Queens never fails to deliver the best fish for quality and cost. I enjoy every meal I have and you can do too if you go to Queens.

Courier was shown on the tracking app as at the restaurant for ages waiting, so not sure how busy they were when the order was placed and the food was luke warm when it finally turned up.

first time ordering from here and I must say I really enjoyed it,the fish was very chunky and will be buying again

The fish was lovely but the chips were dry and didn’t taste good

The lady who bought the food was polite, no problems with the person that delivered, was unhappy by the time it was delivered in considering I was told 45mins and the time kept jumping back up to 10-20 mins when there was 5 mins left I won't be using this service again as it could of been faster and apollgetic for the time waiting.

Have never had a bad meal from Queens. Always rely on the best and you’ll get it from Queens. Excellent fish. Give it a try!

Dreadful customer service. A disgrace and the staff are willing to serve stone cold food, lie to the customer and refuse a refund. Avoid at all costs. Should be shut down.

Cod was divine but the sizes different with every order - today’s was a tad on the small size - I would expect larger considering the price !

Lovely fish, decent size nice batter not to crispy and not to wet, chips were lovely and fluffy. Would definitely recommend

order was incorrect. ordered large cod bites, large cod and a portion of chips. what we got was 1 cod, small cod bites and 2 portions of chips, which won't get eaten. very disappointed.

Back to their usual tricks of weighing the kebab down with horrible manky bits of kebab at the bottom beneath the good bits of kebab & the salad- complained about this a while ago, it stopped for a bit but now it’s just started back up again- really poor

Horrible service- The people are nasty and unwilling to help. Ordered from Just Eat - the driver never even called or tracked his location- just marked it as delivered And just eat is useless with helping Called restaurant and they are unwilling to even help identify the guy! I would not recommend ordering.

Food was good after getting past the price of nearly £10 for cod ( which size wise ) is getting smaller. Also curry sauce was really thin and watery - but still yummy to eat. Expensive meal for one ( with no chips either )

well that kebab was dreadful. the lamb was tuff and dry and i asked for all salad but all i got was cucumber and onion . no mayo but mayo was ordered. food was defo not up to your usual standard.

Chip shop that sells chips. Does as it says on the tin. In my opinion, best chip shop in gloucester is Seymour fryer. Soooo good.

Food was such a disappointment. Mainly cold. Chips were not the normal standard- they tasted stale.

Food took 1hr 30 mins to arrive and arrived stone cold and covered in grease. Wouldnt even feed it to my dog!

For the first time the food was delivered cold . Usually the fish and chips are good quality, but the delivery driver had more than 1 order with him , I watched his route he had multiple drops and that’s why it arrived cold , This fish and chips shop usually is top quality

My food never arrived, I watched the tracking and it said the driver pulled up outside my address but no one called or buzzed the door, I never received the food. But when I checked the tracking later it said the food was delivered.

Once again the deliverer demanded the Order Code before he could complete delivery, why?? I have never been asked this for any other delivery, only Queens, again WHY??

It tasted okay, but everything was soggy! Surely there is a way of transporting fish, so that the batter stays crispy? It was very average.

Our order was completely wrong when we got home, we live approximately 12 miles away so we're unable to return the food, we ordered fish and chips, chicken and chips and a curry sauce, but ended up with fish and chips, 2 portions of chicken nuggets and 2 further portions of chips and a curry sauce, the food was all very bland, and the curry sauce tasted like water, no hint of curry, went straight in the bin, whilst in the shop it was very chaotic, and people were already complaining about wrong orders! This isn't the first time we've had the wrong food either, thought we would give them another chance, but we won't be returning. Orders should be checked in shop before giving out to customers.

They need to improve on there packaging as it never seems very warm and the meat in the kebab seems to be very dry! Red cabbage would be better but thats just my own preference.

Had haddock this time. Delicious!! Plaice not too good at the moment so changed to haddock. Queens fish always exceptional.

We arrived got ignored multiple people was severed before us .There was no customer hospitality and the prices are ridiculous never coming back again

I placed the order with this restaurant at 16:47 to get a delivery at 18:15. The Just Eat app advised me all was going to be on time and the delivery guy and food was being prepped for between 18:00 and 18:20. The time just kept going up and up and later and later. I phoned the restaurant and was dealt with very poorly. All they did was blame the delivery driver for only showing up at 18:32. The app clearly showed me driver at restaurant at 18:00 appx. I could not cancel and the food was cold

Excellent Fish, Chips and Curry Sauce takeaway. Parking can be limited during busy times (Friday evenings particularly). The batter is always crispy on the cod and haddock and the chips aren't at all soggy.

I live 5 mins away from the Queen's yet I watched my order get further and further away from me and the delivery time was later and later. Once in my road the driver went to 57, then 61 and then me at 51. The food quality was poor. I won't be orde

absolutely awful food and service. time kept changing on delivery, I called the shop at an hour and 40 minutes of waiting, asked for my order number, read out the wrong order, I told them what had been ordered and low and behold 5 minutes later I got a txt to say order was on its way (even though they told me it had already left the shop when I called) food was greasy and cold, ate half of the chips and the rest went in the bin. Will NOT order from here again
