The delivery man was super nice and cute

Driver was able to mark this as delivered when they never even showed up, despite me seeing they were outside my house, and I went outside to find them. Marking it as delivered means I still have to pay the delivery charge. Unacceptable.

Had a flat white. Which was just ok. But was disappointed that every table and still have cups and plates from previous customers on them. People sitting at the tables had to push them out of the way. The staff seemed not in a hurry to clear the tables. I was their 15 minutes, and no table was cleared.

Deliver driver was very good and quick.

Atmosphere is nice for laptop work, usually quite busy though. Food and drinks are good. Service is average - can be waiting around without anyone acknowledging you at all. Otherwise fast and accurate with orders!

I have accidently ordered to a wrong address. Only realised that once the delivery guy called. He was really kind and brought my order to the correct address.

Appalling service. Waited nearly two hours and when called restaurant they informed me that no one had attended to collect my order . Never arrived and have requested refund

I think the server was having a bad day but he was super grumpy! The cream was splodged on and they ran out of latte. Five quid for a crap drink. I think I'll be going back to Costa.

Super helpful, and lovely staff who are always smiling. 5 Star customer service and of course the best coffee, food and a relaxed atmosphere. A particular thank you to the wonderful lady who is always so efficient clearing tables and checking in on customers and to the supervisor who was quick to respond to a query I had. I look forward to my weekly visits where there is always easy internet connection and a power point to plug in my laptop!

Food good, coffee good, staff friendly and helpful, but service was very slow when I visited. Waited 15 mins for my panini and brownie and only got it after letting them know I was still waiting for it! There were others waiting on food that had seemingly been forgotten too. Frustrating when you're on a time limit. Can only assume they were focusing more on their drive thru orders at the time. Shout out to the lovely lady who wrapped my brownie at my table when I realised I wouldnt have time to eat it there!

Coffee was cold and the croissant was stale

I have trouble walking and the lovely lady who made my drink bought it over to me despite me ordering through the app to the wrong starbucks! thank you guys the staff were all so lovely and accommodating.

Love this Starbucks. It's always immaculately clean and even the loos are rarely grubby. Always great coffee, consistently.

My cappucino is half the cup and lukewarm. They forgot about my tea cake. I choose Starbucks because they have a better coffee than Costa but the service is not good.

I got a call after placing my order that they were out of croissants, so I had to get a panini instead. I ordered two chai tea drinks that were both tepid and had no flavour - just tasted like warm milk. This is not the first time this has happened and I requested a refund. Hot food was nice, but I didn't get anything that I actually wanted and had to re-order my drinks from Costa instead, which was hot and actually tasted like Chai tea. I don't know if I'll be ordering from here again.

£9.85 for two coffees! Slow rude service. Threw the drinks down. Genuinely couldn't care less

I an a support worker and i took one of my residents in for a coffee and cake. I didnt realise that you can only pay by card. The resident i took in was a vulnerable adult and can only use her card in the bank. The.manager and her staff were amazing and waived the fee. This was such a kind gesture that you rarely get in this day and age. It was very much appreciated, so Thank you.🙏 This was definitely Customer service at its best! 👌 Well done Starbucks 👏

Fumming, no call or nock left my food outside

What a wonderful establishment! Not only are the staff friendly but the drinks are amazing with a selection for all the family to enjoy! This is the best starbucks I've been too in the uk.

Building was very echo ey, staff v friendly

An easily accessible location by car so a good meeting point. Ample seating inside. However, the Air Conditioning is set so cold it is very uncomfortable. We are in England & A/C set at 16 degrees C is stupidity.

This place always gets my drink wrong. I think the biggest problem is they don't listen to you. I have no idea how many times I said, just let me finish my order. Then I repeat myself and then they did not record it right. One of the guys did not even know that espresso is not the same as coffee. I order the same everywhere at Starbucks most places the drink tastes very similar. Just at this particular location it's all wrong. I once chatted with a manager who was pretty nice, but generally the staff there is not so friendly. I am just in loss for words. I am professionally passing Gloucester around ones a week, and I have given up on going to this location as they just always get it wrong. Every time, I went the drink tasted different, but even different from the last one they made. It is almost a gamble there. The last time I tried the girl said that it tastes different everywhere because every location uses different products and the drinks have different ingredients. It is just a NO from me. I wish people working there would take more pride in what they doing.

New and functional rather than cosy this place does the usual Starbucks offering. Plenty of free parking and a drive through option are available on site. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Just a regular Starbucks coffee shop, some what busy. Very nice and helpful and funny staff a very large range of coffee and food, very relaxed atmosphere. And I'm quite sure 87,000 possible permutations of drinks so never a lack of choice 👍

The WORST starbucks I have ever been to. Me and my friend planned to pop in to buy a gift voucher for a friend and get a drink for ourselves as it happened to be the day you get a free cup with a grande iced drink we opted for 1 grande iced strawberry refresher and 1 grande iced matcha latte. I went to pay in cash which wasn’t accepted then for some reason we weren’t given the free cups which I could see they still had.. which isn’t the end of the world however our order was then wrong and we had been given a strawberry iced matcha with cold foam instead of just remaking the correct drink straight away the staff member said well come on then go back to the start i’ll have to refund you and start over at this point my baby was unsettled so we just decided to leave with the wrong order no free cup and less money😂no customer service skills to be seen will not be returning please go to any other starbucks you can find you’ll have a much better experience and they will actually accept legal tender ✌🏼

On a quiet day, got my coffee quickly but several minutes later there was no sign of my daughter’s babycino. I politely said to the lady that I was waiting for it in case it had got lost. She snapped back that there was a queue and I’d have to wait. This was despite me ordering the two drinks at the same time and lots of other people getting drinks between us. She was unnecessarily rude and could just have said ‘sorry, it’s coming’ No chocolate powder, cinnamon etc available either.

Charged £60 for spending more than 2 hours in this establishment. Ridiculous, Starbucks used to be a place you could take your laptop to work in.

The delivery was late. The food and coffee were cold. The delivery was left on the doorstep. I am disabled and can't get down to pick the delivery up so had to call a friend to help. This is a disgusting discrimination against disabled people.

Only delivered food none of the 2x large drink arrived! No refund and no apology- disgusting!

Missing items. ordered 2 venti cappuccinos and they didn't arrive

I frequented this Starbucks where I requested an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk. This order was repeated to myself so didn’t think it necessary to triple check that this was the correct order before driving away. After receiving this and taking a drink I realised that they had given me almond milk instead of oat milk. This may not seem like a big issue at first however I am severely allergic to almonds and began to display the symptoms of an allergic reaction. At first I thought that I had been given the wrong order however, I had also ordered a drink for my partner whose was correct. Horrified by this (potentially) fatal error, I contacted the customer care team who are yet to respond to my query. I will not be visiting here for a while as it now feels unsafe for myself (or anyone else) with allergies.

Went into the drive-through and honestly just expecting a coffee but whilst I was waiting for my coffee the Starbucks staff member just had a lovely conversation and asked me how my day was going etc etc and it just made me smile hence why I'm here sending my review now. I usually go to Costa but because of the service Starbucks provide I will go out of my way and go here instead. Thank you!

The team members, Jay, Cham, Hector, and Conner, consistently demonstrate exceptional speed and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, there is a dedicated lady who assists with cleaning, displaying great care and helpfulness towards customers. I frequently visit this establishment for prompt service and enjoy their delicious food and comforting beverages. I highly recommend this place as they offer a wide variety of food and drinks, and their staff is more than willing to provide recommendations upon request.

I bought tall hot chocolate and the cup was only quarter filled with hot chocolate and the rest of it was foam. Really unhappy with the quality and quantity. Also the place was so noisy

It's ok...clean and staff are OK. Food is typical of a major coffee chain, bit samey and boring. Plenty of parking. Quite slow but coffee is nice.

Told delivery would be 10.45, the delivery driver left at 10.40 according to the app. He got to me at 11.08, coffee was cold. Pretty poor

I have given this store 5 stars this afternoon, 25/11/23 , they are purely for the lovely volunteer Bev. The serving staff this afternoon are sour faced and moody. Bev always has a smile and a nice word for everyone, no matter how the other staff treat her. She saves them a lot of time with the work she does. I feel that Bev needs some recognition for all she does as a volunteer.

The hot drink was cold when it arrived

Good evening. Just wanted to message and pass on my absolute joke of an experience at your store today . Order placed at 15.49 for 2 cold drinks After being told multiple excuses , my children finally got their drinks at 16.12 pm baring in mind i was Stood waiting for all to see . Also Being told that the electric on the back wall wasn't working so there for that was the wait for the frappacinos , but the customers who was served after me all walked out with theirs - 3 being frapaccinos may I add . And that the server should have passed the ticket to the barrista, not to me - not my issue. Offered 2 free stamps on a loyalty card / cake on the house. Although I appreciate the offer , I would not be stepping foot inside of this starbucks again . Also, the 3 customers in front of me all had issues with their orders, too. Not sure how difficult it was to make 2 cold drinks , but thought 23 minutes was a bit much. Whilst watching people after me leave with their orders to be told the electric wasnt working hence the wait ,baring in mind I had my children with me i think is a great example of shocking service. Wouldn't recommend and actually really disappointed in the service and establishment . The team members I spoke to individually were fine to a degree , but it seemed alot of staff looking busy rather than actually being productive. It was not busy so not really sure how it all went wrong. Although not a problem in the big world , for a paying customer I think its disgusting and won't be returning . Maybe take this as constructive criticism so in future customers aren't fed lies and stood waiting watching most staff not really have a clue what they are doing . I went to starbucks as a treat for my children , but honestly should have gone to Costa as better service and I could have been in and out in 5 minutes. I never leave negative reviews but honestly the lack of service and literally no one knowing what is going on , I feel this particular starbucks really needs some leadership training and structure.

Both drinks taste bad! The hot chocolate is watery and the pumpkin spiced latte has a weird sour taste! We’ve ordered both drinks multiple times from eastern Avenue and have always tasted great! Very disappointed
