We have ordered online for delivery many times in the last year. It always arrives piping hot, no heating up required and within 30 mins.

Although a very tasty pizza,the toppings were few and far between I counted 12 tiny bits of chicken on a large chicken BBQ pizza. And very expensive unless you buy deals which limits your choice. No stuffed crust no half and half just basic pizzas. Otherwise you could be into £50.00 for two pizzas.

Papa John's pizza is always good... Staff friendly and gave us extra box for a plate.

Why I thought is this place quite under perfect pizza there wasn’t a problem so I was quite happy to pop in and order for delivery later but not for 11.30 at night!! And standards,quality timing all gone!

Very disappointed , ordered 2 large pizzas with extra chicken , one had extra the other dint , this is not the first time and has happened second time , went back and the guy dint refund the money paid for extra chicken and was full of excuses. Dominos far better in this context. Please check your pizzas before collection. Don’t let them rip you off.

Cold on arrival, wrong toppings. We phoned up but were met with ‘nah bruv, see what it is yeah, ya get me fam’, etc. Apparently, the manger was not available, so the young man said he would call said manager and get back to us. He didn’t. Papa-Johns used to be great! Now? Well, clearly, they’ve left the kids in charge, and forgotten to teach them about a) customer service and b) how to cook pizza. Avoid.

pizza turned up after 93 minutes cold, phoned the restaurant 4x twice no answer on the first call they answered the person on the other end replied give the driver 10/15 minutes (even though by this point the tracker had said it was delivered) the second time they called he said the same and became incredibly rude when i replied that they had already said that 15 minutes ago. i told him im going to do a charge back and only then did he reply that they would contact the driver. i explained that i will ring back in afew minutes if it hadn’t arrived which luckily for them it arrived just as i was dialling the number. head office have been contacted and a loyal customer lost

None of the item had the garlic butter dip (the substitution where nasty)which is one of the reasons we order. They didn't even tell us when we ordered or on delivery.

Poor quality, very expensive for its size

I ordered The Works pizza but was disappointed that the toppings were sparse - and to hide that fact there was loads of cheese instead, but what was there tasted good and it was still hot when delivered 👍

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered online for collection. Told on arrival that the order wasn't on their system and I had to pay again!? In order to get my pizza and they would make it then. Promised by the supposed 'owner' of the franchise that I would get a refund within 7-10 working days.....this never happened. I did call them multiple times with promises that if I waited an X amount of additional days the refund would be there. Ended up claiming the money back through my bank as I'm assuming their promises would be fulfilled when the next flying pig migration was happening. The pizza received after all the faff was rushed and in all honesty a bit...."meh". Lost faith in this Papa John's.

Food was delivered around an hour late. When I called the restaurant to ask for an update when it was already 30 minutes late the guy who answered the phone just said the delivery had left and "enjoy your food". When I asked when the delivery left, the response was "enjoy your food". How much longer? "Enjoy your food". Everything was just "enjoy your food". I gave up in the end.

Love Papa John's, ingredients are always fresh. The dough base is much more authentic than that Domino's or Pizza hut. Their Special Garlic dip is simply sensational. Papa John's High Wycombe has always delivered me perfect pizza's ever time.

Ordered online and got delivery. Food was fine but the driver was so so rude. I rushed outside to try help him find our house, stood in the rain. He drove past me twice even tho I was waving and on the phone to him saying where I was. Clearly he was confused but when he arrived he decided to start shouting at me that he didn’t have time to be driving around trying to find me. When I told him I’d been standing there waiving he proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong and wasting his time. Stormed off and when pulling away completely cut another car up and could have caused an accident. Might have been having a bad day but don’t take it out on the customer or others. A very rude and angry human. Won’t be using papa johns any time soon.

Well cooked and nice and hot on delivery

Can't fault the service but pizza was a little overdone and not sure if I got the benefit of the added mozzarella cheese topping. Apart from that, I'm happy enough to order again in the future and I commend Papa Johns for their free delivery offer on all orders.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Delivery took forever despite us living very close to the restaurant. Pizza stone cold. Cauliflower wings were missing the sauce and breadcrumbs.

Service was horrible and rude. I have a dairy and soy allergy. I always make an order with any restaurant but then call them to let them know, all places have been wonderful but this place. I told them about my allergy and could not care less. They said what were they to do about it, oh I don't know show some form of customer service perhaps. Rude and very possibly dangerous. I will not ever go back to them.

I got a chicken pizza yesterday that was not delicious I just thrown it in the Ben. The second problem was that the staff was working without gloves and the behavior of the staff or workers was rude with the customer. So, I don't recommend to anyone to get pizza from Papa John's. Thank you.

Everyone likes different things from their pizza. If you like yours to take 1.5 hours to arrive, and be stodgy and fairly tasteless with massive crusts then this is the place for you.

I ordered at 19.12 on 17th December. The online tracker said it was delivered to me at 20.00. It was not. I tried calling the restaurant but the phone line was constantly engaged. My pizza eventually arrived at 20.35 (I live 12 minutes from the restaurant). It was strone cold. It must have been transported without being in a heatproof bag. I had to put it in the oven to warm it up and make it edible. My side of cheese potato was one big cold solid lump and could not be saved. Extremely disappointed as I have always championed Papa Johns over Dominos. I wish I'd read TripAdvisor before I ordered. £15 wasted and a real damper on my Friday night.

App showing as the pizza had arrived, no food had arrived. Call the store for it to ring multiple times, to finally get an answer to be told it is going to be with you at minute. Then hangs up the phone. Awful customer service.

Food was very cold when it arrived. Had to reheat it in the oven.

Excellent- had a little chat with delivery driver about collecting order from car as store had informed him to oblige me to appease; ‘just eat’ need to revise and stipulate explicitly how terms on website and app suggest ‘pick up from door/home delivery’ should be viably demonstrated. Nonetheless, the delivery man was pleasant and should not bear the onus of this responsibility, his superior however does benefit from clearly a hard working and intelligent gentleman.

My partner ended up going to collect the food in the end as it was taking ages to be delivered and I could not see any updates or notifications from the restaurant I had to call them up myself to find out.

Pizza is banging 😋 service is shocking . Very very rude staff that answer the calls and give you the impression they can't be bothered to deal with you and if you want a change to the order ,forget it . You might as well talk to the wall. Management TRAIN YOUR STAFF

I've been coming to this location for over a year, the service and taste of the pizza are amazing. It's been hard trying to find a pizza place that reminds me of home (US), this is the place by kilometers. They'll go above and beyond to make the pizza the way we like it. Cheers!

Why is it that this place can't make a pizza on time... Website says ready in 15 minutes but it's a small miracle if you can collect with half an hour of ordering. Probably wouldn't mind if the staff cared even a little but they make it very clear they don't. Such as shame as the food is alright - that said, quite hard to screw up a pizza...

Have been a customer over the past year, and every time we've ordered the pizza has arrived fresh, hot and delicious. They always arrive in very good time and the team there are very reliable. So happy about the vegan options which are very yummy.

Ordered through just eat , took money and sad they never received order even though I had confirmation??? Rude on the phone , kids were really wanting pizza so re ordered and yep same thing!! So sent for domino’s ‘ still awaiting second refund absolutely rubbish and rude!! Never again !

Food is good, service not so much, first time i was in there guy behind the till was really rude and stared at me like I'd murdered his first born, whatever, everyone has a bad day. Went in there another time, same bloke same rude attitude and unimpressed nature, not to mention the death glares, starting to think its just him as a person, food is good though so ill keep going and update this as I go. I have to wonder whats eating at him, obviously not the pizzas as I'm pretty happy when I eat them.

Pizza had mushrooms we asked for none. The pizza was warm not hot and the jalapeño bites were cold they tasted bad too. The pizza bread tastes like had sanitiser.

Food came early and was hot when arrived - Brownie was particularly nice

Good quality, but expensive. Uneven price-quantity balance. The restaurant did not make us aware they would not supply with the dessert ordered. Why did they not contact to check out our preferences? They substituted the order for another option, but it is not what we wanted. No joy.

Delivery person got wrong ticket and failed to deliver at first attempt. No communication. Had to redeliver after calling restaurant, who initially blamed me despite their error. Redelivery person apologised but pizza arrived 30 mins late and with a missing extra topping that I have been charged for.

Just get dominoes or pizza hut, papa John's has poor quality pizzas that are relatively tasteless (and when you can taste something it's just 'off'). Better of spending your money on the other two pizza brands.

Unbelievable. I went inside the store to order a pizza. The staff member apparently the owner had his own deals and ingredients. He said he'll do his Apna pizza or something if I buy his samosas. Devil pushed me to do it. Pizza was upside down in the box and samosas spicy as f. Not recommended.

The food is always pretty good but the customer service is terrible. The online tracking doesn't work and the food takes about an hour or more to arrive. When I phone the staff member I spoke to was abrupt and rude. Is it that much of an effort to talk to people with more consideration? Edit: I received £5 off my next order voucher, which I don't really care about. But the delivery driver was such a nice guy!

Order was nearly 2 hours late, both of us had a pizza each, both of us had a couple of slices each and was horrible so both pizzas went in the bin. Also had ordered extra chicken on 1 pizza and that was definitely not the case. The gentlemen on the phone was very apologetic about the situation but it all seemed very chaotic for a pizza... Either way - avoid.

Always had delicious pizzas here. Perhaps we were lucky multiple times over for several years (based on the negative reviews)? Seems we just hit the jackpot every time. Loved the pepperoni pizza the best. And the dipping sauces! Also loved the garlic knots.

Send my partner to chip shop as Xmas eve and had hungry people to feed and it turned up at 7.40!! Cold!!! I will be asking for my money back , they could of advised a later time
