Haven't had a burger king for over 15 years and this experience has made us question why we have not gone before. The fries were really crispy and the onions rings were great. The burgers were really tasty and looked like the pictures! 🤣

The delivery guy was very friendly and pleasant.

Delivery takes too long. Advertised 15-30 minutes and it took an hour. Food is ice cold yet again.

Staff are so rude and unhelpful! Can’t help with anything. I ordered through the app, and had a problem. They made me come in store to speak to the manager, and she was just as rude and unhelpful as the rest of the staff. Specifically the lady who deals with the drive through/ orders, maybe worth teaching some customer service skills, if they are customer facing!

All good is stone cold. Not impressed at all. Waste of money!

🤢🤮The hygiene standards are very worrying! Even my plumber commented on it as he felt ill once eating here. Family fell ill eating here, complained to food standards, however they said it's the 1st complaint received. If you get sick, also complain!

My burger was cold, when i took it back i thought the staff were very rude. The fresh burger was still cold so food hasnt been made fresh at all. Didnt get a lid for the drinks either. Very dry and waste of money not cheap fast food either

The food came stone cold and took over an hour from order to get here. I guess they made it and left it sitting whilst finding a driver! Just ridiculous!

Went in and tried to order a standard meal only to be told they had no beef! Thought it was a joke but they literally had no burgers at Burger King! Staff useless as well and completely out of their depth even at this level

Good visit, not quite as good as the Yeading branch but can’t expect them all to be that good!

Sorry to say … this Burger King must be the worst drive in experiences , frequently flooded car park , no hot drinks for months . Complaints go unheeded . You’re better off to visit nearby McDonald’s or Greggs .

Abysmal. My burger was literally fridge cold. I really kindly requested a freshly cooked, piping hot one. Specifically mentioned the cheese isn’t even melted, to which I was replied with an argumentative response, claiming I was in the wrong… I calmly restated, please just give me a fresh, hot burger… Minimum you can expect for £12 for a fast food meal! Don’t go here

Be prepared to wait and wait for your order if in person. Uber Eats orders take priority, then drive thru. People actually in store are treated lowest of the low. I waited 20+ mins while my order sat on the shelf. Eventually I got given the now cold burger. It was terrible, smashed together like child had made it. Appalling

Food is average. their fizzy drinks however tastes extremely strange. I tried all of them just to be sure. Probably to do with the syrup mixture and most flavours are unavailable. They may aswell vend the drinks out as normal. Service is mediocre. They prioritise uber eats/just eats orders whilst customers queue to order. There's a specific corner that smells like someone made a backdoor deposit. I had to be sure I hadn't sat on someone's stool. Owners need to inspect this place and make changes because burger King is one of my favourite fast food joints and it pains me to write this review.

Walked in wasn't allowed to place order at counter had to use machine which had no option for the order I wanted, staff busy explaining to another customer trying to order using machine.

Our food was cold and the chips were not even cooked properly, my burger tasted very dry, not up to there normal standard, won’t be ordering from them anymore
