Baker Street in Gloucester

Just had a few drinks here on a couple of evenings and watched the football. Nice spot, good service and friendly staff with well priced drinks.

Only place in town to watch football. Staff were friendly but there was an issue with casks when we visited so no larger on tap and the bottles were warm.

Proper boozer in the city, great staff and great times.

Evening of skittles. Pint of Guiness £5.50 but alcohol free cider only £3.50. Great atmosphere large seating areas and plenty going on.

Dog friendly, excellent Sunday lunch, very hospitable.

Busy city pub with standard beers and a pool table

Good selection of Ales & soft drinks. But on Sunday, there is no food & no coffee for non alcohol drinkers . Other than that, it's pub with vibe and a buzzy Sunday lunchtime 'air about it' . We'll done.

Cheap drinks, sports on TV, some customers very rude towards the bar staff and nobody seemed to care.

We always visit for a few when were in Gloucester. Good line up of drinks served by pleasant staff. Although we did not see any, I believe that live music is again returning! Last thought... they have a pool table and log fire in the colder months.

Went for a quick pint during the day. Cheap pint, good screens to see the football. Very popular in the evening with a band on, although didn't go in as heading for a meal.

Me and friends going to the baker street in gloucester , next to travel lodge this sunday for 8pm kick off final of england and italy EURO FINAL. recommeded bar and outside seating, beer garden, skittle alley and inside bar, 7 screens inside and 3 outside for EUROS. cheap drinks, great food at an affordable price and clean and have been here before but not since covid, so going on sunday, fingers x they win! ENGLAND V ITALY FINAL. ........ come to BAKER STREET this sunday, tables get booked out by 4pm , so get there for 3,,,,,, and kick off at 8...... bar closes midnight so great atmosphere for all. going there with 4 friends, and ENGLAND flags and badges and merchandise for table. there are 25 tables inside and 12 outside so get there early to get a table, u cant book online or on phone , no reservations so get there c. 3pm to get a table, they open at 12pm........ SKY SPORTS be on all afternoon before kickoff as i checked and flexible with no masks once seated, only when moving or standing u wear mask. plenty of toilets and outside is great but we will get indoor table..... GOOD LUCK ENGLAND !

Local pub always good atmosphere

Lots of people want to just have a few beers, but there are a lot of restrictions in place currently. Well this place has got the balance spot on! Greeted at the door by friendly staff, given a choice of where to sit. The food was better than expected. I ordered a sandwich and the quality was excellent. They weren't over-the-top making you order a meal with every drink. A member of staff regularly checked on us to ensure everything was okay, if we required more drinks, and when we had finished our food, what other food options were available to us. The pub was clean and tidy - the atmosphere was very good under the circumstances. This industry has been crippled with everything happening, and they've got the balance spot on here, and I look forward to returning in the future. They followed all laws and guidelines, whilst still delivering an excellent service to customers, ensuring the safety of guests and staff was still maintained. 10/10

Visited Baker street during Covid and it was probably the best table service so far seen in a pub due Covid. We weren't even properly sat down and there was a waiter asking what we wanted to drink. Really appreciate service like that!

Great. It was brilliant to hear some live music, just wish it had been warmer (it was of course outside, so not Baker Street fault.

Lovely spot, next to Travelodge that we were staying. Nice little outside area, cheap lager £2.80!! Great staff. Next time in Gloucester will call in again.

Bit moody when we walked in, reception wasn't great. Table football should have a better home, it was great fun. Would have liked a game of pool but the staff were playing!

Siempre un ambiente decente, se ofrece una amplia gama de bebidas. Bueno para el fútbol, este también es un lugar de música en vivo y DJ (lo cual puede ser un dolor si te alojas en el ‘lodge un sábado por la noche, ¡especialmente en verano!

Just around the corner from Travelodge so popped in for a couple of pints. Tuesday at about 5.00pm, there were a few customers at the bar enjoying banter with friendly barmaid. Good selection of drinks on tap and a real ale available. Decent pool table. Skittle alley. Plenty of TVs for sport. I think the bar and pub are quite old because made out of dark wood. There are fluorescent signs above bar to make it look like sports bar but I dont think they are in keeping with the rest of the place. The bar did not smell great when I visited but that could be a one off.

Was just visiting Gloucester heard the music from my hotel room. Thought I'd take a look and wasn't disappointed. Live band and disco. Reasonably priced drinks and a great atmosphere. Will come again if I'm in the area for sure. 😀

Baker Street it's a very good pub where friends and family can patronize for full relaxation and enjoy 24/7 live television screen without any hitch. They have good customer service to attend to your concern. The parking space behind the pub is free because of the huge turnout when there are football matches or rugby customer can park their cars at Gloucester Quays car park with tokens. They have disabled entrance and toilet. Pay the pub a visit you will not regret you do so.

We were out for the day enjoying the weather and decided it was time to go home as the football was starting soon. Unfortunately we just missed our bus so decided to pop into Baker Street for a quick pint whist we waited for the next one. Well the football was on in the pub so we stopped for a few and had a good time. Glad we missed the bus
