The best restaurants in Runnymede South East

We have been coming to this pub for drinks since moving here in 2014. Today we came for drinks with our little boy and every table was reserved for locals. The football was showing and was told by the women manager that this is a rugby pub and if you don't like it you can drink somewhere else. My son whom is ASD was extremely upset by this rude and aggressive response. It is nice to be polite and kind, not just in your job but everyday. Mental health awareness!

I like the blue diamond go a lot and I always think the food in both the restaurants is good. But the service today was awful and has been the last couple of times I have visited the patisserie. Looks under staffed and when I asked for some salt and pepper I was told to look over there and just waved at at. Same when I asked where the spoons were for my soup. Soup was nothing special either under seasoned catering type pack I guess. Shame it’s gone down hill.

Great flavors and value for money. Whilst the ambiance was a little lacking the food was very tasty. Great if you're a foodie, you won't be disappointed.

This restaurant in Egham used to be quite good although the service could be patchy. However, it has been closed for several years. Please remove entry

Honestly I had a good Chow Mein and Chips. Not the best I've had elsewhere but it was a pretty decent meal for my short time at Chertsey

40 minutes late so far, and it says delivered but I haven't received it!!!

Excellent service and food. Highly recommend. Manager is very professional and I had great service whilst I was there.

Thin pizza, small drinks, alright pasta for £45 between 2 people. Filled us up though. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are starving for everything. (Unlimited drinks was cool)

Very welcoming. Food was freshly cooked, tasty and hot. Great value for money. Pub was clean and comfortable. Nice traditional pub.

Came for Mother’s Day lunch. Restaurant was busy but the service and food were great. We didn’t feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Ordered a whole chicken plus extras for delivery, received a call a short while later from a member of staff explaining they were out of whole and half chicken so I asked that they supply what ever they could. When our order arrived (delivered by a very polite man) we found a large container of "mixed chicken pieces" with a wrap & mayo plus our extras. The falafel & tabbouleh were gorgeous as was the salad and pickles & we will definitely be ordering from you again. Keep up the good work & many thanks.

They won't deliver my order, it didn't come, the delivery man got the order for him this is a cowardice and so far the application hasn't refunded me the money back

Really enjoyed our late lunch at Savill Garden, with great service from the very amenable staff, followed by a lovely springtime walk in the gardens.
