Horrific food . There was a blonde hair in my toastie when I ordered and I have dark black hair and the latte tasted like water

Thank you for the wonderful coffee this morning. I didn't catch any names but the staff were very friendly when helping me. And they got through everyone's orders quickly and smoothly. Haven't been to a Starbucks for quite some time but I will have to change that.

Would be great if the staff actually acknowledge you when you walk in. A simple hello or “I’ll be with you in a minute” would suffice.

Awful experience. Untidy unclean store, dirty coffee cups and filthy floor. Staff were really unhelpful and grumpy when approached.

Just a Starbucks like every other Starbucks, clean store, bits to nibble on and friendly enough staff. Not overly busy when I've gone in. Normal mornings. Fast service and don't forget your blue light card if you hold one and ya Starbucks app 😂

The staff here are absolute angels! Always so friendly and the bonus of delicious coffee! I visit nearly every Saturday and it’s always so clean and tidy too!

I frequently come to this Starbucks (Eastgate street Gloucester) and although the coffee is good - there’s rarely more than one member of staff serving. This means the wait for drinks is silly. It’s obvious that there are other staff around so why only have one on the shop floor? I would suggest that you as management do as hoc visits to this store and see this for yourself. It’s disappointing and not what I expect from Starbucks. I’ve never seen the same member of staff twice so I’m guessing turnover is high - am really not surprised Tables don’t get cleared very often either

Accepting only card , no cash 😏this should be illegal. It’s not enough that them coffee taste the worse ever. I hope they close soon as the costumer service is equal zero . The face she made when I told her should be ilegal not to accept cash .

Went in as saw an A board outside advertising a drink we wanted. Further adverts for it inside. Get to the counter and they don't have this - so why advertise it on movable boards? Did order something else, also asked for a glass of water. Never got it, couldn't be bothered to summon the grumpy and disinterested staff. Plenty of other coffee shops to try. We didn't go into Jamaica Blue a few doors down as it was really busy.... I think that is telling.

The staff here are always so welcoming and smiley, and remembered my coffee order after the first couple of times coming in, which I thought was so impressive! ☕️🧡

Not great. Visited on a relatively quiet Saturday lunchtime. Quite a sizeable queue of 7 or 8 people waiting to order and a couple waiting for their orders. Quite a few tables littered with dead trays, cups, and plates. The queue wasn't moving particularly quickly either. Plus at lunchtime you'd expect there to be a better selection of food, in fact you'd expect there to be more than just two savoury options, two tuna paninis/sandwiches that both looked like they'd been dropped on the floor and dribbled around for a bit. Even the non-savoury choice was limited, one or two cakes. Otherwise the cabinets and fridge were pretty bare 🤷🏼. Average at best. The atmosphere at this branch is dull with no vibe & there is no privacy to any of the seating areas. It's a poor design to the interior layout & decor. Cash is not accepted.

Served by Nora today, lovely service very happy and very good at the care and attention to our order. Read back the order making sure we were happy with it and did everything she could to accommodate us. We hope she is recognised by her managers for her amazing customer service. Best Starbucks member we have ever come across!

Nice place that is relatively clean for this type of chain. Service is highly variable. Why, for example would they think that an hour before closing, it is fine to take a flat white order, ask your name and whether you are staying in, and then without warning, serve it up in a paper cup for 'just' £3.70? Yes, a PAPER CUP FOR £3.70! A smile or apology presumably would cost even more.

Always good, especially at Christmas.

Ruby and Dania provided the best customer service, I'm not normally a fan of Starbucks but I will forever return to this one!

2 take away hot chocolates were £9.25 , expensive 😫 but enjoyed all the same.

Being Diabetic I always check with the staff what the sugar content if the festive drunks are. After bring told the egg nogg later didn't contain any sugar I purchased one with my lunch. It tasted rather sweet after drinking just over half of it. My friend looked it up on their website to find it had 41g of sugar per cup. The staff didn't know where their product file was so ended up giving me the carton to look at. Sure enough sugar was the 2nd ingredient. The supervisor didn't seem that bothered even after me explaining how poorly it could make me. Gave me a voucher. Not good enough that staff aren't aware what's in their products or where to find the information. Have emailed head office but heard nothing back from them. Will never visit a Starbucks again.

Slow service, got coffee after a few minutes then had to wait for food to be heated, I think they forgot, oven was empty. Food ok at best. Does it really take two staff to take cardboard out, leaving one member of staff where at least two was needed. Probably won't return for a while.

I am person love Starbucks coffee but One of staff really Rude . She charge me wrong money didn't refund. She don't know how to treat costumers .

I had such a nice experience here. As soon as I walked 🚶‍♂️ through the door 🚪 I noticed how nice the atmosphere was. The seating is very comfortable, the food display looks great 👍🏿 and the coffee ☕️ is delicious 😋 Above all, however, is the customer service. The two ladies behind the counter were lovely. So welcoming, very polite and they called their regular customers by their first names. Well done ✔️ I'll definitely be back. 5 stars all round.

Nice clean indoor and outdoor dining, food and coffee was nice, staff were lovely but did forget part of our order which was quickly resolved.

There's a few things I felt were wrong. Queuing up in front of a display with cakes etc is ludicrous. Also no signs to inform customer's where to queue which is a health and safety issue. Staff were rude and uncaring when I pointed out I was deaf. In fact I was so disgusted I didn't stay. I went to a different cafe where I was treated fairly. The chap serving even wrote down his questions. Customer service is appalling

During the rainstorm, there was 13 minutes till starbucks’ close time and walking through the rain, once we had entered the building we were poorly greeted by the red headed woman who is possibly the manager (could be Janice), she shouted ‘we’re actually closed’ but there was no sign whatsoever, nobody had locked the doors, there were other customers inside and on google it’s advertised that the building shuts at 6pm. I understand that staff wants to go home on time but it’s poor management to close early and if your closing early, at least change the closing times online on the website as it’s false advertisement. Prior to this experience, I have seen this same lady misbehaving with the teenage staff several of times as she looks like she is in authority. To mistreat your staff is saying enough but treating customers poor is shocking especially when you are a manager in a catering department. If she had kindly said that they were closed, it would be absolutely understanding but the fact that she was leaning whilst her staff was cleaning, her attitude was poor and there was no form of politeness to explain for example ‘Hey, I’m sorry, we are just closing soon so we are stopping service’ is concerning.

I am very disappointed with their service today. I ordered salted caramel cream cold brew as it has been my favourite drink from starbucks this year. However, today the drink that was given to me tasted very different from what I ordered. There’s even no hint of salted caramel and didn’t even taste like a cold brew! It was very bland and bitter! So I told the staff who made my drink that it doesn’t taste like that before and it is not even sweet. ( also, in my head I am sure that it wasn’t even a cold brew and it was obviously a regular americano! But, I don’t want to make a scene there anymore so I held back on my thoughts ). The staff offered to put a pump of vanilla or he can make me another drink. Of course, I refused as I don’t want to make a scene. Anyway, I hope they could be honest to the customer if they ran out of the ingredients to make the drink coz I could have chosen a different one instead! They should never assume that a customer doesn’t know what they’re ordering! Or could starbucks could train their baristas on how to make the drinks in the menu before giving them the job?!

Pretty empty. No fruit except overpriced melon no yogurts no porridge . Disappointed

Drinks were great, food was great and the staff were also great. Always have a nice time at any Starbucks and this one was just as good as any other!

Best place in Gloucester to go for a coffee. The staff are amazing, really friendly, fantastic team. Exceptionally clean and of course the coffee is great. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me 😊

Nice New Starbucks (next to Primark) staff are all welcoming and friendly and the service was great. I had the tall iced caramel latte which was perfect.

Special shout out for Caylee. What a star and lovely person. She when out her way to help me and she also makes fabulous a flat white coffee. 🤩☕️

The coffee and staff are really good but they are massively understaffed at peak times meaning long wait times. Hopefully this will be addressed soon as you expect more from the most expensive coffee shop in the city.
