Food was ok but Staff wasn’t friendly.

The team gets your order spot on everytime and provides a great service whether its delivery or collection.

Never even received my delivery. I missed 6 phone calls from them as my phone was on charge in my bedroom. They said they left it outside it wasn’t outside. I didn’t even get a refund and most importantly no food. I won’t be ordering from these again. Can’t even follow simple instructions to my flat either. Disappointed.

Ordered through Food hub full peri peri chicken, quter pounder burger and Donner kebab. Really poor attitude and customer service form the staff. I liked there food but may not come back again!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff on the phone. Only received half our order and couldn't even put the donner kebab in a pitta just meat in the tray. Rand to ask where the rest of the order was and received it's not our fault the just eat driver must of ate it and when asked what we could do they put the phone down and refused to deal with the situation.

Ordered through just eat , items were missing ordered a doner kebab ,chips and drink meal , only meat was delivered no pitta no chips or drink rang to ask about it I had the phone put down on me and the employee was shouting at me ,rang back and again had the phone put down on me again , doner meat was all burnt disgusting customer service will never ever order from here again abysmal

Unfortunately star Grillz me and the missis is done with yous.. your wings get smaller & smaller every week.. we placed a order witch was the number 3 special & costs £11.50.. you were for charging us £14.50 we then phoned straight back again and canceled or order.. ( just lost another good customer)..... Gave these people another chance and the fuuked up again.. ordered half peri peri chicken meal when I got the chicken it was dry no peri sauce on it whatsoever I would of had more flavour eating polystyrene & the chips was exactly the same dry and had the taste of cardboard.. the other half got chicken pitta with the wrong sauce and dry chips and no salad... this can only have been done in badness because the worst cook ( not shef ) would have done a hell of a lot better.. i might just take it back to the shop today and hit him round the head with it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PEOPLE

Either chicken or chips is not fresh. But tonight. Both not fresh. Awful quality...

Decent food but they unfortunately lost a star from us because of very stingy portions of dips. If I asked my customers to pay 30p per tub of sauce/dips (which lots of other takeaways provide for free) I'd be embarrassed to give them such a tiny portion which didn't even fill half the container! (see photos) It's a small detail but it really makes a difference to the overall experience.

Honestly wasn't expecting anything special from a Star Grillz, but this blew me away. My cheeseburger was incredible, the nuggets were beautifully crisp, and the chips were perfection. You've gained two new regulars tonight.

The food is ok but when you go inside, you feel conscious about the hygiene standards.

Charged me for cheese on 3 separate occasions never got it.. BANNED.....

Great location to eat. Best chicken wings on the planet along with chilli salt. Friendly staff that remember your face and your favourite orders. Not in the best location but it’s always worth the trip!

6/2019 Overpriced, even when you pay extra for everything you get very little of everything . Kebab was spicy and my partner barely could it it. For some reasons the owners think kebab should be super spicy . Will never buy from them again . AVOID

Forgot my peri mayo that I paid for, didn’t even put one in for free like most other peri places does. Paid £4.99 for a meal that came with just a peri burger and rice (no drink) which I thought was ridiculous. Peri burger was nice, however, Rice was tasteless and soggy.

Really good, better than Go Peri on Eastgate Street and the staff aren’t rude eithe like at Go Peri

Great food! A wide range of very tasty options and, although it pains me to say it as I love a good nandos, their peri peri chips are much better here by far!
