Burger King in Runnymede

They won't deliver my order, it didn't come, the delivery man got the order for him this is a cowardice and so far the application hasn't refunded me the money back

Food was cold - 10 minutes late arriving - no straw to drink milkshakes- frustrating- not overly impressed to be fair

Quick food, no condiments offered (salt for the fries) - fries were over cooked.

The staff are very unprofessional and made me wait 30mins for my food. The lady could not understand what I was ordering. She just kept talking without listening to me. overall very poor customer service.

I usually enjoy an occasional BK but this place simply should not be flying the BK banner. It clearly has issues with staffing (seemingly too few who are overworked). It wasn't serving any fizzy drinks on my visit, and the food... ... It was just terrible. I ended up throwing most of it away. The chicken was dryer than nuns dap and the chips were not BK chips but some cheap tasting alternative that I would expect to buy from a low end kabab shop rather than a BK. All round terrible. Do not visit! Changes need to be made here!

Great place for vegetarian options now its open till late night. Best place for late night cravings. Highly recommend for fresh and tasty late night cravings

Burger king always feels like a throwback to an establishment in the '90's. The decor is really dated. That aside, the good is great and that includes the meat free options. Burger king always tends to be on the pricier end of the scale, compared to rivals. I would recommend though on the basis of the food alone. The decor, not so much.

Vegan royal is very tasty. They are using egg free mayo. And they were use before vegan cheese. But now they stop. But vegan option nice in all Burger King. Even staff very nice.

Vegan is not vegan !! They use egg mayo on vegan burger, so how is that vegan? Burgers always sloppy, old lettuce, burger going sideways. Not coming back

Got a plant based burgel meal with onion rings as a side, got home to find zero onion rings and when I called to tell them, no-one picked up the phone and the voicemail was full.

Hello Burger King management team : could you please take a series action about this on the 16.3.25 we come to have dinner with my kids I saw on of the lady behind the counter which she had a red mark on the face she was so rude to the delivery riders we saw her attitude which was totally not acceptable please I request all the management team to look after this otherwise you will lose all the customers and business thank you

VERY RUDE STAFF!! VERY UNTIDY RUBBISH EVERYWHERE. Staff need to clean the floors around where Thier preparing food it's disgusting and needs to be investigated by higher management. All I asked a member off staff was a simple question and because I find it hard to understand things the lady went back to the till and said to her colleagues out loud " I told them twice don't see what the problem is, why can't people get simple things?" I looked at my partner and I felt to cry because she really upset me with comment she made sorry Egham burger king I won't be returning to you anymore

Haven't had a burger king for over 15 years and this experience has made us question why we have not gone before. The fries were really crispy and the onions rings were great. The burgers were really tasty and looked like the pictures! 🤣

The delivery guy was very friendly and pleasant.

Delivery takes too long. Advertised 15-30 minutes and it took an hour. Food is ice cold yet again.

Staff are so rude and unhelpful! Can’t help with anything. I ordered through the app, and had a problem. They made me come in store to speak to the manager, and she was just as rude and unhelpful as the rest of the staff. Specifically the lady who deals with the drive through/ orders, maybe worth teaching some customer service skills, if they are customer facing!

🤢🤮The hygiene standards are very worrying! Even my plumber commented on it as he felt ill once eating here. Family fell ill eating here, complained to food standards, however they said it's the 1st complaint received. If you get sick, also complain!

Once in a while I treat myself with a hamburger from Burger King. Food is great and delivery is spot on.
