Subway in Gloucester

Food was lovely however found the lady behind the counter to be rude and unwelcoming. The gentleman was helpful and professional however when asking the woman for a big she huffed and puffed and then walked off to speak to her colleague in her foreign language which made me incredibly uncomfortable as anyone who does that is probably saying things about you. The food is always great but it’s a shame about the staff.

Lovely staff who were cheerful and helpful. I had a super chicken teriyaki salad and sat in to eat it. The salad was fresh, the chicken was served warm and I could customise my salad to my exact tastes. Great.

I came here about a week ago and there was a young lad serving called Ross. He was a very happy and charming young lad very polite and professional. Sometimes it's the little things that matter like him going the extra mile to cut my sandwich in half to make it easier for me and my partner. Hopefully your employer knows how strong a team member you are

I ordered a toasted footlong sub meal deal. I received a footlong without any of the meal deal elements that clearly wasn't toasted - it is fridge cold.

Sandwich incorrect. Crisps, cookie and drink not delivered. Really poor.

Good server . Polite asked the right questions The food however was very poor . Cheapest ingredients poor bread Subway used to be great but seriously shoddy now hugely overpriced for what is now a poor product.

The hash browns are TINY and the filling of the sub pretty stingy considering the price.

Went in at 11:30am to get something to eat and the staff were very blunt and arrogant. The manager ended up serving me but they were no better and was just as bad. Not going for a while

The amazing delivery drive!! Honestly so impressed, for some reason the app bugged and put my pin in the wrong location even though my delivery address was correct. Weird. Anyway, the delivery driver clocked on and realised something was not right! Lucky I could see him moving on the map so I could run to the road waving my phone at random cars(haha) it worked as the guy pulled over. He was apologetic but I explained it was the app not him.

I ordered a chicken salad and the cheese ‘melted’ wraps. The cheese wasn’t melted fully and the chicken I think has revived itself and has climbed out of the box as there is barely nothing. I have a picture too. Not impressed

Popped in about 11ish after picking my daughter up from Bristol Airport. The food was lovely, it was very quiet in there with only 4 other customers eating so it was nice to eat before the possible lunch time rush. Bonus to our visit was getting a picture with Scott Redding 😉

Ordered Ben & jerrys ice cream. This didn’t arrive and I got an Oreo muffin instead. I also paid extra for the ice cream

Most sandwiches are flat and clearly haven’t been taken care off and the margherita slice is undercooked and the cheese and sauce barely cover the whole slice

I popped in to grab the wifey and I some lunch today and I must say, the two ladies who took care of me were great! They were personable, friendly, informative about the new options available and honestly made my overall experience really nice which for me makes a huge difference! Thank you, it's service like this that keeps customers like me coming back! :-)

Probably went to this subway for the last time. The service person was so lousy she didnt bother to check if me and my wife were ordering at the same time. The toppings the sauce and the meat portions were all reduced to nothing. The sandwich was not what i expected. And these servers are called artists... lol. What a joke!

Unfortunately the order was delivered late, likely due to the deliverer servicing multiple orders. I have screenshoted the in-app map which shows the in completely the wrong direction from both my house and the restaurant.

Staff didn’t put any butter on bread . They wouldn’t let me make my own sandwich, It’s states make your own sandwich. Dissatisfied really. I now make my own sandwiches.

I tell you what. Some subways don't let you have sauce with your hash browns but this one did! 5 stars

We hadn't been for a Subway in a long time so we stopped to grab one on our way home. We were surprised to see the new menu options and decided to give two of them a go. The big Bombay and Tuna Kahuna neither of which we will be rushing to have again. The big Bombay is Chicken tikka, double American-style cheese, red onions, lettuce, peppers, sweet onion sauce and garlic & herb sauce. Tasty but the chicken repeats on you a lot and we missed the option of adding our own salad. The Tuna Kahuna is Tuna mayonnaise, melty mozzarella, American-Style cheese, caramelised red onions, peppers, black pepper, sweet onion sauce. Served on Italian White bread. You are limited to white bread only due to toasting and then they take this hot soft sub and try and force it into a protective cardboard tube, which just snagged the bread ripped it, so when you open it, it's just a mess, slimy and slippery and not very appealing. Stick to old favourites in future

my pizza slice came burnt, they didnt put either of the cheeses i added and PAID for and they added lettuce when i said no to lettuce

The NEW cookies apparently aren't availably even though you can order them, the sauces and food came not packed in their boxesTerrible order and would highly not recommend doing it again. and bags so when opening the order bag it looked like a bomb had gone off and their was food everywhere. Ordered two drinks and only 1 was in the bag, even states on the receipt there should be two.

I made the mistake of placing my order to my home address rather than the address I was at when I placed the order however the delivery driver was amazing as when they called me he explained he had left it in a safe place whilst I was on my way to collect it, and bless his heart he rly did make the effort to make sure it was covered to not only keep it safe but to keep it warm!! Food was amazing, well prepped and service from Ethan was wonderful, I ordered a lot of extras and he listened to each one and was patient as I ordered. Place was clean and you could see the staff were working hard. Best sandwich I’ve had from subway, will be returning soon!

Wow. I've now been here twice. The premises are clean and bright and there is seating inside. The star of the show and the reason I'll be returning is Ross. This guy knows customer service. I'm not sure if it's natural or learnt but what an asset. Do everything you can to keep him or use him as a teacher for other branches. Well done.

They were very busy today but the young lad was very apologetic for the wait and served us at a swift pace with politeness and kindness.

Awful experience- very unprofessional staff. Male assistant continually talked to other staff . The wedges were very soft , didn’t seemed cooked , uneatable. Will not go again.

Ordered a chicken bacon sub with cheese, pepper and cucumber with mayo. And got instead chicken bacon sub with olives and gherkins, no mayo or cheese.

Coffee was cold and milk tasted off, hash browns had congealed in the bag and egg in sandwich wasn't cooked and made me feel sick.. when I opened sandwich the ingredients were everywhere except on the bread. I love eating at subway but will never go back to this one. It makes me understand why so many people don't like subway.

Wont be going again to the quedgeley store..was there the other day...only one person serving .got fed up waiting after half an hour..it doesn't and cant work with just one person on..

You say open until 9.30, so why did your staff members just leave at 5 to 9 as we pulled in? Very disappointing as we drove half an hour to try and get some food as nothing is open. Please be honest about your opening times!

Just ordered a tuna 6" sub, not impressed with portion size of tuna, I have more spread on my jam toast than I did with this sub. Won't be going to this particular subway again

Part of a petrol station, this is a tucked-away outlet which rarely has queues and gives good service.

Went into the subway in Budgens, Quedgeley And had a card error so had to transfer my friend the money that took while due to having no signal but a female worker called chloe was being very rude and getting angry at us when it wasnt our fault, from the start she was never polite always rude about asking us what we wanted, apart from chloe, it's a really good sandwhich place would recommend.

Until Subway signs up to the Better Chicken commitment, I most definitely will not be visiting any time soon...not that I would eat Chicken in the first place, but for those that do, would at least want it to come from a place without being subjected to cruelty. Lorna was absolutely great at getting our order perfect! She listened as a human and not a robot whilst keeping to the company brand. This is how a customer experience should be :) If you want a subway, then go here - and give Lorna a tip. We’re not good at rewarding service industry staff in hospitality in the U.K. and often it’s for good reason but this is exceptional. Highly recommended- Adam :).
