Inferno's Pizza & Pasta Buffet in Runnymede

Definitely do not recommend if you are coeliac or allergic to wheat. The staff weren’t very knowledgeable and falsely informed me that a separate oven was used for the gluten free pizza and that there was no cross contamination. I later went into anaphylactic shock and then was vomiting for hours..

Charged £21 each more the buffet the pizza was like cardboard you could actually snap it. I had 2 slices and left. How they can justify the price I don’t know. Now me and my girlfriend have just wasted £42 and we’re going to have to eat somewhere else. We’re here for the weekend I think tomorrow we will go outside of Thorpe park for our food.

Genuinely wouldn’t waste your time/ money. £21 for bland supermarket pizza and tasteless pasta. Not a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Had a nice blonde lady and nice indian( I presume) man in the actual restaurant who were lovely but the kitchen staff make you feel uncomfortable. I went around 12pm and there was not much options to pick from. If it was £10 I wouldn’t be complaining but it’s an absurd amount for the awful quality food. Came with my boyfriend who can eat for a whole family and is also not a fussy eater and he was done after one plate.

Food gave me the worst stomach problems I've ever encountered, truly. To top it all off £17.50, say no more.

Wasn't expecting a lot but even so, this was terrible. It's £17.50. The pizza is worse than the cheapest supermarket frozen pizza and the pasta was inedible. The restaurant is bleak with little natural light. I'd be fine with the quality if this was £10 but £17.50 is obscene. Teenage staff running it were doing a fine job and it was kept clean. Opted for here as at least we could have quantity over quality, and there's not a whole lot of choice in the park.

They do gluten free pizza, here. Which is really helpful for myself and my two boys who are gluten intolerant. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I have a lot of respect for them working in a kitchen when it's so hot.

Plenty of choice and so fresh. Staff kept the buffet full and no waiting. Hot and very tasty. Would highly recommend this place.

Food is terrible ,pasta isn’t even boiled properly

The service of the people working there is awful. Ordered a takeaway pizza after 30 minutes of waiting I asked the rude girl at the front where the pizza was she told us to go ask the kitchen ourselves so we found someone else in the restaurant walking around and asked him if he could help us. He too said we need to go to the kitchen ourselves to ask where our food was. They had only just put the pizza in. I asked for a refund because I wasn’t willing to wait any longer and she basically told me she couldn’t give me a refund and to leave and come back later to ask for the refund… she would not give us a receipt either. After a lot of back and fourth she finally asked someone to do the refund for us. Hopefully the refund actually comes through. Do not go here. They will ruin your experience of the Thorpe Park

Rude and overly confident teenagers demanding to pay without providing any info .Restaurant is empty and over priced . Hygiene and manners non existent . Would recommend to eat elsewhere

£17.50 for pizza that's really bland in flavour and the pizza base is comparable to a Tesco £1 pizza. Worst pizza ever and seriously over priced. Avoid.

Alright restaurant, but personally wouldnt recommend. As it says, it has pasta and pizza. About 3 different types of pasta and 4 different pizzas to choose from, plus a selection of things such as garlic bread. There's a salad section and drinks. Food seem like they were canned or bought from a store to then be heated. You're pretty much guaranteed a table as the restaurant isn't busy. However, for the price of 17.50 per person it is fairly pricey. Would recommend to go to other places to grab food.

Absolutely not worth the price with other options available in the park. It would be okay for a family as its a set price, unfortunately, the set price is far higher than it should be regardless of the inflated theme park prices . Nearly £17 for an adult and very limited in options. I wished I'd gone to the Mexican place across the way

Pizza is pretty nice; but the pasta is lukewarm and watery. Personally would say it's only worth it if you get a pass holder discount, £16 is quite expensive for what's on offer.

It costs £95 for all 6 of us to go in. It was a great self-serve buffet with unlimited servings. They only had salad, pizza, pasta and garlic bread considering the name. Staff were quite helpful and were happy to make a gluten free pizza and garlic bread for one of us (tasted lovely to be honest). Would recommend but it was a bit over priced for 20 minutes of dining.

This place is not recommended, cutlery was dirty with left over food on it, the pizza looked very sad and not very nice and the pasta could have been better as too much sauce was an issue also the drink machine was broken as a whole the quality of the food did not match the price even after using a merlin discount the safe option would have been kfc or Burger King!!

What the hell has happened to this place? Since your new catering providers, Aramark have stepped in, the quality is absolutely abysmal, and you charge 16 odd quid now for a lesser product that used to cost 12 quid. This isn’t isolated either, the quality of all Merlin food products have gone down considerably since Aramark stepped in.

Let us pay £31 already knowing there was no drinks available but failed to tell us when we walked in the door. Bare in mind its in 30 degree weather. Salad counter, with various choices of pizza and pasta served. Bit pricey for the options , would have preferred Burger King or KFC in the same venue.

Staff to eager to clear tables, we'd just sat down, left our cups, went to get food came back and they'd cleared our table, literally just seconds after seating us.

Average American's half-deep pan pizza, no much choice (if I remember correctly just 4-5 flavours), but you can get as much as you want. If you're here and planning to do the attractions in the park, I don't recommend eating here since you can't really eat as much as you would in a buffet. There is also some salad and vegetables (also served as buffet) and unlimited drinks (non alcoholic).

£15 to eat cold food no taste at all

Takeaway options avaliable, however went with the buffet. Great place to get a meal guaranteed to fill you up in the park. Reasonably priced with a good choice of different pizza styles, as well as soda fountains. Although quality of food might be better at other places on the park, your paying for the quantity rather than quality here! Always have went here for hot food, fast!

Me and my partner went here for lunch yesterday to then getting home in the evening being sick and is still suffering with food poisoning. Sickness and diarreah. Been up all night with it. I will be ringing for a refund.

Great pizza and pasta buffet! Not bad Vue depending on how much you eat and drink! It set us up for the rest of the day but don't eat too much before the next ride!

Terrible service, after 1 hour we still hadn’t received our starters we asked for a refund which was given to us without any arguments. Also about 4 tables around us did the same. Best to head out of the park we found a lovely Italian restaurant just 8 mins drive away.

Food was pretty below average but still very edible, classic catering style type food. You can have pizza (pepperoni/Margherita/chicken), cheese sauce pasta or Bolognese pasta, also a salad bar. Any intolerances and they will make it specifically just for your table. What really got me is that there was no toilet there, you have to go back outside, go for an explore to find the loo them go back in looking dodgy. Thing with a buffet at a theme park is that you have to strike that fine balance between getting your value for money at the buffet and making sure you're not gonna be sick once you get on the saw ride, much better idea to go to other restaurants, although tbh I'd like to see more food options (healthy food too)

Absolutely disgusting….just not acceptable…food covered on floor and counters where people are suppose to get their buffet food. Bored teenagers working, witnessed one playing with a large knife, other on phone, and others standing around chatting whilst all this disgusting mess was around the whole restaurant. Really made me feel ill. Dirty plates just sitting on tables everywhere. Wish I took photos to show how bad it was - will never return 🤢

Awful quality of food and service. Ordered and came under 5 minutes, was definitely sat under a warmer. Food came warm and floppy, plate was dirty before I'd even started eating and they gave me the wrong drink. Will not be returning. 1/10 food 4/10 service. Would NOT recommend.

We order some drinks,they give us us a table on the back after they say : we cannot give you drinks on that area but was then premises and ask us to move on the front with the baby.After 10 minutes the bring on the back drinks to other people! AVOID CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POOR. They can distroy your day off with them incompetent staff!!! And table not clean.I see a lot of posts regarding cleaning nothing improve!

One of ny most favourite restaurants for pizza, the quaility of food in this restaurant is outstanding and so yummy that its almost out of this world. The staff are helpful and very polite. It varies all different types of pizzas so nobody is left out hungry. They also do salads for people who like there greens. You can help yourself to as much food as you want. There is only one slight problem and that is it is quite expensive, but other than that it sure is my favorite place to eat

Not bad for an in theme park restaurant

They have meal deals and no longer have a buffet (assuming due to Covid-19). The restaurant follows social distancing procedures and as a result there was a queue to get in. The pizzas were a good personal portion size and extremely cheesy. Very satisfying between rides. Pizzas were served in cardboard boxes and easy to take out. Drinks were served in plastic cups and not glasses which was useful as they didn’t have straws. Slightly overpriced although as it’s in a theme park, is to be expected.

I recently visited the restaurant during Fright Nights. My husband, 2 children and I were looking for a place to eat after we had just come off of Nemesis. We stumbled across the pizza pasta buffet and decided to try it out. As we were in the queue, an employee with short brown hair named “Ethan” greeted us. He had a smile on his face and was very happy to help! He tracked and traced us and informed us about the menu and what was different during the pandemic. He was making sure everybody was socially distancing and and having a fun time when they were in there. After we ordered at the tills, we were seated at the table and food service was very quick. We were in and out the restaurant in under 30 minutes and I have recommended it to all my friends if they visit the resort. Service - 10/10 Food - 10/10 Value - 10/10

Very poor quality food for the price. The path was under cooked and the cheese sauce was like water and didnt taste of cheese. The Stella was flat and undrinkable. The pizza was OK, but nothing special. Overall £50 for 4 people would have been better spent thrown into a wishing well.

Cold pasta garlic arrived twice burnt ti a crisp pizza medioca only plus point server managed the situation well and replaced the garlic bread

Nice Buffet. Softdrink choice is limited, but there is plenty of pizza and a small choice of noodles, everything is fresh and warm. You may add grated cheese, chilis, roasted onions. Adding a fairly fast entrance (compared to the queues elsewhere in the park) + plenty of clean tables, the experience is 5 stars.

Power cuts delaying entrance, feedback screen behind the bar so you can't leave feedback, no clean plates, they couldn't make pizza fast enough, disorganised & messy.

Absolutely disgraceful! Paid almost £14 and had no cutlery, no plates, 1type of pasta and hardly any pizzas. And 1 salad counted was also closed. Asked for a refund and left!

Couldn't keep up with serving food for amount of people. Waited 30 mins for some food to be refilled. No Bolognese for half an hours wait. Salad bar again empty had to wait ages to refill. (Left before refill) Whole place needs a good scrub as filthy. Only reason a star is that the manager Lizzie understood and refunded without an issue. Thank you for hassle free refund!

Really good value for theme park food especially if you book online for £10.95. If you like pizza can't really go wrong, good selection, garlic bread a little overdone for my liking. Pasta, salad (would have liked coleslaw) and refill drinks, overall pleasantly surprised.

It's pizza and pasta in a theme park . Was disappointed with the salad bar ...wasn't well supplied but pizza wasn't too bad . The real disappointment was the drinks, forced to drink the low or no sugar Coke , which in my opinion is pointless when fishing out greasy full fat cheesy pizza

Absolutely not worth the money, all you can eat pizza and pasta... barely any pizza and the pasta was ok, however when I enquired about if they were going to put out more salad, I got told no so they has lettuce and olives left, No onion tomato cucumber or potato salad left. I left hungry! And for the best part of 30 quid I felt ripped off

5* stars in the context of what it is. Which is an all you can eat buffet pizza and pasta place. Both were nice and plentiful so no complaints. Don't expect Dominos or Pizza Express

Relatively decent food (think Pizza Hut buffet) for a decent price. Pizza, pasta, salad and drinks. Good selection and turn around on fresh food is pretty fast so always hot and tasty. Bit chaotic during busy periods but to be expected and refillable drinks are a plus. Overall not the best but by far not the worst.
