Pizza Plus in Gloucester

Beat pizza i have ever had i will never go to another place for pizza or peri peri wings again this is the one. With the most freshest ingredients around. 100% recommended. I come from the forest of Dean to eat here at least once a week. Keep up the brilliant food.

been using this place for absolute years, always recommended the place to others aswell, not any more. Had home delivery was missing an item so i rang shop said was missing they said would send one out, then rings me back saying they reckon they been thru cctv and item was put in order, i told them umder no circumstances over a burger would i argue but what ever happened that item was not brought to my door. i do not care what cctv is shown it did not arrive with me, i requested to see cctv she refused. i also said to them they could come collect remainder of order why would i eat food and leave one person hungry, absolute disgrace to loose customer and reputation because they've forgotten to put the item in the bag but dont want to pay delivery driver again. Loyalty to customers obviously doesnt mean anything and i wouldn't now trust a replacement, wouldn't trust them what they would do. very intersting to read alot of other reviews who had similar experiences where they refuse a mistake has been made . absolute disgrace and in deseprate need of the price of a burger to rip of there customers aswell, reading through other posts drivers have refused to deliver what shop has not put in as they wont pay them.to re deliver there mistake

Excellent service as always especially for new years eve. No problems ordering or with delivery. Arrived hot and tasty.will definitely continue to order from here. Highly recommended

The quality of the ingredients takes the pizza to the next level. There’s a generous amount of toppings, and the dough is perfectly cooked. We ofter order and get take away, it is my 3 year old son favourite place to get the pizza and have some delicious wings, burgers and desserts, there is variety of food for all family. Is one of the favourite place in town.

Terrible, burnt, over cooked and a rip off...ordered before was perfect, staff manners are disgusting had to go and get replacement food when this was delivered. And would not resend to me Never use again, trading standards required

Love Pizza Plus and so much cheaper if you collect. That said area feels quite volatile.

I ordered a pizza and chips and the lady hang up on me 3 times wich made me feel disrespected the chips were cold the pizza was undercooked and the beef on the pizza made me want to throw up never going to this place again wouldn’t recommend

Very nice cheep pizza £2 small £4 medium and £6 large Very nice pizza they included toppings with this cheepest place in city cannot be beaten on price as good as anywhere more expensive. They also do chicken strips fish and chips etc.very cheep for a quality pizza. Ok for disabled access parking free and is easy would recomend locals are also not a problem. This is takeaway no restaurant but honestly try it food is good they are halal

Ordered on just eat, didn’t mind the hour wait after 1 hour 40 mins later food arrived. Chicken wings was perfect. Couldn’t fault them. Forgot the sauce. And a cold pepperoni pizza. Looked like the delivery driver had sent it side ways. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. Woman on the phone is rude. Telling me that because she took the pizza out it’s hot. Absolutely backwards. If you want some nice chicken and a frozen pizza order from here.

I ordered a medium pizza after confirming the price. Which i was told was £4.00 but the lady straight refused to my face saying she didn't. I think staff needs to be trained as they cannot just be rude to their customers. Turning her back and speaking was abrupt. I do remember what i was told and nobody mentioned that the 4 pound one only had 3 toppings. I only queried about the small one and that's what i ordered. When i called the second time and asked again for price for medium pizza no one mentioned its only for limited toppings which should have been mentioned. Seriously I don't about the price. But the way you spoke was abrupt and rude and unprofessional to run the shop.

Staff is unprofessional Pizza is not good as i asked for three toppings they have put only one topping and the pizza is not properly baked.

On few occasions have gotten order wrong, cooking several pizzas extra through phone order, clearly not understanding and clarifying orders. Several home deliveries with missing items which then had to be redelivered. Female owner then had audacity to come to shop floor arguing about order! Which she had messed up. Was a regular customer with same order every time which they clearly have issues fulfilling.

Had pizza plus at friends house and it was so good the chips were also really delicious which surprised me because the sides at most places are a let down but best chips iv eaten in a long time. So i decided to order with them for our takeout treat instead of our normal go to pizza place and again everything was so tasty and an even bigger shock was how cheap it was 3 x pizza, 3x garlic bread, coke and chips for less then £25 what a bargain would cost us at least double that at our normal place. Definitely found our new favourite pizza place and the kids loved it which was a winner because they are normally fussy as hell 👏🏻

Usually love these pizzas but never again. Chips were lovely but Pizza tasted off. Pineapple very strange taste and left bad after taste and after eating half of it i realised the base had green mould spots under it .🤢 Came from cheltenham so could nt take back as to far otherwise i would have asked for my money back ! Has put me off having pizzas ever again !

We ordered two pizza's. They looked and tasted like they were fried. I genuinely wouldn't eat there again even if it was free.

Turned up over an hour late, chips were oily, the garlic bread was so hard you could smash a window with it and I had the trots and a bad belly for 2 days so will never order again...

Order our food at 18.30 and it didn’t come for 2 hours don’t no if they killed and plucked the chicken there and then? But the boss was very apologist as when the delivery guy turned up eventually our food was stone cold the boss came him self with two fresh pizza and some extras for free and the fresh pizza was lovely

Order three X-large Stuffed Crust Deep Pan Pizzas. What we got was three lumps of thinly spread dough with some cheese on top. When we called to enquire why they were so thin when it's was supposed to be deep pan, was told ridiculously "that's what happens to stuffed crust pizza". Save yourself some time and disappointment and just order from Pizza Pizza.

First time ordering here and it was awful. Soggy and chewy nuggets and pizza. Box was squashed and the base wasn't as ordered.

Absolutely amazing food and friendly staff pizzas r not greasy and the chips r lushhhh this is our new favourite take away 😄
