Hot tasty fresh chips , packaged well and clean , polite driver , very good 😊

have had many collections and normally good. My delivery last night was very poor food . Chips very cold and dry and many tiny scraps and the curry sauce was like water😫😫

Always look after their customers. Superb fish and occasionally if portion is small, they compensate with an extra. You can’t beat Queens. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

kebabs that was delivered was awful! cold hardly and meat or chips ams the salad looked like it had been sat there all day and looked brown!

The one thing that keeps me coming to this place is the beautifully crusty battered fish with minimal oil and good chips. The customer service could do with a shine up and staff could do with putting a smile on their Dail.

Ordered the cheeseburger special. Image showed salad with mayo dressing and cheese. What I got was a rubbery burger with weird taste, a tiny piece of cheese in a dry bun, no salad and no dressing. Also chips for both dishes were chewy. All inedible.

Wrong order delivered completely. When I rang the shop they really didn’t care and the response I got was to come and get the right order myself. I’ve got my leg in a plaster. I understand mistakes happen but it’s the lack of responsibility that I found very rude

we were really looking forward to this meal unfortunately it was the worst fish and chips we have ever had , the fish was more like a fish finger , the batter very greasy and the actual fish was dry when I found it and a hand full of chips , the sausage and chips well the sausage wasn't cooked properly, and the chips didn't fill one slice of bread , popcorn chicken, definitely from Iceland , absolutely terrible will never go here again , waste of money

Queens never fails to deliver the best fish for quality and cost. I enjoy every meal I have and you can do too if you go to Queens.

Courier was shown on the tracking app as at the restaurant for ages waiting, so not sure how busy they were when the order was placed and the food was luke warm when it finally turned up.

first time ordering from here and I must say I really enjoyed it,the fish was very chunky and will be buying again

The lady who bought the food was polite, no problems with the person that delivered, was unhappy by the time it was delivered in considering I was told 45mins and the time kept jumping back up to 10-20 mins when there was 5 mins left I won't be using this service again as it could of been faster and apollgetic for the time waiting.

Dreadful customer service. A disgrace and the staff are willing to serve stone cold food, lie to the customer and refuse a refund. Avoid at all costs. Should be shut down.

Cod was divine but the sizes different with every order - today’s was a tad on the small size - I would expect larger considering the price !

Don’t bother with this take away.! Every time we order we have food missing or the order is wrong.! Today we had only 3 meals when we ordered 4. Absolute waste of time.!

order was incorrect. ordered large cod bites, large cod and a portion of chips. what we got was 1 cod, small cod bites and 2 portions of chips, which won't get eaten. very disappointed.

Horrible service- The people are nasty and unwilling to help. Ordered from Just Eat - the driver never even called or tracked his location- just marked it as delivered And just eat is useless with helping Called restaurant and they are unwilling to even help identify the guy! I would not recommend ordering.

Food was good after getting past the price of nearly £10 for cod ( which size wise ) is getting smaller. Also curry sauce was really thin and watery - but still yummy to eat. Expensive meal for one ( with no chips either )

well that kebab was dreadful. the lamb was tuff and dry and i asked for all salad but all i got was cucumber and onion . no mayo but mayo was ordered. food was defo not up to your usual standard.

Chip shop that sells chips. Does as it says on the tin. In my opinion, best chip shop in gloucester is Seymour fryer. Soooo good.

For the first time the food was delivered cold . Usually the fish and chips are good quality, but the delivery driver had more than 1 order with him , I watched his route he had multiple drops and that’s why it arrived cold , This fish and chips shop usually is top quality

My food never arrived, I watched the tracking and it said the driver pulled up outside my address but no one called or buzzed the door, I never received the food. But when I checked the tracking later it said the food was delivered.
