The bathrooms are disgusting and look like the walls and tiles need a deep clean. The dining area floor and tables are all dirty too - which takes away from the experience

Food was delivered in a timely manner, although much of it was cold when it arrived, which is a shame

my order never been delivered. went physically to KFC , That the driver had picked up the food and never returned.

Came on 30th on a Monday around 20:20pm store was empty literally empty but still took 15min just to take make one meal when I did get the food it was cold and soggy very disappointed

The 10 chicken wings were cold on delivery the rest of the order was ok

We came as we love pizzas , and enjoy going for the eats much as you like lunch time deal salad bowl and pizza unlimited! Hope to come back last day closing & get a better deal as we valued customers

the order of a filet burger ordered to not have mayo or lettuce was ignored! now one of my guests is left without food!

Once again, the Krushem machine was not working so we were unable to order a dessert. In the notes we specified no sauce and no salad for one of the burgers and no sauce in the other but to add cheese. None of these instructions were followed through

The driver couldn’t speak English, my address is on the system dont know why it didn’t pull through to him, why he didn’t call me while he was still at KFc and get someone who spoke English to speak to me. Our food was cold when we finally got it.

KFC only packed a handful of chips. Uncertain why kfc are being restrictive with the amount of chips. There was 8 chips.

The order never arrived!! I called KFC and they said its the Just Eat courier. Just Eat app only allows you to inform them but not to resolve and it was my last £15...so my mum who lives away from me went to bed without any dinner!! What is the point of the delivery code if the food is just handed over to someone else, of did the courier keep it?? Waiting for my refund.

Asked for 3 pieces of Breast Chicken and got a thigh and side breast, not a good service, always check your order

Increased prices! you get a smaller burger, a piece of chicken you need a magnifying glass to see, rotten chips and no napkins. Thanks KFC.

The problem here is consistency, for my last meal was alright however I have been on the end of some wrong/missing items. Not this last time though and everything was a hit.

It said the driver was at the restaurant for half an hour so we phoned the restaurant and they said there was no driver there but the food was ready and waiting to be picked up. We then waited another half hour for the food to eventually turn up luke warm.

Why would you even add a freaking number if you can't pick your phone up, madd an order for £50 and wanted at least to make sure they can send some dips and drumsticks instead of portions (or at least 50/50) and well it seem they are too busy. Every time I have the same issue 😡😡😡 never gona order from them again. Also tried to contact the one in high wycombe centre but no response 😡😡😡

I did not like the idea of the driver banging not knocking the door, it was was so loud it scared me then leaving my meal on the doorstep, it was less than 2 mins I'm disabled and suffer from a bad back. The meal was very nice and it was hot

I had to wait ages for the food because it was around 6.15pm on a Saturday so I guess there were a lot of Uber and Deliverooo orders. The KFC restaurant was packed full of people waiting for their orders. I received my order and it was only when I got home that they hardly put any fries in the order! Very disappointed!!!!!! Very annoyed and the wings were a joke as well!

Did not show. The delivery driver called me and he was at the wrong address. I told him the correct address. He said yes call back and never did. My order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received

The food was so oily, the skin wasn’t fully cooked,7wings were placed not 8 Also the fires were tasteless.

Chips were unusually soggy, popcorn chicken didn't taste fresh, disabled toilet sink was blocked with toilet paper, almost slipped on the wet floor on the way out of the toilet.

Ordered a 6 Piece double bucket. Order was delivered, but it was missing 6 PIECES OF CHICKEN, THE MAIN INGREDIENT? HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? CALLING THE RESTAURANT BUT NOBODY WILL PICK UP. order came through with 1 wrong item submitted the something wrong option no immediate response. out of pocket by £5 but no compensation as they asked for images of the complete order a day after the complaint.

This is getting beyond a joke it’s like it has just come out of the fridge even the corn on the cob is cold I’m not having this I want a full refund every single time absolutely disgusting

I went to the KFC in Retail Park yesterday at around 7-8pm. The food quality and service both were absolutely apalling! We were served with uncooked chicken and cold fries with warm drinks. The bags were all torn and the food wasn't fresh. These are clear signs of poor management. The behaviour of some staff towards the customers was quite harsh and unprofessional. Members on the till didn't know how to speak proper English, thus, they placed our order incorrectly. The same scenario applied to most customers that day. Overall, a bad experience. I would not recommend dining here.

Missing 20% of the order and this is not the first time. Surely it can’t be that hard I ordered on the screen and they just need to put the food in a bag

food was stone cold and came with the wrong drink. Also they always pack the cold drink in with the food which heats up the drink and chills the food.

This is pathetic. We ordered food for over £35, and we got basically half. Need the full order now

The driver clicked delivered ( I assume to make it look as though it would reach us on time, but I have limited evidence of this). The order missed items again (2nd time running), I have received a stand refund again. The chicken was dry in areas where the coating has torn and been left under a heat lamp. The coating was greasy. Overall a terrible experience.

I ordered a can of tango but it wasn’t delivered.

The can of Pepsi was in the same bag as the food which meant the food was cold and needed reheating - a pretty silly mistake really.

The young lady on till (Lilia) who took my order 1143: working the till this evening around 6.24p.m. tonight was a great CSR. She was polite, kind and friendly, hence the score for the visit. Food and its presentation, can be better.
