The best restaurants in Gloucester South West

I had my Baby Shower here. There were 11 of us in total and we all had afternoon tea which consisted of four delicious courses and unlimited teas, coffees, hot chocolates and water. The food was so good and the service was outstanding. Sharon was so accommodating and friendly and no request was too big. The staff went to the trouble of decorating the chairs for us too! It was a really lovely afternoon full of laughter, yummy food and excellent service and I cannot fault it at all! Highly recommend to everyone wanting a quaint, friendly and intimate setting that serve delicious food and go above and beyond.

Staff are great. Prices have unfortunately gone through the roof since they started with deliveries. Now most prices have doubled over the last couple years. What used to be a regular treat is now not as for 3 of us it's nearly 30 pound or more and for that I'd rather go get pub food and sit down in the warm.

Had a flat white. Which was just ok. But was disappointed that every table and still have cups and plates from previous customers on them. People sitting at the tables had to push them out of the way. The staff seemed not in a hurry to clear the tables. I was their 15 minutes, and no table was cleared.

Staff are very pleasant, rooms are the normal PI standard and clean. Plenty of parking.

Always come in here if I’m in town with my mother, good food, nice portions, most staff friendly, the odd one doesn’t seem to want to be there, some of the other customers are loud and disruptive, conversations so loud that I don’t want to hear when eating , far too many tables cramped into a small cafe and seats are fitted to the tables not good for people who can’t sit in, overall will be going back when we’re in town but only for food reasons also could staff give customers a minute to decide from the lovely menu.

Much improved from last time.Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of quality beers and ciders. Football on big screens.

Order was late food was cold, driver informed his bike had broken down, I’m sure it would’ve been edible if delivered at the right time!

Absolutely delicious the boss went out of his way to accommodate us. The food was tender succulent and freshly prepared and complete value for money highly recommend this place

Such a shame. Came to the shop to get a medium pizza as prices was very good and have seen some good reviews. Staff was lovely and food came out quick until I got home and realised they did not state what chicken they had put on my pizza. I ran back over to shop to say I wanted plain chicken and was told I because I did not ask for this they put another on (all 3 staff told me 3 types of chicken) so not only did they not know what chicken they had put on my pizza they was also Incredibly rude when i asked for a refund. They stated I could have another pizza but after the experience of pure negligence to what they are putting on people's pizzas I did not want one. After back and forth with the manager who stated several times that I should of asked for plain chicken (blaming the customer) i finally got a refund. They should be making people aware of what chicken comes on the pizza especially if you have not been to this establishment how are you supposed to know that it's not plain like many other pizza places and what about the people who have allergies I'm sure this is against the law to not state what you are serving. Honestly I'm embarrassed for them and the manager at the state of their negligence and no knowledge of how to treat a customer.

Barista named Evie spent 5 whole minutes talking to her friend and made 5 customers wait longer than need be. After her long conversation, she finally got to her long list of drinks and was unable to handle them without asking for help. At least the Tiramisu Frappuccino was delicious, but she did not make it..

Ordered take away from here and it was great 😊 Salmon box was fresh and great portion size, yum! Takoyaki, tabiko gunkan and chicken kara-age with rice was great too. Will definitely order again and order was delivered by restaurant in great time. Thanks for a great meal!
