So annoyed they take orders online, take payment and then cancel the order leaving you to argue for a refund. The phone number is a answer machine. Last time I use them.

Awful customer service , so rude!

ALL staff bar one we’re extremely RUDE! We asked for garlic sauce and on our way out the MANAGER then says with the door wide open “Next time don’t come back for garlic sauce”. Not to mention the garlic sauce looks like some sort of cottage cheese. Horrid customer service. Literally will never come back. Wouldn’t recommend.

Where to start... - Cold food - Dry chicken and lamb - Small portions - Overpriced We ate in the restaurant and the food seemed like it had been sat out for an hour. Would not eat here again. Very poor.

Went to try this place for the first time and as I walked in was completely ignored, the guy was more interested in playing with the til. I waited a good 5 minutes where the guy still played with the til and no acknowledgment. His colleague then appeared and they had a chat, still completely ignoring I was there waiting to order so I left. Really need to work on customer service, simple stuff! No wonder all the reviews are bad

If you have some intolerance or allergies, just stay away. I ve been there for lunch ,asked if the lamb shish with white rise(£18) is fresh and gluten free, because i ve got intolerance, ...the waiter rudely replied : Yes,Normal !!🤥! ..and i ve been served (5 little pieces of meat with a little cup of rise) ..start eating ,was a sort of powder spice on top of it , so i couldn't figure out .. only after eating the top i could see had pasta mixed with rise😣 ... the waiter became even more rude,so i just left quickly for A&E..NO SORRY , APOLOGIES OR REFUND..

The shawarma was stale. The chicken is definitely old. It was super dry, hard like its been over heated. It was definitely not freshly made and delivered. Very disappointed. Waited really long according to the delivery time only to be disappointed.

They have a chicken shawarma with chips on the menu for £7.50. I asked them for the same but with lamb shawarma. Simple request? Greeted with a flat “No”. I offered to pay more. No. He said I could have lamb shawarma platter and extra chips. This was £16.50, plus the chips! I stuck with the chicken. The dish usually comes garnished with herbs and pickles. Not today. No effort at all. Maybe he was having a bad day but it was a dreadful experience.

Nice food but need to update their opening hours. Twice now in a month, I've walked 20 minutes to ear whilst it says they're "open" and found them to be long closed.

While I'm trying to order the guy was chewing gum in my face. So I was already annoyed. Then I asked to switch the rice with chips and he refused and charged me. So I walked out, won't be going back.

Used to serve really good shawarma in this vicinity. Not anymore. Overall, the taste of a large number of their items have fallen.

Ordered a takeaway . Went to pick up and was given the last bit of lamb shawarma… quite dismal for what the cost is. It really wasn’t tasty . Will not be ordering again ..wasn’t worth taking photos !!!!

Had a great meal. Was given pita and hummus as we had to wait a little while. Will definitely be going back. Fresh produce. Tender meat. Excellent.

My wife and I came to this lovely restaurant in Egham. Fantastic Lebanese food and service. Highly recommend the mixed mezza, it was amazing. Shish taok, Lamb kafta and lamb shawarma were all excellent. Brilliant restaurant and my compliments to the chef.

This is my second visit here it was really tasty chicken swarwama although the garlic mayo was very garlicky. Loved the picked inside.

Went here for a takeaway on the recommendation of my son. Wow! What a difference this is to your usual greasy donner. The lamb donner is made of whole pieces of lamb mounted on the skewer, the chicken is similarly prepared. I don’t know what sauces they use but the taste is superb. This will be my first choice kebab in the area from now on.

This place is all-round great. The staff are lovely. The store is clean and the food is made well and the quality always at par. Would definitely recommend for take-away and the atmosphere in the restaurant is also great.

Outstanding food, now a new owner and the quality and taste is just fantastic . I did visit when this place newly opened , however I wasn’t so impressed , I gave it another chance not knowing it’s under new management and I was blown away . I used to drive to maroush many times but now I have no need too. Highly recommend shawarma chicken and lamb. Also the salads are fantastic . Absolutely outstanding , well done

I have been buying from this place for over a year. The shawarma is of poor quality. Staff are impolite and often mock customers in their language. It took me a few months of acting as though I did not understand Arabic to hear them have a go at me in their language.

Zero star in everything from food quality to staff attitude. Very poor food quality, not Lebanese not even close to Lebanese food, and very poor customer service with very sad staff and atmosphere. Never again.

I've tried both eating in and having the food delivered. When we ate in (our first and only visit), we enjoyed the food, though the seating was a bit limited. When we ordered food delivered, I was very disappointed in it. When we ate in, we had Lamb Kafta, halloumi, houmous, and chicken wings or similar. Really nice. When we ordered food delivered (the "houmous and shwarma" and halloumi), the quality of the lamb in the shwarma was very poor (chewy & overcooked). On the positive side, the pricing and the service is good. The place has good potential, but needs a bit of work in the kitchen.

Absolutely delicious food! I've always loved lebanese food especially, since in my hometown the in my opinion best food there was a small lebanese cafe, but I haven't been able to find some of the food they served for a long time despite there being a decent number of other lebanese restaurants around. Everything was excellent, the baba ghanouj and khobez, I tried the pepper and garlic sauces which came extra and the al mashwa chicken was wonderfully juicy.

Amazing halal place to eat in or take out. Shawarma was yummy. Cappuccino was made with love 😋 I will definitely visit again ☺️

The guy who works the cashier and takes the order he’s very rude every time I go he’s sarcastic and seems like he’s doesn’t want to be there shame because the foods good but his attitude makes me not want to come and buy

Unhygienic chef who didn’t wash his hands after smoking. Greasy wrap that consisted of poor quality lamb. The chips were good but chucked the wrap in the bin. Yuk

Having moved out if London over 8 years ago, i always find myself heading back whenever I crave good middle to Eastern cuisine. Randomly found this place on maps after a long walk thru V.Waters and thought we'd try it not expecting much. Was so glad we did. The food was simply top notch. And I'll definitely be going back.

WOW!! What an absolute gem, an incredible Lebanese restaurant tucked away in Englefield Green. Upon entering the restaurant it was clean and well decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and felt very authentic. The food - I ordered the chicken shwarma with a side of chips. All prepped fresh in front of me, the flavour was well seasoned and cooked perfectly, toasted in the flat bread with the right amount of sauce and salad. The fries were fresh, the perfect texture with a good sprinkle of salt. Will definitely be revisiting and exploring their other menu options, would definitely recommend. Ps great packaging and take away cutlery provided.

Gave them another chance but they didn’t get it right again. Maybe I’m just not a Lebanese food lover. Greasy rubbish. Chips are nice but again more time chatting to their mates. Scruffy chef.

So……seen this place a few times whilst going to the shop next door, looked good, smelled great so was in my mind to try it and first impressions was okay this is a little pricey but boy forget the money this is place, it’s phenomenal I ordered a mixed grill with chips, falafel, hummus and baba ganouj (don’t know if I have spelled it correctly) for takeaway. When I got home just had a bit of falafel and baba ganouj and it was like a firework of taste sensations I can’t explain!!! Then the mixed grill the chips cooked perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft inside that melts with a seasoning I can’t quite place but amazing and the meat was soft and succulent EVERYBODY EVERYWHERE YOU MUST JUST SIMPLY MUST TRY THIS PLACE!!!! Thank you guys I most certainly will be back!!

I am a very fussy eater however this place, food is the best, so much choice and very tasty. Good size potions at a fair price. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. Had a problem once and sorted it straight away. Ed, Mo and other boys always smiling. Nish

Lovely decor and ambience and menu looked interesting. But having watched the member of staff today first rub his eyes, then scratch, then fiddle with the food, I decided to go get a sandwich, And then I'm sitting in my car, and there he is again outside the shop, scratching away at his beard...... Nope. Never. Possible regular (once or twice weekly) customer just lost.

Amazing tasty Lebanese food but they are always out of beef shawerma

I had the occasion of stopping by to order and collect simple tabouleh salad, two skewers of shish taouk, two skewers of minced lamb kebabs and a portion lamb kibbeh. The food was flavourless. The kebabs were burnt. The ambiance lacked enthusiasm and I felt the two people serving were patently unfriendly and detached. Upon serving the third person (who I did not know was an employee but really unfriendly as he kept making eye contact but not acknowledging a customer awaiting service) was rude. I asked him if I could have have extra "toum" (garlic sauce) - he rudely pointed to the two tubs. (the photo shows a miserly filled tub!). At that point I walked out hoping that the food would be better than the people or the unfriendly ambiance. I usually take the trouble to buy my lebanese food from Knightsbridge in London. I thought we could do better in our locality but not with an outlet like Zaza's. I will not be visiting them again. I am baffled at reviews that comment on the flavour - I could not find it in the food I purchased. Sorry for those who think that it is.

1st time ordering , we were not disappointed the shawarmas were really good , meat was succulent very tasty and everything tasted fresh . Only downside was the chips £3.00 for a small portion was a bit much we thought Would defo order again .

Very nice people, very clean clean place. Menu is pretty limited, there's a lack of fresh vegetables. If they could slice a pepper or carrot to dip in their baba ganoush they'd get the 5th star. Would definitely go again either way.
