Tommy's Kitchen in Runnymede

Whoever is Tommy, he needs to go to jail for making me a wrap like that. Frozen, I was literally cold just from eating this wrap. There was nothing in it and the taste was dreadful. Ask 4 times to get one coffee cause they couldn’t even remember that . What an experience! First and last time there .

Cold food No sauce Dry burgers Didn't even melt cheese on nachos

Disappointed. The food tastes below average and I cannot find a reason why people would eat such thing if they weren't a student of this uni.

This establishment did not have any chicken left 😕 so nothing on the menu, very poor service

Food is cheap, drinks are cheap. They also act as a bar. In terms of taste, I wish they melted the cheese on the burger but thats just a preference. Anyways, pretty decent.

Tommy's is quite frankly my favourite place on campus. Manager is okay but the staff are great. Food is fairly priced and humpit is a great addition to the selection (nothing better).

Very poor customer experience, waited 40minutes just to find out they forgot about my order...

Cheap and cheerful. Food is exactly what you'd expect for the price. Good portion sizes too for how cheap it is! The Christmas menu with the chicken stuffing and gravy burger was the best though, they should make that permanent

I know a microwaved chicken burger when I taste it.

Waiting time both to order and to be served food are terrible. We had nachos, and it was like it was made by someone who doesn't actually know how to cook - cold meat and poorly melted CHEESE SLICES. Food was cold when served to us after waiting about 25 minutes for one dish. Don't bother, eat elsewhere on campus.

The menu says every burger served with salad, tomato, red onion. But I just got a burger without them, I asked two staffs, and they all insist that there is nothing missing in the burger! Very disappointed with the services !

The chicken burger was only a small half of chicken and there wasnt barbecue sauce on it. Fries weren’t warm.

Every time I try to have dinner there they have run out of food. It seems they randomly close their kitchen whenever they feel like it or clearly misjudge on how much food to have on stock. Sad but true story 😞😞😞
