Rice noodles ordered didn’t get them Always order from them but chef not the same

The food is absolutely discusting, no taste whatsoever, the ribs were very chewy and the rice was tasteless. Will never go there again 😒

Food was good, albeit one dish was the wrong one. Had to wait a bit despite pre ordering, but overall would happily use again.

It’s always good from empire house. Quality sustained. The duck is excellent. Ribs, chow mein, etc all great. This is The One.

Food is good but service is terrible. Ordered a home delivery at 7pm for a 20:30 delivery time, food arrives at 21:10. Lady on the phone just constantly apologising for late delivery but no offer of discount for late delivery. Very unorganised. Would not recommend unless ordering in person.

Not great. Phoned restaurant 15 minutes after the delivery time window, and was told the driver had just left. Food was pretty cold and the ribs and chicken kebabs were very dry (overcooked)

Didn’t turn up after 2 hours. Phoned to ask where it was. Originally they said they didn’t have an order then said it had been delivered. It hadn’t. So cancelled the order. Sounded chaos in the shop not knowing what’s going on with orders.

Two nearly two hours to arrive

When deciding to place an order and Not to after agreeing order do you get a delivery time slot. Ordered at 5.33pm and then informed delivery could be between 18.30pm and 18.50pm not turning up until 19.05pm , This is to long. If you can't deliver within 1 hour you should say so.

Actually had a takeaway. Whilst, given my distance from the restaurant, the delivery is always at the far end of the estimated delivery time, the food never fails to disappoint. Always fresh, hot, tasty and decent sized portions, making it, in my mind, terrific value for money and better than the local competition... in all types of takeaway fayre.

the order was due to arrive between 7.15 and 7.35 and arrived at 8 rang the restaurant twice and food flavour was not there this time 😞

The food was hot and tasty and the delivery driver was very kind.

I'm disappointed to have to write this review given all previous orders have been great. The cucumber slices had white liquid underneath them, a sign the cucumber was off. The duck had hardly any meat on it. The seaweed tasted off. This order was not worth the £38 I spent.

Great tasting food but the order was missing the sweet and sour sauce and the dumplings dip so two dishes were incomplete. Such a shame, a nice meal was not enjoyed by all - imagine battered prawns but no sauce!

Brilliant food and excellent service

The food was very bad. The meat and seafood was not fresh and tasted days old. There was no flavour in the rice and noodles. I have ordered from here before but the quality has gone downhill. I won't waste my money here again!

I been using this Chinese for years always been good food but last nignt it wasn't been up sick amd water from the bum not just Me the hole house we phoned today to tell them amd they was rude won't be using again

Just had Sweet & Sour Prawn Balls, Fried Mushrooms, Fried Rice with Ginger & Spring Onions, Pancake Roll and it was all lovely.

Did not like the sauces - the lemon sauce was inedible and the ribs lacked any flavour. My daughter loved the chicken balls though.

Cold and greasy. Expensive for what you receive. Spring rolls falling apart not crispy at all. Third time this has happened now. I will not be ordering again unfortunately.

Usually food is really good. Sadly the crispy duck I ordered smelt and tasted weird, really greasy. More crisp than meat. Veg sping rolls also smelt and tasted weird. I literally threw most of my £30 meal in the bin

I love the food from this place! Delivery time is usually a little longer than estimated and there aren't many updates on the app BUT it's so worth it! Eat their food. You will really enjoy it.

As usual order arrived late, this time only 15 minutes but my last 3 orders were late. The noodles were the usual size even though i ordered large (although at least they didn't forget the noodles this time). The app doesn't keep you updated at all so i tried calling the restaurant for an approximate arrival time but they didn't answer. The prices have also increased dramatically, unfortunately i think its time to find a new chinese to order from.

Food was lovely but had to wait over an hour for it. Came within time specified though.

It could be because it is Friday and the restaurant was busy. The beef in black bean sauce, the sauce was not thick/dark enough therefore lacked a bit of taste. The rest was good though.

Delivery time is normally long (1hr20) however took 1hr40 today. Food is good but not hot.

Food was excellent. Delivery Driver was poor driver made me walk to car park from hotel in pouring rain. All other drivers was dropping at hotel door. Some food was missing on arrival however all sorted out with Amy. Next time here will use again.

The food was expected between 8.20-8.40pm and arrived at 9.10pm. The pork in the pork chow mein was just fat, it was disgusting and was not edible. The beef chop suey had no heat to it. I would like to be refunded for those two dishes.

Phone the restaurant after an hour and a half of waiting, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and incompetent, acted as though it was our fault they was busy. When the food finally arrived it was cold and disgusting. Incredibly disappointing service
