Was a bit annoyed as didnt receive the Coca-Cola which we ordered

Beautiful piece of plaice. So thick and tasty. Go to Queens for the best fish in town. Can’t be beaten.

The delivery driver came to the door, my partner said to him, "hi, how are you doing" to which he said nothing and after he took the food and said thank you he just walked off, very rude delivery driver

The kebabs lately from Queens seem to have big chunks at the bottom of the pitta instead of the good thin kebab meat. Have noticed this for the last year or so, really not good at all as the chunks at the bottom are disgusting offcut pieces. Really not good. Really seems like they are trying to weigh the kebab down with the bad bits & then put a few good bits of kebab meat on top, really poor.

Really good food (mixed kebab in Naan is amazing) but totally let down by rude and miserable serving staff.

We stopped using just eat because every time they did not deliver properly. They don’t read the numbers and always go to end of lane , wait then come down as we are outside. We said that how do they not read the numbers and that the order will be cold and he just laughed . Not good!!!!!!!

Received wrong order, and delivery took no responsibility, ordered fish chips - was left with chicken tikka and chips and sausage.

Stone cold spring roll but chips and fish hot

Food is hit & miss. Sometimes chips are cooked properly, sometimes not.

Only minor. Asked for salt and vinegar but none added.

Food turned up about 40 mins late, was lukewarm, so I had to reheat in the oven. Have never had an issue before, but probably won't risk it in future.

food great, ordered for 7:15, arrived at 7:50 but think it was because we ordered on a Friday and the restaurant was probably busy

Delivery time awful - nearly an hour late - then get a courier who can’t read instructions. Fish small and curry sauce so thin !! Going back to their bad ways !

Staff will be abrupt and almost surly if you ask them to repeat themselves (road noise behind and fryer noise infront . Handed me my change whilst looking over her shoulder and talking to other staff .

Food Good / okay - fish a bit too wet and greasy. Fsh and Chips twice should not take this long. 1hr 15 miins... from a 30 minute delivery time, 1 miles down the road. Watched in app that driver was there waiting for ages - probably annoyed as well. Really slow for a basic order.

The app told me that the driver was at the restaurant for at least 45 mins before showing on way. When arrived he had delivered to one other customer not far from me. Food arrived cold. It was 50 minutes late from expected delivery time.

Got given the completely wrong order. Rang the restaurant and said there was nothing they could do. I've request for full refund.

Did not collect order , rang to let them know I wanted to cancel it however was still charged

lettuce was rotten brown and vile looking chips were really hard couldn't eat, binned food as inedible made a complaint to be told no refund will not order again not happy!

it was fine being early as we order it just hoping for not a long wait . it was so fresh and hot today

once again delivery time was changed more than once. This needs to be addressed as this has happenend many a time but only with this restaurant.

It took over an hour and a half for delivery, delivery time changed 5 times. Had to call to find out where order was. When it arrived the meal was cold.

Chips to scrumpy and very spiky

ordered a chicken burger and a cheese burger, both came consisting of the bun, lettace and cucumber ... no burgers inside. delivery was half an hour late and my refund request has been declined. Not the slightest bit inpressed, if i could rate minus 5 stars i would

Apparently my app went to collections not delivery so had issues with that and then had to reorder again. The food came lukewarm and when my parents opened the paper so much oil leaked out & it was sitting in so much oil. Cod bites became very soggy & everything else chips n fish was lukewarm. My parents said never again.

Not sure who sources the driver but food ordered at 1703 and arrived at 1919 terrible service will not be using again. Food was warm and not hot also. Very very unhappy.

Good food; chips seemed slightly lunch time ish. The battered burger should have had a salad with it but this was missing

Have ordered from Queens many times and this is the first time it’s been a little average. Ordered a large chips (the most exciting part!) and the portion was so small! Also asked for salt and vinegar but didn’t get any, which is v sad because it’s simply not the same when you add it at home :( the fish was excellent though!

Awful service, app originally said 08:50 - 09:10 and was happy with that delivery time. It turn up cold at 21:40! We had to microwave the fish n chips and it was then hard and disgusting. Extremely unhappy. Also one fish was fleshy and looked ok and the other was the worst piece of fish I have tasted and could not eat it because of all reasons above. I require a formal complaint to be raised and a refund.

very poor only 3 items in order, chips paid for not in order. rang shop told to drive round there will give me extra chip?? I asked for driver to deliver chips told no available drivers. Had to get food from another chip shop, by which time delivered item were spoilt. Exasperating experience would not use again. Refund not offered until I demanded it - let's see if it turns up?

The food arrived tepid and lumped together. The delivery driver said had waited at previous delivery address for 25 mins. The App said driver at restaurant until just before he arrived so I had no idea it had been cooked so long.. I didn't realise would not get delivered straight from restaurant...am very disappointed as previously had nothing but praise for Queens Fush and chips

Received the wrong order and when I called I was asked what I wanted…I wanted my order but was then told I had to collect as they had no drivers. I could understand if it was 9pm but it wasn’t even 6.30pm. Just Eat also won’t refund because I can’t send a picture of the wrong order I received. Absolutely abysmal from both

Excellent Fish, Chips and Curry Sauce takeaway. Parking can be limited during busy times (Friday evenings particularly). The batter is always crispy on the cod and haddock and the chips aren't at all soggy.

From recent experience I know the food is going to arrive approximately an hour after the estimated delivery time but usually it's worth the wait. This evening the food was stone cold & the driver didn't even speak.

The chips and battered sausage were amazing but the curry sauce had bits in it if u had a smooth one with no bits in the would go down very well with the customers. But it was lovely and me and my partner enjoyed it

Sadly for the first time we were not happy with the meal provided. The fish was dry and a good portion of the chips was thin, hard clippings. Not the standard we have become used to from Queens

chips looked and tasted like they had been left on the hot plate for hours, food was delivered late and stone cold, cod was rubbery and portion size has dropped dramatically. Not sure what has happened but things need to change here quickly.

I ordered at 6:50, said 45 mins. Turned up at 10pm. So late it was funny. Also cold so been sat a while. Not the first time it’s been late either. I’d suggest to all to not order on just eat. Food is usually good though.

Took 2 hours to come and was cold

Nothing to do with the chip shop we order from, food is always good. The Just Eat estimated delivery time updated about 4 or 5 times eventually getting delivered over two hours after we ordered. This has happened a lot. Sometimes we'll order about 6ish and it won't come til gone 8 and my 11 year old son has school in the morning. Just got really unreliable lately. Will have to consider other options.
