The restaurant has a warm & inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly n attentive. They have an extensive menu with something for everyone. You definitely get great value for your money here. I would highly recommend it to anyone for fantastic pizza. Can't wait to return.

Twice I have tried to place an order and each time I’m told they are out of large deep pan bases.

I ordered the Family Feast, and the pizza was amazing—perfectly cooked and full of flavor! The service was top-notch, got my order in just 35 minutes, fresh and hot.

This place is so good the people that work there are really polite and friendly. I have tried their pepperoni pizza and alloo paratha . Its so delicious & soft literally melts in the mouth . Highly recommended 👍

The beef patty was cheap, get nicer at a burger van! The bacon quality is terrible. The garlic mushrooms came cold and so did the fries! Not worth the money you pay for it and won’t order from here again! Terrible quality of food!

I ordered a calzone from Herbies own site. At the top of the CYO section it says choose BBQ sauce, regular sauce or garlic butter. Then there is a section to select your other fillings. After this there is options of calzone sauce or no sauce and also mozzarella or no cheese. As I didn't want calzone sauce, which I assume is regular tomato sauce, I clicked no sauce. What I got was a calzone with just cheese and the other fillings I had selected and no garlic butter, which ruined the experience. The site needs to be changed so that you get what you want. Dissapointing! I called them and did get a reply, but until now, no action. Ate the calzone as we were really hungry. Wasn't bad but having no garlic butter in did affect the flavour somewhat.

Everything was great as usual but for some reason we weren’t awarded a stamp on our stamp card which is a bit disappointing…

The Pizza was really good and was delivered in about 30 minutes. The only caveat is that they don't allow you to purchase any extra dips.

I order and after 2hrs the pizza hadn't arrived. I rang to ask where it was as I had 10mins until I had to leave for work. On the phone I just got told it would be hot when it arrives in 30 more minutes! I said I wouldn't be there and he just kept repeating that it would be hot...... I had to leave for work and no trace of a pizza

Waited nearly 3 hours for food. Rang up 3 times and was told each time it was on it way. I shared concerns of the food being cold when it arrives. I was assured it was not going to be cold, however it was cold. Shocking service. The pizza was disgusting and I feel sick from eating the little amount I did. Wasted nearly 3 hours waiting for food that I can not eat because is inedible. Would not recommend.

Brilliant service! We had a problem with our order. We called up and the shop to sort it and the gentleman on the phone who happened to be the owner was very apologetic and sincere. He came out personally to bring us the items we needed and gave us some extras as a kind gesture. Will definitely be coming back!

Tried out Herbies Pizza after their recent launch day and it was amazing. Pizza was hot and fresh with generous toppings the Tandoori one was definitely my favourite . Really welcoming and respectful staff. Will definitely be back!

Since being under new management the quality of food is amazing. They have also made it 100% halal, giving it a much larger variety of options. The staff are very approachable and respectful. Driver guy could not find my house, kept calling and even with instructions could not find my house, and I had to go halfway down the road in the rain to find him and by the time we got the food it was soggy.

Very disappointed with customer service. I was called and told that something I'd ordered wasn't available any more, told that I couldn't remove it from the order, I had to replace it with something similar. I asked if I could just cancel the order and get refunded (as I got this call less than 5mins after placing the order), was told that I could, but they'd already marked the order as being "prepared", so I couldn't cancel without having to pay the full price. Called them back and had an extremely frustrating conversation, the employee kept contradicting himself repeatedly and refused to answer specific questions I asked. I'm convinced the restaurant mark the order as being prepared the moment the order goes through so that people can't get refunds from cancelling. The food at least arrived hot, but was generally disappointing and soggy. The drink I ordered was wrong.

Although the food was fine and delivered on time, the delivery driver was quite rude and the first thing he said to me when arriving at my door was " we don't deliver this far" at which point? I told him the clearly he did and perhaps he should check their settings on Just Eat. He just repeated that I was too far I made out like it was my fault that he had had to travel further than expected.

My food was never delivered and get this, I received a call from the restaurant telling me the driver attempted to call me. This much is true but it turns out the driver never even tried to ring the doorbell out of some weird laziness. There were four people in the house so just a modicum of effort would have got the food delivered but instead the driver chose to return to the restaurant and call me once again to tell me I will receive no refund and I can only pay again to have my food delivered. I do not appreciate the attempt to extort money from me and then hung up on me when I refused. I ordered from here the other day and the driver was nothing but professional and courteous. I’m disgusted that this level of professionalism was lost on this other driver and I will never ever order from here again in my life. I have never been treated so rudely by a restaurant in my life. 0 out of 10, will order from Rocce in Chesham where they know what they’re doing.

Was awful, late delivery… had 2 of the wings.,, they seemed bread crumbed rather than dusted with a spiced flour mix. The pizza, I had 1 slice or half a slice and had to throw the rest away. Pepsi and Fanta was up to standard

Terrible… I ordered the Tikka pizza and the hot wings on just eat…. I had half a slice of the pizza and half of a wing…. Both were inedible and arrived 20 mins late, The wings were strange, like I’d expect them to be dusted with a spice mix yet it seemed different. The pizza 🤢 was the worst I’d ever tried. Like what even was that? Fancy being a chef and being proud to put that in a box… 🤮 Many places near by… DONT GO HERE!!

Under new management and they were giving out free pizza! It’s super clean and the owners and staff were so kind - pizza tastes way better than before!

Order was on-time, no problems whatsoever. The pizza was soooo good full of flavour I enjoyed every bite I have to say it's probably the best in town. the kids munched away and asked to order more ,,👍

TOOK MONEY - NO PIZZA DELIVERED If I could give less than 1 I would. Took order on line when shop closed for refurb, not told, order not cancelled... Money taken. Contacted same day, and several times since. Advised would be refunded....4 weeks plus still no refund! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Not good,I usually order garlic bread supreme and never had a problem,but thought I'd order a pizza from them instead,it may of been a bad day for them but the pizza was a waste of money.the pizza was doughey tasted Just cooked,the toppings fell off the pizza,and it was practically tasteless.i would give them a second chance but if they mess that up then I'd go elsewhere as you are not cheap

Ordered for the first time and online said 35 minutes but it ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes. The Garlic Bread had been seriously overdone, it was like a brick! The Chicken was very basic but at least edible. The Pizza was the worst I have ever tasted, just pure grease and didn't even smell appealing if I'm honest. We both took one bite and threw it to the birds! May have been a bad night but I certainly won't be risking it again. Awful experience all round.

Best pizza in High Wycombe by far and the level of customer service is exceptional. The collection time of which I was given was available to collect on-time and it was served and stayed hot and warm en route to my house. I can't fault these guys. Customer Service was exceptional !!! If possible I would give them 7 stars!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread, arrived 30 mins late. All 3 items were dried out and nearly inedible. This is 2nd time we've tried Herbies (HW) since new management took over, it used to be the best under previous management.

As always, the best pizza around! I’ve have had to go without in lockdown and can’t tell you how much I’ve missed it! The pizza is always fresh, garlic bread calzone... sooooo delicious and side always taste better than anywhere else. Not to mention the great value price. Staff are always polite, helpful and friendly. Definitely my fave takeaway. Thank you, so glad you’re back!

Disgusted placed an order at 9.10... Finally got it at 10.55 After me calling several times After an hour was told it was being dispatched and be with me very soon. 30 minutes later.. I called again..... Told be with me in 2 minutes after over 15 minutes it finally arrived. No apologies, no offer of any compensation just seemed like I was bothering them by calling asking for my food... Very not happy

We ordered through just eat- chicken bites, wings, mozzarella sticks, ect. And my partner and I were left with extremely bad stomachs following onto the following day too, I ended up feeling so sick never ordering from here again!

nice pizza but delivery always takes way too long. currently waited over 1.5 hours on a monday night and I live 5 minutes drive away. they don’t pick up the phone when you call, probably because everyone is calling to ask where their pizza is? i won’t be going back. finally someone answered the phone and they are closed. despite the fact that google says they are open and deliveroo took my money and gave me a delivery time. 2 hours wasted and hungry and now have to order somewhere else.

Absolutely awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This pizza place is criminal. I have placed an order on their "order directly" app from the app store which was accepted and I was charged. Then I received an email saying the order was not received at the shop. I called 12 times to find out the shop was closed. When I rang today I am being refused a refund because the shop "do not have my money". The "order direct" does. I cannot believe the awful service here. It is clear they dont make money from serving pizzas and only from scamming customers! Will never order from Herbies again. I rate this Zero stars but google will not allow me to post a review without selecting at least one.

Well I placed my order at 18 01 and received my order at 19 50 , completely the wrong order and I asked for 1 pizza half half , wedges and hebies garlicky bread , well I didn't get Garlic bread, got 2 pizza , barbecue chicken wings , chicken sticks and I didn't ask for them , very disappointed and wont be ordering from them again

I ordered 30 pound worth of pizza on the online app i then went to pick it up to find that they were closed I tried calling but no answer!! Complete rip off and waste of time

Very slow delivery (pizza was 17 minutes late) and tasted dry and bland, I can only think they are using halal sausage and vegan, gluten free pizza base, won’t be using again.

I would like to say what fab food I always recieve from herbies pizza High Wycombe i called the store tonight to tell them how wonderful my driver was not only was my order early the driver was so polite and remembered a question I asked him a few weeks ago and gave me answer tonight will defo order again well done herbies

I love the food but won't be ordering again. When you give an estimated delivery time of a full hour it shouldn't be difficult to keep to it, but on calling after the hour was up I was told (lied to) that it was being delivered and would be with me in five minutes. Twenty minutes later it arrived, a full hour and a half after I ordered, with the briefest apology and the driver almost forgot to give me the full order. Just not worth the hassle.

Called up at 9 pm pizza came at 11.10 stone cold so rang them they said will collect then no sender on there phone and no collection or refund a total waste off time will not be using again it’s beyond belief
