the meal was OK the chips were not very nice very dry like they'd been under the heat for ages.

Fishcake was quite firm and dry, chips could have been hotter.

Food was over an hour late and cold contacted restaurant and was told they have no idea where the delivery driver was and had no means of contacting him

Delivery was very fast, about 25 minutes, which is impressive on a Friday. Food was really nice. Cod- crispy and golden batter, cod was tender and flaky. Chips- well cooked, golden, fresh (not stale like some places tend to be) Portion sizes were generous too and it was good value for money. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Ordered at 18:45, waited an hour and rang the restaurant at 19:36 which had said the driver had picked the order up. Then at 21:00 had a notification on the app to say the order had been delivered to which it never turned up. Disgusted by this! Won’t be using again! Also I have a ring door bell to prove the order was never delivered.

Fish and chips. Meal was dry, most chips were dried out hard and inedible. Batter on the fish was so hard in places. Won't be ordering from them again.

Use this chip shop on regular basis. The owner is always friendly and welcoming. The food is always cooked fresh and chips are really nice. It's always busy. Clean and nice. Reasonably priced and value for money.

Guy trys hard to please all and very cheerful.always pleasure to go there for treat tea.

Came to our favourite chippy in gloucester for good Friday and always not disappointed. Service is friendly and always efficient. They know how to ge the food out fast and well cooked. Just as well cos they do get busy. Food is always tasty and has good portion sizes. Love the place.

Great spot for food before the rugby. Much better tasting and value for money than anything in the stadium. Huge portions and very tasty. No wonder the queue is out of the door.

Over an hour to assign a driver. Couldn’t cancel as just eat wouldn’t refund. Kebab had no salad. Meat wasn’t cooked and chips were mush. Wouldn’t serve to my dog. Such a shame really as just eat are normally pretty good

I have just eaten the worst fish ever from a chip shop. It was over cooked, tasteless and grossly overpriced. Over £10 for one portion of awful food. Dont eat the fish, its dreadful and ridiculously overpriced.

Ordered a fish and large chips with a pie. The fish was shocking! Very small and thin, considering the price charged (in comparison to others locally) The batter was sparse and the fish was covered in and tasted of oil. The chips were ok, but nothing special. Will not be returning!

just way to expensive for basics, not just for this outlet, sadly, all have put prices up, understandably, but sadly our wages have not. An order i made on the 22/10 now costing 30% more means i cannot buy the quantity i used to.

Very disappointed that my order was 40 mins later than requested. I had to eat my meal in 5 mins because I had to go to work so didn't really get to enjoy it. My daughter was also past hungry.

1st time user ! Would use again but wouldn’t order the same has wasn’t happy with the food ( this being the spring roll - very spicy and sloppy couldn’t work out the veggie filling and also the donor in a roll with salad - more of a salad roll a few pieces of donor meat among the huge amount of salad, wasn’t keen on the taste of the meat either

First time ordering, delivery driver tried walking into the house, if my partner didn’t go to the kitchen it would’ve been left outside. Food was ok, chips bland and too much salt. Chicken burger bland and roll too big. Battered sausage just tasted of grease. Onion rings not very nice at all. Won’t order again but thanks :)

The restaurant would benefit from better containers as the food was not very hot after the 15bmin delivery time (or the driver did not use an insulated bag?)

Delivery driver could not be bothered to actually deliver the food had to go and find the food I think it’s ridiculous if you’re paying £2 something for delivery they should actually deliver !!!

Always greeted with a smile and positive comment. 1st class service, excellent quality of food, friendly with a good sense of humour, the food is always fresh and hot. Nothing appears to be too much trouble ensuring complete satisfaction.

WOW! That’s all I can say. Was on a trip here and was struggling to find somewhere open for the times that I was there and stumbled across this takeaway on a google search. Glad I had!! The fish was fried to order and the chips were also fresh. Great portion sizes & packed well. All I can say is that it was all fried to perfection. The service was great too- I couldn’t have asked for more in any respect. Absolutely highly recommended!!! My only complaint is that they’ve set the bar ridiculously as I can’t travel an hour and a half just for fish and chips :)

Pies were great. Chips were lovely. Cornish pasty was OK. Cheese and onion slice has sliced peppers in it and tasted vile. Peppers have no place in a cheese and onion slice/pasty. Would still order from this establishment but will avoid the cheese and onion pasty in the future.
