Abysmal. My burger was literally fridge cold. I really kindly requested a freshly cooked, piping hot one. Specifically mentioned the cheese isn’t even melted, to which I was replied with an argumentative response, claiming I was in the wrong… I calmly restated, please just give me a fresh, hot burger… Minimum you can expect for £12 for a fast food meal! Don’t go here

Be prepared to wait and wait for your order if in person. Uber Eats orders take priority, then drive thru. People actually in store are treated lowest of the low. I waited 20+ mins while my order sat on the shelf. Eventually I got given the now cold burger. It was terrible, smashed together like child had made it. Appalling

Food is average. their fizzy drinks however tastes extremely strange. I tried all of them just to be sure. Probably to do with the syrup mixture and most flavours are unavailable. They may aswell vend the drinks out as normal. Service is mediocre. They prioritise uber eats/just eats orders whilst customers queue to order. There's a specific corner that smells like someone made a backdoor deposit. I had to be sure I hadn't sat on someone's stool. Owners need to inspect this place and make changes because burger King is one of my favourite fast food joints and it pains me to write this review.

Walked in wasn't allowed to place order at counter had to use machine which had no option for the order I wanted, staff busy explaining to another customer trying to order using machine.

Our food was cold and the chips were not even cooked properly, my burger tasted very dry, not up to there normal standard, won’t be ordering from them anymore

The driver went a completely different way to where he was meant to heading then when he did arrive he was sat in a lane away from where I live when it quite clearly shows on the delivery map where I am living. Food consequently is cold. Over £12 for cold food is not acceptable.

Order on the BK app and park in the marked out bay to get your food brought out to the car. Ideal when you have kids on board. The staff are super quick and responsive.

Lovely burgers. Venue is a little cold and lacking in atmosphere.

The chicken patties from the Chicken Royal were terribly salty. Have no idea why they would need to be salted to that amount. Not very nice which disappointing. Also no straw given for the milk shake. And no servettes.

I hadn't been to BK for a few years, and I was surprised by the prices being much higher than expected. However, I do think you get what you pay for, i.e., good quality, tasty food, and good-sized portion. But the soda did taste slightly diluted or had less fizz.

Helpful staff 👌 if you like burgers 🍔 you should like these.

SUMITA IS A VERY RUDE STAFF. Management, please get your staffs to get retrained how to work as a customer service assistant because SUMITA has no customer service etiquette. It’s 8th of August 2024 and you we ordered at 3:45pm. Telling us customer, that next time we should not order the way we ordered, luckily we will never order in this Burger King again.

On this day me and my my nan who was close to her last breath wanted a Burger King wich would cost over £100. When we were ordering Gru from dispicable me came in and slapped her batty and proceeded to shout “MINIONS TONIGHT WE STEAL THE MOON” and the grabed her bum. We decided to make a complaint but the gave the most devious giggle so my nan gave a dirty look. The workers decide to pull out nerf guns where the bullets were chips and this lead to my nan being so embarrassed she drowned herself in gravy at 6 pm. I had to save her although I wanted to do the daily login. Not cool KFC

The staff gave me a beef whopper meal when I ordered a plant based whopper meal then she has the cheek to charge me for my meal when I have eaten eaten half of it. Staff called Ritikha. I don’t understand why Burger King would hire staff that that fail to communicate properly. The staff had the cheek to laugh about this and argue in relation to admit their mistake and provide me with a refund. This is not acceptable.

Tried to do an app order for drive thru collection but the payment was taken and screen was just whirring. Had to go into the restaurant and the staff member was very helpful and friendly. It worked after restarting the app fortunately. Food was nice and hot. Atmosphere only 3 just a standard Burger King, nothing exciting.

Dismal "restaurant" with appalling and downright depressing decor. Dirty tables and floors. Terrible (and rude) service. Ordering machines that are also pretty useless. For example, if you want a burger with OUT bacon (for example) - nope! There is no way in the console yo request "no bacon". Then, when you want to pay for your order, it bombards you with "other things you could add to your order" making it hard to just find your basket and pay! Frustrating as hell. Got one of the service guys to do it for me and he failed to place my order THREE times on the stupid console. Ridiculous!
