Food was cold!! Ordered extra dip didn’t get it oh and took 2 hours to arrive!!

The food of this chain of high Wycombe pizza hut is such a amazing and hot and all staff is very nice..

They did not take our order properly. The guy was not helpful at the till and was a waste of my time. Do not go there. The pizza was cold, and It was not the pizza we not ordered properly.

Ordered a pizza and it took 25 mins to make. When eating realised they had given me the pizza. Unprofessional and clueless staff. Please avoid.

The delivery drivers were very efficient, polite. The food on the other hand, the chips were stale and not enough for 4 people.

if I could do zero stars that's what it would be! ordered pizza's for collection..I was 10 minutes late and the pizza was stone cold! I rang up and an asian lady was on the phone she was very rude! very bad customer service..she didn't even listen! never will I be ordering from here again..avoid at all cost!

I went in 15 min before there closing time to order a pizza for collection rather than delivery via app. The lady at the counter said they are closed, when confronted with their timing displayed outside and on the pizza hut app. She said to order on the app if I like. Really bad service.

Ordered 3 pizzas, two with chicken on....there was hardly any chicken at all. Pizza is never ready at the collection. They are failing to meet the standards of local competition.

I have just had 2 large pizzas delivered, about £26 for both, arrived bang on time, piping hot. Damn fine service. Thanks to Sami, very pleasant and efficient delivery.

Pizza Hut never fails to deliver great-tasting pizza. Be sure to watch for their deals, as you can get large combos with sides at a great price! We opted for pickup this time since Deliveroo's service and delivery charges were quite high. Overall, a delicious experience as always.

Takes ages to answer phone, no customer service. Don’t take cash when you collect?!?!?

Everything went smoothly from Pizza Hut's side - it was only my own children who were disruptive. Everything from the initial greeting to the regular check-backs and help with the ordering process to our departure was excellent. Our waitress was amazing - really kind and helpful with the children and very proactive and attentive.

The manager Raja Faizan helped us out with the pizza issue and was supper helpful. Reordered pizza and it was great ! Jassy delivered the pizza was on time and very polite. Thank you for your customer service.

Pizza hut usually delivers before the time in the app, the driver Fathi was very quick and polite, the food arrived warm and it was good.

I ordered food for delivery and the app said it was delivering to a random location. I called,got attitude down the phone and then got hung up on. When the food did arrive it was stone cold and heavily burnt. It was probably the worst pizza I have had and ended up having to make my own food because it was so bad.

Ansar had great customer service from the phone call, to cooking the cookie dough exactly how I wanted as well super fast delivery. Pizza was delicious as always!

Ordered the Ultimate Pizza Feast deal. The Ultimate Pizza Feast is supposed to be 2 Medium Pizzas, 2 Classic Sides, 1 Cookie Dough (with ice cream) & 1.5L Bottle Of Drink. for £26.99 (plus delivery) the order arrived minus the 1.5l bottle of drink, the ice cream for the cookie dough, and 1 classic side. Not such a great deal for so many missing items.

Ordered pizzas for a set time and they were bang on time. I also ordered the wrong pizza took it back and they exchanged it for the correct one free of charge Overall pleasant experience

Food was undercooked. We had to put it all in the oven. The delivery driver got cross and hung up on me because he was lost and we couldn't understand each other. Not a good experience to be honest. And I thought it was too expensive.

Over cooked - Burnt all over. Crispy burnt base. Barely any cheese & supposed to be double cheese, it didn’t even cover the tomato base. Worst pizza I’ve ever had from pizza hut.
