Al-min has closed down and has been taken over by another company!!! My other half just went down to check where our online order has go too, but it's closed down! Don't order via justeat, ubereats or food hub as they haven't been updated yet

I placed a order on a Saturday night for collection, bit of a wait as it was busy however, I think he is the shift manager with glasses, blonde short hair? Was absolutely fantastic, very nice lad.. he was very friendly even though I could see he was stressed due to workload. Whoever you are, our superman for the kids during this wet weather!

Despite the reviews, we came here with good expectations - surely it'll be alright, right? It took quite awhile for our order to be taken, and we had to repeat ourselves several times. The server seemed to not really know the menu at all. However, when we asked for substitutions, he offered to ask the kitchen and come back, which I appreciated. The Yorkshire wrap wasn't really a Yorkie, more a pancake, and was quite rubbery, and did not taste very good. The ratio of pork to stuffing was low. The mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders were good, hot, and seasoned well. The bangers and mash was room temperature, but tasted good. The smash burger was good (can't really mess up a burger, can you?), and the substitutions were correct. The drinks were quite watered-down. A tomato in one of our salads had mould on it! Overall, considering it's a restaurant at a theme park, it was alright. Not somewhere I would particularly want to go again, though. The prices were reasonable.

Having arrived late at my daughter’s in New Haw we decided to feast on a banquet courtesy of the Colonel. Not being expertly proficient in IT I decided to place our order via the KFC app and opt for collection. Job done, Order placed and paid for, I headed to the franchises to collect our much anticipated bags of delight. Order collected, I headed to my daughters house to be greeted by four eagerly waiting faces, Managing to manoeuvre my way to the kitchen and avoiding the circling vultures I placed the bags on the worktop. Seconds later, I heard the screams and anger, missing items ! Not only were there missing items but they were my daughter’s order, no gravy or chips. Not wanting to be asked to leave her house, I offered her a share of my gravy and chips. Once the rules regarding double dipping were established, we tucked in. Then disaster, Imagine my disappointment when half way through my Zinger box meal, I discovered my Buffalo Bites chaser were also missing 🤬 I cannot criticise the quality of the food, delicious as always, but the missing items caused unhappiness. I should have known better, it must be part of the training package to disappoint customers by not placing all of the items ordered into the bag. Remember folks, check the contents of your KFC bags prior to leaving the premises.

Told I'd need to wait 15 mins for a small pizza which I was fine with. 25 mins later I was told it was just being cut for me. The place was swamped with Uber and just eat delivery people so my order was left on the side for another 10 minutes. Never again, it's not set up to deal with walk in clients and the quality was poor.

For a second time Oriental Flavour proved such a huge disappointment. Whilst I can accept a reduced menu given the current circumstances, greasy tasteless food is simply inexcusable. Sparse meat servings in a bland chow mein, greasy overcooked & frankly inedible pancake rolls, curry sauce l can only liken to wallpaper paste ....... Useless trying to contact them to complain so my patience & custom is lost, I won't be disappointed a third time. Go elsewhere peeps!

I came to kfc and ordered food straight away. I was then waiting for 50 minutes for a burger, fries, and a drink. The people I was with got their food after around 30 minutes. I asked about my food twice and I was told it would be ready shortly. It wasn’t. I then again asked where my food was as I was on a schedule that I was already late for due to the restaurant. My receipt was taken and the food was chucked In a bag quickly so why couldn’t that have been done earlier? Overall this experience messed up timings throughout my day. Poor.

Order was cancelled an hour after the order was placed. No idea why. The app still shows that the delivery is on the way. Pathetic.
