Pizza Hut in Runnymede

I placed a order on a Saturday night for collection, bit of a wait as it was busy however, I think he is the shift manager with glasses, blonde short hair? Was absolutely fantastic, very nice lad.. he was very friendly even though I could see he was stressed due to workload. Whoever you are, our superman for the kids during this wet weather!

I moved from Staines to Chertsey and never used the Staines Pizza Hut because of too many bad pizza's I've been using pizza hut Addlestone for over two years now and only had one that wasn't up to scratch Had two Supremes tonight and they were the best i've had absolutely perfection why can't all pizza hut's make them like this

Had a few take aways fromPizza Hut addlestone tha manager (Ian) was very helpful and the pizza was always delivered hot I would recommend pizza hut to all my friends

We ordered pizzas at 5pm to be delivered at 6.15 pm. It was 6.39 and still no sign of delivery so I phoned the branch who said they weren’t doing the 30 minutes Guarantee but my point is that I was given the option of choosing a time for delivery. I eventually received the order at 6.45!!! If Pizza Hut can’t deliver it on time it shouldn’t offer the option of being able to select a time. This branch is atrocious and the customer service is even worse. They don’t care about their customers at all. Needless to say I won’t using Pizza Hut again!!!

I thought I would treat the kids for lunch, we are all working from home, it's Friday. Ordered for 12.30pm, eventually arrived at 1pm, I was told by the person delivering that she had to go to Byfleet first (I live in Addlestone!), needless to say the pizza flat breads were hardly warm and stodgy. Won't be ordering from Pizza hut again.

Good morning I ordered pizza on 19.11.20 at 22:45pm I’ve call the side to confirm that they are open and I will receive my order the man told me clearly don’t worry you will get your delivery so I post the order online the estimate delivery time was better 23:15pm and 23:25pm. After waiting more then 1h fore delivery I haven’t even received my pizza you make me wait 1h for nothing I payed £14 for nothing this is happening for second time and it’s not acceptable I will make sure all of my friends are not gonna order from you for sure also call the hot line phone to ask what is going on no one there as well waiting on the phone for 23mins I will make sure this complaint will go on trip advisor as well so more people can see.I have photo on my phone how long I was on the phone hopefully you will pick up the phone today and get refund ASP!! Awfully service!!!

Ordered food, on confirmation was told told delivery would be 95-105 minutes which is ridiculous, we live a 4 minute drive away! After 90 mins I had a phone call saying “sorry we are not going to deliver your order” reason given was no delivery drivers. This was Valentine’s Day!! This Addlestone branch is appalling, if we want Pizza Hut delivery we have to use it, but nearly every time we use it we have to expect a problem because there alway appears to be one, very long delivery times, missing food, it seems very poorly managed by people who just don’t care, yes they say sorry but it’s not meant! Hope it gets sorted because genuinely it is the worst branch I have every used!

I’ve been on hold for 10mins and 42 seconds to the addlestone branch. I ordered 1 hour and 22 mins ago. I have no answer and no pizza. This is service is not acceptable

Always good from here even ordering off deliveroo as we are further than they deliver in weybridge it's always hot right and fresh never been a issue

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Rang the branch 10+ times continually on hold for 40 mins. Eventually rang the main customer service, who were very unhelpful. They said i can apply for a refund that may be accepted in 2-3 weeks. Totally unacceptable service!!!! Never again!!!

Ordered from here without reading all the other bad reviews, wish I hadn’t. Had to phone after waiting over an hour for delivery, rather surly response, no apology as such just told it would be another 5 minutes. When it did arrive I asked the driver if he had got lost and he seemed surprised I had asked and said that no it had been very quick & easy to find (again no apology for the time taken). The food was barely warm and had to be reheated to be edible - so where it had been sitting for over an hour, who knows?!!!!!

Service was terrible, staff are rude and when the delivery arrived 40 minutes later, it was tasteless, dry and overcooked! I will never go here again!

Food took 3 hours to arrive. When the driver arrived he aggressively confronted me for not wanting the food. Restaurant hung up in us several times when we complained on the phone

Ordered take away pizza for sons birthday dinner , waited 1hr and then they phoned to say they wouldn’t deliver as we were to far away!! Even though we had given them the address and postcode and checked this before hand as we had moved a mile from our previous address! Always use dominos now!! Much better value for money

Ordered a pepperoni pizza - took the pizza home and to our dismay the pizza was overcooked - not put off by this due to being ravenous we tucked right in - it was supposed to be a garlic crust and whoever cooked the pizza had just sprinkled garlic salt over the pizza once it had been put in the box - the pizza was dripping in grease and I mentioned that it sis not taste to it's usual standard. During the night I had stomach cramps which resulted in a very unpleasant hour sitting on the toilet in the middle of the night and my Lodger was also ill in the same manner the next morning. Really disappointed as I usually have really yummy food from here but think I will look elsewhere for my Pizza fix in future - Also - and this has nothing to do with the food - I don't like that you are not able to see into the food preparation area - do they have something to hide?

Ordered take out at 6pm arrived 9:40pm ice cold. I called complained only to send me cookies and half eaten ice cream .. delivery driver got abusive to me and got his mates to text and call me. Very unprofessional to say the least ....

Mi novio y yo a menudo orden desde aquí. Diciendo que sólo cuando hay una buena oferta de ir. Que casi siempre en línea que hasta la fecha nunca he tenido ningún problema.

Attitude of telephone stuff stings!!! They are rude and unprofessional!! That was last time I've ordered from that place....... GREAT SHAME!!!! Replacement pizza still didn't arrive!!!! I'm hungry and angry!!!!!

Had a lovely pizza and chicken wings for dinner from here! Only complaint is staff tell you different offers , one says you can't upgrade and another says you can!!

Very poor you pay for a pizza and when it delivered they say I not payed never use pizza Hut Addlestone Surrey again and don't no one else

We order from here often and the standards always vary. It's ok sometimes arrives hot sometimes nearly warm. But deals are good.

Just what you expect from pizza hut. Delivery on time and pizza was really hot too We got an offer for buy one get one free too

La comida es estupenda, emitido el tiempo, lo que es siempre caliente y fresco. El chico en el mostrador era muy amable y me dijo que todas las ofertas.

Pedimos aquí como una idea de último momento ya que estábamos seguros de lo que nos apetecía para la cena. Fue muy agradable la pizza era preciosa y así eran las tiras de pollo. La entrega fue rápido también, aunque el conductor no podría encontrar la casa.

We ordered on the hour and had our food with us within 35-40 minutes. It was fresh, hot and very tasty. Probably the best Pizza Hut we have had. Yummy!

Recent changes to the menu at our Addlestone Pizza Hut delivery location are not encouraging us to continue ordering from here. There are rarely any decent offers when ordering a sensible amount for 2 people any more. The starters we like are often unavailable and some items are being replaced with lower value alternatives, or those simply requiring less effort from the shop with less taste for us. For example, Dips are now branded but half their former size (and can now be bought by the bottle from the supermarket across the way). and other starters, such as "New Nachos", are pre-pepared and are basically crisps and dips, not Nachos at all.
