The worst kebab I have ever had large kebab was small the strangest pitta was like a bread roll

The best kebab I've ever eaten is made on charcoal the new owners are very friendly well done Golden kebap

Never usually put reviews up BUT had to for this. Extremely disappointed with the food from here aswell as the attitude of the staff. My husband had to go in again after taking the food to the car (luckily he checked it) because of one of the meals wasn't even a meal. Husband ordered a chicken doner and halloumi wrap. When he check the food, he found 1 piece of tomato, little salad, 3 pieces of hallumi and no wrap. To be clear, he was charged £8.50 for this. Came home, the pitta for the doner was ripped at the bottom. I called them to address the issue and rather then listening, they started arguing. He asked what I wanted and he would give me more food to which i didnt want. I said I want my money back to which he replied only if you bring my food back. I said I had taken a bite and he said 'well not much I can do'. I advised him that I will be putting this review up and he said he plans to reply to it saying he offered me more food and we were at fault. This isn't my usual kebab place and it DEFINITELY won't become my usual place. It's not about the food, it's about the quality aswell as the attitude.

37/39 in Addlestone massively unfair! Much better than this. Now under new ownership. Very tasty. Good value. Ordered doner meat and chips (£9) and small Lamb Shish (£9.60) Doner meat really peppery, in a good way. Fresh salad and decent chilli sauce and garlic mayo. Worthwhile visit. Quality scoff. Tricky to park, but worth a look in

Just went back for the first time since the closed, well well well what can I say just got the special mix and omg food os better than before - fluffy pita (so damn good) land and chicken shish so moist and tasty - land and chicken doner amazing kofte one of the best I’ve had New owner very friendly ohhh and yes the chilli sauce has a little kick 😊 Will be back again and again Well done Matt 👍

Just bought 1 chicken kebab wrap and a Large Chicken kebab for takeaway. The food is nice , everything looking and tasting fresh , very clean kitchen , nice guys , gave me a refreshing chilled can of Pepsi bonus . It’s probably the best kebab shop in the area , for myself at least 🙂

Went too get a meal from the shop.they say it was half price till the 19th June,now on the 17th june they have stopped it.back too normal prices,

Liars should be half price till the 19th june took of before the 17th june. If the food is like there word not up to much.

Not only did I not get what I ordered but I was also overcharged. The vegetarian kebab was tomato and onion only, nothing else.

Ordered for delivery via website, nice easy process. Unfortunately the lamb shish tasted strange and the chicken shish had a strange consistency . Partner only ate one piece of lamb as was worried about the food. I woke at 2am with terrible cramps and spending the time on the toilet as I have done most of the day. I wrote a google review and the owner replied with “fake review, get a life” I can assure you it wasn’t a fake review and I have all the proof of my email order. Take the criticism and improve. However I will never be purchasing here again and after the response from the owner to my review, I will make sure all my friends and family locally are aware.

Will never order from here again. No taste and got order wrong try to tell me a 12” pizza shrinks in oven to a 9” Lamb shish meat was mainly fat, made me feel sick. This was takeaway for my sons birthday which was ruined by nasty food. Will never order from here again

Great Doner kebab with lovely fresh salad, chilies and a fresh wedge of lemon all in I lovely fresh pita bread. Also I ordered a lovely chicken kebab. Both were excellent and great value for the money I paid. So I recommend this place if you’re in Addlestone or just passing through. A big thank you to everyone who works there.

I’m so sorry, I try to never make bad reviews, even if everything is not so good, but this situation is exceptional. I ordered mixed kebab and had the baddest food poisoning in years. I’ve eaten less than a half of portion. After keeping other half in a fridge overnight, smell was coming bad from it and I throw it in a bin. I spent most of the day in WC and lost today’s shift.

Food was not delved. When I phoned they insisted they would cook fresh and deliver. I inspected food at door it was disgusting. It was original food reheated so I gave it back to driver for return. I phoned the shop to ask for a refund and was told the food had been reheated. I'm now left fighting for a refund and no apology.

Ordered from here a few times. Was a bit hit and miss on the odd occasion, with getting our order right. But nevertheless we ordered Saturday night (17th Dec ) for 7 people and they got it spot on! 👌 was perfect. We all said how lovely it was. I always order the chicken and lamb mixed shish. Was cooked to perfection. Not chewy or anything. Very happy. Thank you 😊

A guy there keeps calling me names, reading it out of my shirts. I find it extremely rude and annoying. It’s surprising that they forget people like me, by providing business to them provide bread and butter to their family. I don’t expect anyone to be thankful, the least this guy should do is shut up. Not everyone who works there is like that though. Calling names and saying things like “I told you to get some cash last time” despite accepting a card shows how they do business with people. I don’t know if you don’t like me or wanna bully me, but I just wanna buy food not to get teased and go home safely. I hope this guy learns some basic etiquette.

Ordered a couple of doner kebabs and chips. This is the best kebab I've had in years. Wasn't greasy, full of flavour and a decent portion. In addition the staff were intentfull (I am hard of hearing), polite and fast service. Really impressed, thank you guys!

The food I just bought was disgusting, the chips was rock hard and cold. Kebab wrap I had was full of copious amounts of grease. And the chicken meat hard my daughters nuggets was not even Edible.I would recommend that the place should shut down with there standards of food they are putting out.

Have used this place numerous times before. Usually a good service. Ordered a large mixed kebab and received a child’s portion. Emailed to see if this was they were serving now and no reply. A real shame.

If I could give 0 stars I would, purely for customer service.

Not answering the phone and no food delivered. Edit: Told by the manager that someone will bring my money back because he doesn't know how to refund, no one has shown up with my refund.....getting a bit boring now, if this is how the new management is then i won't be re-ordering Edit: Manager refunded my money and gave me a free order, haven't had a bad experience since then.

Obviously changed ownership as last time I ordered the food was great , perfect chip shop style chips and many side dish options, had no idea it had new owners so ordered tonight unfortunatley I didnt enjoy it and won't be back.. dry chicken and not what I was used to... disappointed 😒 and just to add , the fudge cake for £3.50 wasn't worth it at all..! AVOID..

Of all the takeaways we’ve had during lockdown, this is by far our favourite! Great portions, lovely freshly cooked food and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend the family meal. Best kebab in the area.

If I could give this 0 stars I would so was told delivery would be 45 mins an hour later they tell me they not left please give them 10 mins an hour later again they still not left and making out they was outside mine for 10 mins worse service ever

I wouldn't feed the dog what was delivered today and it was late. We ordered a plain burger with no sauce but when it arrived it was full of burger sauce, I phoned to complain and was told that they would deliver in 20 minutes, an hour later it arrived, as for my Kebab it was horrible, will never eat from here again.

Well not had a kebab for a while from Addlestone Grill, and last ones were great. Last night's was not great at all.The chicken did not look great and the first of lamb i had was fatty/chewy.Also the salad was soggy which made the pita mushy.Spent £16 on a meal that went straight in the bin pretty inedible.Very Disappointed.

Ordered from here on the way to the place, was not expecting it to be soo nice for a first time try!! Me and my other half got a small chicken donner and one large lamb donner. Excellent price for the quantity and quality of the food so fresh and filling. Would recommend and odder again.

Sayes there open we payed for food and delivery the 30 mins later called then they sayes the man went home then sayes we have to pick it up so we did then when we were there they shut with are food and money

Tried sish, not upto the expectation

Very poor customer service and the food was terrible. The first time I ordered food it turnt up 45 minutes late, it was cold and something was missing. I phoned a few weeks later and just enquired to the price of a mixed grill and what was in it. I said I would call back as had not decided what I wanted and the phone was put down On me. I rang back and said I thought he was rude and he put the phone down again. I will never go back or order again.

After this place messed up several orders as the food was ok thought we'd try again. Well 1hour 15 min wait I call for them to say sorry we've just seen the order. Instead of trying to rectify told another 50 min. Never again rude and awful service

Possibly the best kebab shop in the area. Always hot and fresh and very generous portions for a good price. The chicken and lamb Donner are delicious and the salad selection is good. Regularly order in store as well as delivery and delivery is very fast.

Been coming here for years. The staff are brilliant, greet me by name and remember not only what I usually have but also things about my family/work etc....genuinely lovely guys. Food is always excellent and very generous portions...cannot fault.

Ordered jacket potato wasn't very nice to be honest very cold used them quite a few times but this time rubbish be a long time before I go there again was not impressed

Best grilled food in the area. Excellent service too. Chicken shish is delicious. Best to order directly rather than use Just Eat etc - was shocked to see how much commission shops are charged. I'd much prefer to pass on the extra profit to help a local business.

Alright, sometimes the dinner meat is very thick

Delivered VERY quickly, food portions are enormous (which is a good thing! hehe) and prices are not too bad either. Food was DELICIOUS. Only small yet detrimental factor was that I didn't get the can of drink I'd ordered. Next time maybe.

I did order from here a lot in the past, but they kept messing up orders and forgetting items and normally it would be delivered later than the time it was meant to.

Whenever I'm in Addlestone, this is the only place I eat. Friendly stuff, clean organized place and tasty food! Amazing portion.
