremely kind and apologetic. Hate saying anything remotely bad about any business, however in this case, I have to.

Ordered food, did not turn up and no answer on the phone! All other Chinese’s are now shut. How annoying, a little contact would have been fine.

30 mins before the delivery time, we got a message to say courier on his way! But when the food was eventually delivered 30 mins later, the food was cold, the balls were soggy, not good at all!
