Pirico in Gloucester

Since posting my original 5 stat review, I've come in person. This place may be the greatest eating establishment in Gloucester. Excellent service, excellent staff, perfect atmosphere and food which is beyond word. Oh, and its safe to say the staff really appreciate their customers. I would rate this place 10 stars if i could.

Food was as always delivered on time and still lovely and hot, really great tasty burgers and the younger kids live the chicken srrips, add to that thy regularly ha e deals and a stamp card loyalty bonus makes this my first choice for take out almost every time.

Tried to ring them to cancel as I'm not eating cold food, then it turned up. COLD!!

Think it would have been really good had it been more clear what was on items. I can’t eat mayo, doesn’t say in the description or the picture any mayo but arrived covered in it so now Iv got no dinner. Update your descriptions and have the option to remove things people can’t have. First time ordering but been left disappointed. Does look good quality and arrived hot though.

The chicken box with salad and chips was 10/10. Delicious! My brother got a halo burger and said it was really good too! Staff were friendly and were open late during NYE!!

£10 for a wrap the size of my finger. Definitely not worth the money.

Can’t beat the great/quick service and the excellent food

Driver rang me 3 times for postcode. Gave it to him multiple times each time he rang. Eventually he said he was outside. Opened door to find him nowhere. He insisted he was right so I spelled it out again. Even using the phonetic alphabet. He just said order cancelled. They took my money but nothing back yet. Rang the restaurant and they were just as bad. Asked for my postcode (again). This is 90 mins later. Yes I would still like my stone cold delivery. Never using again.

Was 1 hour 30 Forgot items and took nearly another hour to bring all food was cold waste of money

Have regularly ordered for the last 2 years probably and never had any issues previous order one meal was missing and the rectified the issue but today made the same order and same mistake was made,I then waited another 30 mins for them to resend me order when I received the order the meal that was missing arrived but the two other meals were a small rather than the large I ordered . Not sure what’s going on lately but unfortunately you’ve lost a good customer and I will order elsewhere in future

Order food from Deliveroo food took hour for delivery Food came was cold 🥶 and chicken was dry and no real taste was genuinely disappointed as was expecting good chicken but spend £30 and felt robbed Would recommend pepe’s any day over this

Absolutely poor service we ordered nearly £40 worth of food for it to come stone cold the chips freezing all scattered in the bag all drinks missing. When called and reported they said nothing we can do about it we can get drinks out but nothing we can do about the cold chips and food all at the bottom of the paper bag shocking service. This was a food order for kids aswell so they ended up missing half there food as it was cold

Hello everybody. WARNING. DONT ORDER FROM THIS DISGRACE OF A PLACE and a shame to everyone in Gloucester. Very rude staff member on the phone refused to update me that my order was running late by over half an hour . After ordering over an hour prior . Discusting is all I can say . When I called, I asked to cancel the order, and he refused with an attitude. And said it will be 15 minutes . no doubt. I said NO I WANT TO CANCEL. I WANT MCDONALDS INSTEAD ." ATLEAST THEY KNOW HOW TO MAKE FOOD ON TIME. He very rudely said to me . You can do it on the app and hang up..... at this time, I was unaware that you couldn't cancel on the app after it's left the food joint, and he knew of this too . By the way the app said " enjoy your food" half an hour before the call . 20 minutes later the plonkers called me back and said . Okay we've canceled it . I said okay good . I want mcdonalds now and I hung up . . Don't order from this cesspit guys . Please

Please be careful ordering from here me and my sister ordered from here firstly all of our order didn’t show up, so then they sent out fresh food I started eating and found this in my food this is not a bone

Chicken wrap was great but our chips were stone cold (I collected from the store) and the kids ‘chicken’ burger was disgusting. A soggy giant chicken nugget. Why it asked me what flavour we wanted the chicken I have no idea as it was just a cheap horrible reformed chicken burger when my daughter was expecting chicken breast from the description. Also don’t add halloumi unless you want it deep fried and greasy (yuck) or caramelised onion unless you actually want a massive amount of chopped raw onions. Really awful. If I’d ordered on just eat I’d be asking for a refund of this part of the meal

waiting for the delivery decided to look on the app and said delivered!!!! well I've been home waiting and no-one showed up. I've checked the address and it is the right one. so don't know were my food was delivered but it was not to me. So can you please refund my money back. considering my food was delivered to someone else.

Burgers were fantastic as always, easily the best place for burgers in Gloucester in my opinion plus the reward card is a really nice bonus.

Disappointed food luke warm Diet Pepsi not received

Always great quality and consistency here., ordered before and will again. Everything is tasty, hot and fresh. Wings in particular great today very juicy and well cooked.

I was quite disappointed on how the zinger burger was made and how blad the wings were I've ordered from both shops and the one on Bristol Road was slopy but the one in kingsway is a lot more presentable and more tasty

I've been a regular customer at Pirico for a while, and I always thought it's great, but ever since Hamza joined Pirico, the food has been even greater. It's honestly the best I've had in Gloucester. Every dish is delicious, and you can tell he puts a lot of care into his cooking. This place has definitely become my favourite spot because of him. Thanks, Hamza, for the great meals!

Not very good if you are vegan. I ordered the vegan wrap and they included a definitely non vegan sauce. Sauces need to be labeled to state which are vegan (on deliveroo and elsewhere). I chose the hot sauce assuming it would be vegan. When I called they stated that they had added a different sauce. They assured me it was vegan. However when I checked the sauce on the website it stated there was egg in it. Was very disappointed as I was not able to eat it. Better knowledge needed on the restraint part to ensure vegans and those with allergens are not purchasing something they do not wish to/cannot consume.

On time yes but paying nearly 10 pound for one piece of chicken is awful also forgot the second portion of chips so had to split one portion between 3 people to stingey with the portions

The food was freezing cold. The driver admitted that the original driver refused to go out in the rain and the shop had to deliver it themselves. Therefore the food was cooked and waiting for nearly an hour. Therefore it was cold and most of it got thrown away. I think someone needs to compensate. The food was inedible.

PiriCo is undoubtedly the best fast-food restaurant around, thanks to their oh-so-delicious chicken burgers and juicy beef angus burgers. And if you’re a fan of fries, they won’t let you down either! Indeed, an amazing dining experience that I will cherish for a long time.

Best takeaway about 👌 come here mostly and they have never let me down. Foods banging and the guys here are sound as 👍 i recommend coming here for your peri chicken 💪

They sent me the wrong order, so called them up to let them know I was then told the correct order would be delivered in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later I get a phone call blaming me for the wrong order. Very poor.

Ordered from here quite a few times some people understand the order over the phone others don’t listen at all. And won’t rectify the mistake and keep blaming us. Being extremely rude the same man has made the mistake 3 times now unfortunately with no rectify.

20/10 - I popped in to get a takeaway and I was impressed by everything! Staffs were friendly and professional, the restaurant was dazzling clean, and most importantly, the food... WOW! I usually see these type of foods as fast-food only, but the chicken and chip were cooked for optimum taste - not too rich not too bland, just perfect! Tremendously palatable! Highly recommended and Gloucester needs to support restaurant that has so much passionate in what they do. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My order was late no phone call and they tied the bag to the door knocker they didn't even ring the bell if I had not gone out side I wouldn't of known my order was hanging outside of my door on the door knocker

This is the second time I have ordered food. The food arrived hot and was absolutely delicious again. This has to be my new favourite takeaway. The rice was fab, alongside the chicken and chips. Highly recommend 😀

Meh. Burgers were spicy. But you get pots of burger sauce to damp it down. The chips were cold. The ice cream was the off brand Lidl, not worth the £5+ and delivery was late with the ice cream on top of the bag with warm food... Not the most useful place.
