Domino's Pizza - Egham in Runnymede

Absolutely clueless franchise that has no idea about customer service or handling online orders. Three orders in a row where we show up to find pizza isn’t ready or even in the oven. Will not return. Papa John’s up the street much much better

Great as dominoes are always. Delicious and on time

Called the store 3 times, on the first attempt they asked me to hold the line and hung up. When I arrived to collect the order the only words spoken to me were.. card only no cash, I understand a lot of places are still card only but the fact that card merchants take 2% makes it a tad stupid.. but also just the condescending tone really felt insulting. I walked back into the store to ask for sauce and serviettes as they weren’t offered and they were given without a hint of politeness.. I still thanked them and said goodnight, no response.

ordered a pizza, there was a gap in it, whit doesn’t make sense if the pizza is supposedly round. i call to get it rectified, and was spoken to in a disgusting tone and told i was a liar, i tried to explain i have a video of me opening it and a picture and was told i did it and that its not possible for me to be missing a piece, even though i’m the one looking at it. honestly awful service, rude staff, bad pizza.

Helpful and fast service but not the most friendly of staff, hot and tasty pizza so not too much to complain about.

The pizza from Egham Dominos always arrives warm and fresh! We’ve never had an issue with their delivery. Today one of our pizzas was missing in the order and then a little while later it almost seemed like the owner turned up with a replacement. It was not expected but much appreciated!

They lost our order. How do you loose an online order. Terrible.

Ordered some pizzas on the app for collection, it was ready in 15 minutes. Got them straight out of the oven, so tasty. You can’t beat a dominoes pizza.

Pretty poor to be honest. The staff are rude and are very unhelpful. Pizza was soggy and not worth the 15 or so pounds paid for it.

Recently , I ordered pizza. First, I said it was diseased, and i have to wait for some time. Im living 5 min away from them, and courier delivers it already more than 40 min. My calls get declined, or I wait infinite time. Disgunsting service, I am sure Papa Johns is a lot better.

We discovered that even vigitable pizza contains pork fat ... not Halal unfortunately

Ordered in store and the pizzas were prepared really quickly. Staff were good on the front desk and patient when the children were deciding. Very good service and good quality pizzas for a decent price!

Rubbish. Worst domino experience I’ve had. Delivery took an hour. Our pizza was freezing cold when it finally arrived. What was meant to be an easy dinner for the end of a busy day turned out to be lots of phone calls wondering where our pizza was, told bogus timings, and too much stress. Ended up with microwaved pizza in the end. Should’ve just gone to tesco and saved ourselves £30. Do not recommend

Atmosphere was mega as I was having a good chat with a fellow car and bike enthusiast.

Pizza was a no show after an hour and a half. £25 for a single pizza went against my instincts. But even then the service was dreadful. Now I have to wait 5 days for refund. Shocking. I suggest future users read previous reviews before ordering

I just ordered from my local store and as usual I put my address and postcode in… they went to another place which doesn’t have the same postcode as me, accused me of not living where I say I do! As a manager myself I’m actually shocked by the manager’s attitude towards me called me a lier He said that the driver followed the postcode! He obviously didn’t cause he went to the dogs home and I don’t live in the dogs home nor do I have the same postcode… Shocked to say the least and will be calling until I get a refund

Quoted 20-30minutes for delivery but it took an hour, pizza tracker showed delivered after 25 minutes. Wouldn’t have been a problem but the food was cold and part of the order missing. Driver told me to phone the store to get a refund. Store trying to push a voucher instead of refunding missing item. Eventually told refund will take 5-7 days but I have no faith in it ever coming through.

Please do not order pizza from here. Order tracker said pizza is on its way and the delivered. It was not. When called the store, after keeping me on hold said the pizza was sent 5 minutes back and it will be delivered any moment. I called back after 15 minutes I was told to again wait and then told that it could be delivered any moment. When asked about helping me out on any moment definition - I was told it could be 5 or 10 or 15 or any minutes. What shall I say.. me and my family were awaiting pizza delivery since the order tracker said it’s on the way. Very disappointing. Requested to refund, let’s see what happens.

I hate the manager, he working here in this store . He talked very Ruth .I will never order Any kind of food if they give free but will not order .

Ordered 6 large pizzas from this Egham branch for collection for my little ones party. The pizza collection was on time and was delicious. The staff were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended

Really disappointed that they wouldn’t do GF base with vegan cheese for my friend. Their system wouldn’t allow it. Sunningdale would do it! Really disappointed

This first time I ordered from stains domino's it wasnt so great. 2nd time again there is more tomato paste then cheese. The toppings all fall off. Whole purpose of a pizza is that it's full of cheese. Won't order from stains again.

Some People may of had better from here but for me it was terrible. Meateror pizza was very dry. Like when you reheat from a microwave. Was delivered within 20mins, so quite possibly been reheated

The pizza is good, might be a bit pricy but if you go for the deals then it's worth it 👌

Food tastes great however delivery time is longer than I was told. Customer service can be rude but mostly ok. Food is also usually cold when delivered and sometimes wet from condensation

Took payment and said 1 hour for delivery. 1 hour and 40 mins I called to enquire and they gave me feeble excuse such as drivers car broke down. And didn't even bother informing me. So now having to wait another 30 mins or so for the pizzas. Go to the smaller pizza outlets

Sometimes the delivery's too late. The food is nice but it's too expensive and it is not worth it.

Students of Royal Holloway! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It’s awful! They either take over an hour for delivery or they just don’t deliver your order at all. If and that’s a big if the food arrives, it is cold and made poorly. The head of dominos needs to review this store, fire the current manager, or close the store in general because this is honestly ridiculous. Not impressed.

Wow I don’t know how you mess up dominos but for some reason the tomato and cheese I bought was terrible cheese looked weird and greesy and slid off tomato immediately way too much tomato sauce. I usually love dominos but this was tragic

Do not ever order from here. Terrible service, waited over 2h30 to get a pizza, because I apparently didn't answer my phone though I had no call and was literally waiting outside.

Although the staff on the phone were apologetic, the overall service was terrible. They did not believe us when we informed them that the pizza had not been delivered, despite waiting for over an hour and a half and refused us a refund, insisting that we simply reorder and forcing us to wait another 45 minutes for delivery.

I've given it few tries, every time thinking this time is going to be different. But to my disappointment it's a consistently low quality service. I give up. I used to like Dominos. Not after Egham experiences. Usually half cold, the app shows pizza was delivered 30min before actual delivery. Tastes like from Tesco. Domino's cookies used to be my favourite thing ever. Not anymore. Improvements in food quality needed.

Short story: Appalling service. Food arrives late and cold. Rude staff. Don't order from here. Full story: The dominoes tracker told us the food was out for delivery. An hour later: nothing. We called to ask where it was and a rude woman answered the phone by going 'yeah' - instead of 'hi this is dominoes'. Continued to be rude and told us that the order had been sitting in the drivers car for 45 minutes in a hot bag.. We said, that's horrible - that it's been cooked and just sat there in a car for almost an hour before it's even arrived and that we weren't happy. She told us 'well its in a hot bag yeah so its fine yeah theres no problem yeah'. THEN she put the phone down and walked off leaving us on hold. After a wait someone else picked up the phone and went 'hi can i help you?' as if she didnt even know we were there on the phone. It was appalling. Considering dominoes is a small room so they would have heard the conversation and known we were on the phone. We had to explain everything again and then the new person said that the tracker had glitched and said the order had been sent out for delivery sooner than it actually was, and that the other person had lied. Again, didn't apologise until we said 'are you not even going to apologise for the poor service and rudeness of your colleague' So then ten minutes later the driver appeared, barely said anything and shoved the order in my hands and walked off. No apology again. Food was cold, the cheese was all congealed and gross. We wont ever use dominoes for takeaway night ever again.

Pizza never arrived. Do not order from here unless there is nowhere else. Asked for a refund and they said it would come in a week. Lets see if that happens. Judging by other reviews i would assume not. Should be able to give no stars as all that happened was i lost money. Utter trash.

Ordered twice from here, both times delivery has been horrendously slow. Ordered today mid afternoon to arrive at 7.30. It is 9 and still no show. Very disappointing seeing as I have had good service from other Dominos before.

Ordered pizza online at 5.45pm and called at 6.40pm to find out where it was. Was told by a rude Indian man that ‘it’s coming’ and the phone put down!! Unbelievably bad service and I will never use them again.

Appalling service , delivered after 1hour when I leave 6 min away from the shop and of course food is cold. Called them before pizza arrived and the girl that picked up seem to be disturbed by the call. Never use them again

Expensive, I swear for students they should give a better price, £10for a pizza is excessive. Food is fine though but doesn't justify the price.

After ordering a Large 13.5" pizza, I received a 12" medium pizza. Although it's in the red box suggesting its size is large, as seen from the photo, I was argued with over the phone. After a lengthy dispute, a new pizza was finally promised at the correct size. Also, if the workers from Domino's Egham is watching, how did you not notice this pizza doesn't appropriately within its container? No tip and I'm never ordering from Domino's again as mistakes like this happen profusely, from out-of-stock drinks to arguing with me over the phone.

I have yet to order a pizza from this store that has taken less than 1hr 15mins to arrive. Literally every time. Tonight was 1hr, 40, and the pizzas were barely warm.

Said it would be 35 minutes and it was 1 hour 45 mins disgusting service

Pizza is the standard Dominos fare, service is awful. Made sense for students when they could get the half price deal, but that's no longer a thing. Only bother if nowhere else is open.

Ordered a pizza on Tuesday at 08:30 pm and arrived at 10:15 pm after calling them three times. They delivered cold pizza and to compensate this they offered free garlic bread. That garlic bread was someone else. Next day contacted customer service of Domino's via email and they said its franchise's poor service and some on from franchise will contact within 5 days. Its been three weeks now and haven't heard anything from franchise then again I sent an email to customer service about this awful service again but still no reply their pizza is great but the service is not great. I am afraid my next pizza delivery order will go to their competitors now .

Horrendous experience. Every time I order a pizza it takes over an hour. You call them and all you hear is lies. 'The driver left 19:25.... no no, he left at 19:30.' it's 20:20 and I live 1.2 miles away. Call to complain and they hang up on you while you ask why it takes 50 minutes to deliver a pizza. Absolutely pathetic service. Will order from somewhere else and go collect myself. Won't be ordering from this store again. Needs better management or to be shut down by whoever runs the franchise. Horrible service.

Do you like pizza? No? Well, we didn't expect you to if you are considering ordering here! Here at domino's we pride ourselves on our lack of ability to deleiver pizza! And when we inevitably don't deliver your pizza we don't give you a refund. Why? Because f*** you, thats why!

Took over an hour for delivery and once it had come i did'nt receive what i ordered.

Not good at all, the service was very crap, I waited for 40 mins for the delivery of my pizza and when it did finally arrive, the toppings were burnt, soo really not happy and I'm not ordering from them next time as too expensive and quality is really bad.

Delivery usually within an hour, pizza is always a good quality, and the delivery driver is amazing and sometimes gives you extra that he couldn't deliver elsewhere. If you order to uni, you automatically receive a student discount.

Awful service - waited 45 minutes outside the front gate for a pizza which apparently arrived in an unmarked/private car - I guess I need to knock on the window of every car that comes over to check whether it's my pizza being delivered... Seriously, use your f***ing brain guys

Very good both prices and quality. Any pizza any size at £10 for students or £11 if you want delivery. But you have to call not order online.
