This is a lovely area within the hotel - decorated really nicely, with views of the river. It’s a lovely place to sit. The food we ordered was lovely - good portion sizes. However, there were some issues with timing, due to individual orders through the app/website. Some plates came around 20 mins after others, even though we’d been told the table plates would be ordered together. It wasn’t a dealbreaker but could have been better.

Frozen, I was literally cold just from eating this wrap. There was nothing in it and the taste was dreadful. Ask 4 times to get one coffee cause they couldn’t even remember that . What an experience! First and last time there .

Cheese still solid, flapping around like the rubber off a ping pong bat. I wouldn't bring leftovers for my dog. Disinterested staff unwilling to put things right. Thorpe Park should cancel their concession.
