Papa John's Pizza in Runnymede

Told I'd need to wait 15 mins for a small pizza which I was fine with. 25 mins later I was told it was just being cut for me. The place was swamped with Uber and just eat delivery people so my order was left on the side for another 10 minutes. Never again, it's not set up to deal with walk in clients and the quality was poor.

Ordered pizza online, first order there was a problem, second order I cancelled as no confirmation after an hour, confirmation came through after an hour. I was charged twice, only received one refund after chasing and still waiting over a month later for second refund

Called to put on order through. The staff said ‘one second’ and proceed to chat amongst themselves. Full of laughter. Called them again later trying to do a collection order through. Same thing. Called them, again speaking amongst each other asking me to wait. Finally, we speak, order. They ssid oksy thank you, see you soon (for collection). Guess what? They didn’t even put the order through. Unbelievable .Very rude, very disrespectful.

Very limited seating area. When we came, although there were no customers in the restaurant, all tables and counters were full of rubbish and leftovers, so we decided not to sit down but order a take away instead. The Pizzas tasted alright, not great, but edible. Not the juicy and tasty Pizza I expected.
