Got a chicken burger it didnt taste good neither did the fish it had skin on it not my cup of tea tbh.

Very very disappointed. I was in shop Ordered 3 fish and 3 chips. i didn't wait to long , he said order is ready. And he asked me if wanted salt and vinegar on the chips I said yes with with both as 1 of them was cheesey chis . Then he told me I only ordered 1 chips . I said no I order 3 and 3 you got it wrong. He said I should concentrate on him when ordering , we are a expensive fish and chip shop . You got your order now he pushed the bag towards me and told me to leave in a very aggressive and angry and manner. What great local attitude. No professionalism. Here attached the photo of the horrible burnt fish. I do not recommend this place . They are too busy watching hindi movie on there phone.

Take away fish and chips, only order a large cod if you can eat one, very large and it was great quality. Friendly staff

Had an amazing meal! I could not believe the size of the large cod - literally the biggest I had ever eaten. The large chips would have fed 3-4 people. All the food was tasty and hot and the delivery was prompt and the driver was friendly. Thank you to Harry's Chertsey. Will definately be back.

First time of having fish and chips for 4 years beings I live out of the country. A bit of a wait, but at least I knew everything was freshly cooked. I will return before I head back out of the country.

Rubbish chips. Curry sauce disgusting. Fish not very nice. I have tried four fish and chips shops locally and so far this is the worst one. Sea Salt in West Byfleet and humble in weybridge are better.

Enjoyed another great fish and chip supper from Harry's. The chips are chunky and the fish is too. Beautiful white fillets. No grey skin. Lovely light crisp batter. Was not greasy. Totally delicious. Great value for money and free delivery. We recommend you try this fish and chip shop in Chertsey.

Really nice batter on the fish, chips were decent, not the best chips I've ever had. Curry sauce is excellent, a little on the pricey side compared to other chippy's locally but will go back.

We have been using Harrys since it opened. Originally it was the best fish and chips however, last couple of visits the chips are undercooked and tasteless. Fish’s batter no longer crisp and light but greasy and taste that fish been rested too long. Really disappointed

I visited them today and the food was more than perfect. The portion sizes are elite and the prices are more than fair. I had a chicken wrap and Chips and it was all beyond perfect. I am looking forward to coming back again, also the staff members were polite and respectful.

Over cooked cod, still waiting for a refund a week later.

£6.10 for a small battered sausage, chips and curry sauce and i've had to throw it away. The chips are reheated and taste disgusting. I should have known better then to buy chips from Clay Corner. Everyone who lives in Chertsey know there mank, but stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt. 🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮

Very expensive and is not as good as the previous owners.

Always a great service, very generous portions and Leo is very friendly and accommodating. Leo has always handled my children’s allergies with a ‘no problem’ approach and makes it a pleasure to go in there, the kids ask to go and see Leo! xx

Chips are £2.80 for a small (12-4-21) that are not a bad size, more than I could eat for lunch and they was very nice too, will pop in again sometime, staff are friendly.

staff was rude and very sarcastic, food was dry and greasy and they charged 40 p for a small sauce

I ordered haddock and chips...fish was delicious, chips were nice but the batter was awful ...thick and oily and it put me off going back ! It was v busy and clearly popular but am always concerned with frying issues.

Have been here several times. I personally liked the cod fish, garlic mushrooms, Battered sausage and Cod bites. Definitely recommend as they prepare the food fresh after you order and staff also friendly. Wait time never been more than 5-7 mins except Fridays. I would say the best Traditional British Fish & Chips in Chertsey area.

We recently moved to the Chertsey area, and were recommended Harry’s. we have not been disappointed. The fish is light and flakey, and batter is the right crispness. Chips great too!

I'm not going to give it any stars. Food Tuesday arrived the food tasted of washing liquid. I could not eat this or the family. I phoned up made a complaint they refused a refund and said I could order anything for free. I phoned up with the order to be told I would have to pay half. the other night he said the food would be free. After being chucked pillow to post and them being rude and refusing to do what they said and they put the phone down on me. AVOID.

Ordered meals at 18:06. Expected a small delay due to covid, but at 19:56 had to ring to chase up. Was told they were busy and they would try to deliver in half an hour (so over 2hrs since the order was placed) no apology at all. The food arrived at 20:26...without the drinks that were ordered. The delivery driver then brought the drinks 5mins later! All in all, an absolute joke. Assume they are just taking as many orders/payments as possible, but unable to keep up with the supply. No surprise after our experience, but we definitely won't be ordering again!

Cod Bites & Chips. Chips were perfect, light and non-greasy. Best I've tasted in a while.

We had a delivery today of 4 x Senior Fish and Chips, the service was amazing exactly as requested,the portions were large and piping hot, the best we've had for many a long time! Thoroughly recommend!

Made an order online and after entering the payment it showed "our shop is currently closed" But the website states that it is open from 11:30 am so I rang the store to queerie this. One of the staff picked up the phone and said they are opened from 5-9pm. I told him that their website had incorrect information and he immediately hung up on me.

We went here for the first time tonight on a mission to find a good fish'n'chip shop and we weren't disappointed, in fact, we thought it was great. The service was super friendly and the freshly cooked fish and chips top notch. We will definitely return!

Since my last review they have improved and the taste is better, however the prices are too high to justify the small portions in my opinion. Good for a once in a while treat.

Large cod was large and very crispy, burger was yum as well! Chips were warmish as with everywhere that seems to deliver chips/fries also chip portions where not very big. Mushy peas where nice but only just warm. All in all not perfect but definitely not bad would get a delivery of fish and chips from here in the future! 7/10.

I was looking for a fish and chip shop open on Sunday as my usual Friday's in Walton was closed. I hoped that Harry's would get close to the excellent quality of Friday's, and they did. Cod, chips and mushy peas were excellent and even the Saveloy (guilty pleasure) wasn't gritty. So if you want decent F&C on a Sunday, you know where to go.

Ordered online this evening after Harry’s was recommended by friends, food was delivered a bit earlier than they advised and tasted great, will be using again in the future, especially as other Chertsey chip shops have recently changed hands and gone down hill.
