Assistant Manager Bella at the till was really friendly, she made sure everything is correct in my order as I ordered a lot of stuff, she was very friendly and offered me help with taking my order to the car, will deffinetly come back to this place!

It was my first experience at Burger King and to be honest, the food, ambience and service all were top notch. The food was delicious and the customer service was too good to be noticed. Overall a 10/10

This Burger King isn’t up to the standard of others. Overcooked burgers, undercooked fries, stale bread, terrible parking/drive thru, and a milkshake machine that doesn’t seem to work very often. I like Burger King, but not this one. I gave this place another try. Still the one of worst Burger Kings I’ve been to. The onions in my whopper were the outer skin layer, the kiosk didn’t record my order correctly, and the staff were not helpful in getting it right.

I asked for my whopper to be made fresh and it was hot and tasty. Fries hot too. Much better than my last experience.

Horrible, they did not put all I paid for but they were happy to take my money. Vegan whopper burger is cooked in the same oil as normal meat.

We had to go back 5 TIMES to get the right order that we had paid for, for a treat for 3 hungry kids. I was met with indifference, we probably won’t come back after such a terrible serving experience. Also they’ve started charging for mayo.

Stopped over for a quick bite with my young one he loves his burgers 🍔 and we went a try this Burger King out. We were very surprised the food was well done and super fresh so good that we ordered a second burger to go. Very good location inside after payment was done you got my cup and went to the refill station this is plus I just love it. The carpark is quite small so difficult to fine space we were lucky someone was just leaving the site. The toilets are very clean and the inside is also super clean. You can order your food from the app or from inside they are 3 self-ordering kiosks.

Food its ok, service is quite horrible, long waiting time and mistakes occur. When the assistant manager Bella is working all the orders are delivered faster, when just the other staff (mainly Indian) is working everything is mess up. Ambient need to be clean and renovate.

The female managers are so rude. The Indian lady manager treats people like they’re a total inconvenience to her & white female manager (formally worked at McDonald’s Staines) is equally as hostile. If you order at drive through, you have to repeat yourself & they will still get it wrong. This place needs staff replacement from the top down or it’ll keep failing its customers.

Shocking service, took 30 minutes to receive our order in a completely empty restaurant! No organisation at all, staff pushing burgers around seemingly not knowing what to do and every time we thought our order was ready, they'd forgotten another part of it! Never going back here
