I get the impression that the owners are winding the Taps down. The bar staff are excellent, beer is good but often the selection can be poor. Food is no longer available, but you can take food in. The bar is looking tired, the loos are very retro, if 1970s public toilets are your thing. Its a real shame.

The food wasn’t really great, but the drinks saved it. Service was spotty, won’t be coming back here again unfortunately.

Went for a Sunday roast, unfortunately it's one of the worst I've had. Beef was dry tasted odd, the roast potatoes were undercooked. Gravy thin but tasty! Staff are great shame about the roast. Would definitely return for a drink!

We always choose Herbies because of the service and the fact they use the better quality ingredients (They use real cheese which means the pizza tastes better in my opinion). Thanks to Sukhveer Singh for always being consistently friendly and meeting our needs.

It's OK as it's a short walk from home. Not ever had any food there but the drinks are pretty good value. Staff could be more cheerful and crack a smile once in a while

Lovely Sunday roast for Mother’s Day. Great service from Jo. Best dog treats ever were kindly brought to the table too.

Guys the food is fantastic, and the ambience is really lovely, but the fact you can’t get certain punters to control their dogs is a no go! A member of Staff even fell over a dog and went flying. People don’t want to have dogs barking throughout the lunch! Come on guys you’re allowing a few dog people ruin it for everyone else, great pity!

First time attending this pub, I ordered the chilli con carne not had the in a while, very disappointed very bland just like having a bowl of mince, no chilli, no peppers and no red kidney beans, had a latte to go with it and it’s a satchel of coffee powered form, not even a coffee machine in the pub, the owner lets her dog run around the pub and it sits there and moans at u if u don’t feed it, not very good for a pub serving food, won’t be going there again

À restrant with no menu, yes it's true, I was told they have untrained staff working in the kitchen, so they could offer something with chips, we left.

Food ok but no desserts. Staff pleasant enough but did not really seem to know about the food. No fizzy drinks ie. Coke or lemonade as gas machine broken

Food was cold!! Ordered extra dip didn’t get it oh and took 2 hours to arrive!!
