ordered from here yesterday lovely customer service from a boy called usmaan treated me and my family with caution and care. will definitely be coming back soon the pizza was delicious as always as well keep it up!!

Ordered today for delivery and things were advertised incorrectly the worker very impolite and not helpful . Won’t order again

Food quality is good but staff behaviour is rubbish they treat and deal you like you are begging the pizza. Please be careful

We used to really like farmhouse’s pizzas. Until recently. The asian style pizzas come empty. You can see more of the base of the pizza than their toppings. I was very disappointed and wont be coming back. I guess it is true Quality really does start dropping after a while. You’ve just lost a regular customer. 👋 (P.S Stay away guys unless you want a bland & plain pizza. Even their dough starts tasting sickening)

ordered food at approx 2.15. was told it would arrive by 3pm. at 3pm the app said enjoy your food which had not even arrived so I called and was told the driver was 2-3 mins away. he arrived at 3.25. pizza was cold but the coleslaw had warmed up nicely. NOT!! not happy with the service today.

Non-professional and expensive ,not worth for money

Very hit and miss this place. Sometimes it's OK sometimes it's very good. Understandable, but companies should take pride in trying to provide the best that they can. Was very good, has declined in quality for sure.

Order was early so would of thought the food would be hot, but it was cold and not very nice.

Ordered a meat feast pizza. Ate about 3 slices before I couldn't anymore. Tasted funny. Next day, I had the worst stomach ache to the point if nearly throwing up. Parents enjoy your pizza though so it's a 5 star from them. Just not from me

Garlic bread was over cooked. The chocolate fudge cake was dry.

We’ve ordered from here many times and the pizzas are delicious. Unfortunately our last order was messed up. We contacted the restaurant and they just quibbled the detail and we were left with an incorrect order without any help. Very disappointing.

the food arrived on time but tasted awful. The chicken wings were somehow both flavourless and bad tasting (not to mention too greasy), the pizza was stale, the toppings were mushy and the crust was burnt. I'm ok with a nasty takeaway - this was not that, it was just bad. won't be ordering again

Thin Crust pizza was good but deep pan was a little bland. We ordered veg hot pizza for both thin crust and deep pan.

We received chicken strips instead of the wings ordered and there was a cut piece of pepperoni on the vegetarian pizza so seems likely it was cut with the same utensil. The vegetarian was understandably unhappy about it.

Have had 3 meals in a week as working away. My order came today stone cold so I called and complained to be told call just eat as we don’t believe you !!!

I’ve ordered from here multiple times over the years and the food can be really nice, but the delivery service that they provide is awful. they have accepted my order and said that it’s on its way, and after an hour of waiting they had said they have delivered my order when nothing had arrived.

They stole my money! Accepted the order 30 mins before closing and MARKED IT AS DELIVERED. . I waited and waited. No call nothing came., contacted the next day and explained I didn’t receive my order. The chap on the phone said’ yeh sorry the system automatically accepts orders sometimes’ … I will sort out a refund. 2 weeks went by nothing. Contacted again on a Friday, , the muppet on the phone again said ‘ dunno I’ll sort it out on Monday’ and hung up. Never heard from them again and never received my refund. Just shows how scummy they are. Just eat couldn’t refund me as farmhouse sneakily marked it as ‘ delivered ‘. I believe this is fraud. I will never advise anybody to set foot in here.

Good afternoon hope your well I ordered a 18” stuff crust pizza yesterday on the 4th December and unfortunately the pizza was quite terribly disgusting taste and looks it was raw cut way out of shape it’s like someone sat on the box and put it in a freezer before I got it I asked for cheese crust and 1/4 of the pizza didn’t even have cheese on it I was then approached by a worker at the front who looked new because when I asked him he looked at me and said the pizza looks fine terrible place never ordering again I demand a refund!🤬

The pizza here was pretty decent, especially for the price, great value for money. Had pizza in 3 different places in high Wycombe and this is the best so far. Probably not the best but not bad.

Everything about this company is wrong. They take your money, ruin your order, take a week to respond and then won’t do **** about it. This isn’t a one off event either. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I didn't receive my order and lied about delivering my order and lied that the delivery guy knocked and called but he didn't as I was waiting near the front door for my food. Don't order from here total scammers

Very lovely customer service on the phone, had a complex order, and was all correct, which is quite unusual for pizza shops. Late night fresh pizza, that was cooked to perfection, cheese was melted, and stuffed crust was to die for. Very lovely pizza, would definitely recommend.

Very good. Solid food and great timing. Definitely, one to repeat in the future.

It didn’t turn up, I want my money back

Just to pre-warn you this is the worst pizza takeaway in high Wycombe. Bought 2 15 inch pizzas this evening. Both turned up 45 minutes later just above cold temperature. The chicken wings they sell or inedible such bad quality chicken I wouldntfeed it to my dog. One pizza should’ve been deep pain both turn up thin crust. Unable to eat, had to cook for my little one, she would not eat anything. Overcharge for pizza as well. Phoned up to complain. No compensation offered. Reason for me writing this review. Yours truly

Food was absolutely piping hot on arrival, it was like an advert. Overall I would say their margarita pizza is the best in Wycombe and would always order a cheese pizza from there.

The food I ordered wasn't what I received, and when I called to rectify the issue all they had was excuses and the options they provided to redeem their mistake was nothing but an insult.

So this place is a mix, it's hands down the Best pizza in wycombe however it is in the roughest area so much so 3 guys tried to steal my car while I was collecting my pizza so would recommend delivery

When i lived in England this was my to go pizza, so many choices and they’re deliveries are really quick, and they also made the pizzas very quick, they’re pizzas taste really good, they’re wedges are the best too. So scrumptious

Not sure whats going on with farmhouse pizzas dough, it gets thinner & thinner by the year! Will not be ordering here again spent over £20 for XXL thin crust but doesn’t mean I want the dough of the pizza as thin as possible! It wasn’t filling at all. I feel robbed. Unfortunately you have now lost a customer that was ordering from you here & there since 2013!

Honestly feel robbed spent over £20 on XXL thin crust but the pizza dough was extremely flat! That is not a pizza its legit the thinnest flat bread! Not filling at all hardly no cheese either! Will not be ordering hear again…

Food looked great very well presented but just didn’t hit the spot for me personally.

THIEVES nothing more nothing less. . Made an order at 1am. Farmhouse accepted it and gave a delivery time. Nothing arrived. Called the next day for a refund. They told me they’d ‘ sort it out in a few days’. Contacted deliveroo ( who stated only farmhouse can refund you) A week went by nothing, I called again, the chap on the phone said, I’ll do it on ‘ Monday’. Now nearly 2 months has passed and I haven’t received a penny of the £16. I contacted them again; and was ignored Just shows how scummy they are, knowing how tight money is for people. They’d happily keep someone’s money without delivering. Been a long term customer but principle matters. Emplore everyone to stay well away.
