Excellent food and great portions!

The food came fresh and warm. quick service. One of our items was unavailable but we got a substitute and another free item!! The food was delicious

The best there is in Gloucester, their milk 🥛 😋 is the best I've ever tasted and I've been to all the shops and supermarkets, some has said they're rude and not helpful that is NOT true alot of their food I always buy and good dates and very fresh and I always say you get what you pay for, I'm not going anywhere else, The people who work there are friendly and very helpful in a word...GREAT .. well done 👏 M&S your the best. Very nice good portion of kebab and very tasty pizza and staff is very friendly delicious food and very highly recommended

This restaurant is an absolute godsend, I’ve been vegan for six years and I’ve never had a takeaway that I could order from until I found this takeaway, I absolutely love that they do vegan options such as kebabs burgers and curries… I’ve never been able to find This in Gloucester Prior to this, As someone who’s ordered a few times from here, I have found many dishes that I like including the kebabs, Especially the chicken tikka and the chicken sides, However I have one slight problem with the labelling on the takeaway websites. On Deliveroo it is not clear the difference between the vegan dishes and vegetarian ones, on some of them they aren’t labelled as vegan or vegetarian, which is very confusing as a vegan as I don’t want to eat something which isn’t 100% vegan…. Some will say “vhicken” But will not actually specify if this is vegan or vegetarian. Also, I found out today that the chips are vegetarian and not vegan which really confused me as they served as a duo with many vegan labelled mains, But it is not clear that they contain milk or labelled as non vegan ! and this upset me as I’m a vegan and I have ate them before, I would’ve never wanted to if I knew that they were vegetarian and not vegan! I would love it if going forward each and every individual dish on Deliveroo could be labelled as vegetarian or vegan clearly to save this mishap or even have separate menus for vegan any vegetarians Asda is a big difference between the two, And for many, veganism is a very touchy subject and most people will not be happy to be served milk / dairy . I come here occasionally always a small queue even first thing in the morning so proves how good it is. The staff are always efficient and friendly. Has a cosy relaxed atmosphere and the notice board advertises events for a diverse community and if different interests so welcoming for all. My only fault is the place could do with a really good clean especially where the coffee is made and display cabinet is often dusty but proves how busy they are.

Plenty of parking on site. Plenty of seating too.

What an amazing shop... Really friendly staff... Michaela came in early to accommodate our visit... Lovely lady very welcoming even at 6.30am Jane and Katie were also so helpful and the shop looks great. So much choice, hats, scarfs, hand bags and shoes .... they also have a huge range of baby and toddler clothing 👶🏻🍼 with enough bows and fashion jewellery for every occasion. The ladies here really looked after us today... So a big thank you 😊

Used to be a lovely restaurant with fantastic food, we were really surprised how it has changed when we visited for my birthday in April Food was mediocre and nothing like it used to be, It's a big restaurant but everyone is seated close together at one end of the room so you get no privacy to talk, the staff stand around nearby watching everyone, whilst I can see the advantages for the staff to have everyone in one area and be available all the time, it really was not a nice experience, felt like we were just being watched constantly. The house wine tasted of chemicals and the carpet was stickier than KCs used to be. Such a shame.

Never consider using this firm for a Uber Eats delivery. Each and every time I have painstakingly gone through the ordering process (many employees so multiple orders), we are notified that are our order is cancelled almost certainly due to not being able to deliver. Why advertise and then not fulfil? Disgusting.
