I am personally obsessed with this place, it offers halal food, perfect customer service, food gets done quickly, and you get great quality for what you pay for! I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews, I believe people are comparing it to other places and/or pizza stores which obviously is not fair, they offer many different types of foods from Asian food to pizzas and burgers, it is true the food quality is not the greatest but you are getting what you pay for, it is comparatively cheap and I have never once went sick due to how clean they are, some people are complaining about being sick from the pizza but maybe they’re just lactose intolerant. Overall if you’re looking for a cheap, halal, and good food then you must give them a try, don’t raise your expectations! They seem to be temporarily closed atm which sucks for me because I have been hoping to order for a few days now, I hope all is well with them.

The best place to find some great food, so impressed and staff are lovely. Highly recommend garlic pizza bread!

Burger max has always been there when I need it. No time is too inconvenient for them, not even Christmas Eve where they hosted me and my partner. With pasta, pizza, kebab, burgers and more, there is truly something for everyone! All 1 are reviews are henceforth cap. Thank you burger max.

Let me start with this....the lady who served me was extremely polite and nice!She smiled and she had a charming personality! The food was piping hot when we collected our pizza, it literally come out from the oven!but about our pizza....let start with the fact that its not the best....but the fact that after eating it, we felt sick, and constantly have to visit the rest room.....i think we have a food poisoning!!!!i would give 1⭐️, the only reason its a 2 ⭐️its because we was servered by her.....but will definitely not come back

No one order. They just gave me my order after 2 hours, it came cold with stale chips. Under cooked meat. Funny thing is they also forgot my pineapple. Wasters. Hope the food inspector comes around soon. Im also getting my money back

Avoid like the plague!! I'm not sure even how to kick this review off, all of the elements were horrendous. The venue wasn't clean to a suitable standard, on entering the venue no staff were present and I had to wait for someone to appear. Bad first impression, the menu boasts and impressive selection however would dread to imagine the state of the out of sight food storage/prep areas. The food, I ordered a chicken shwarma and chips. Here's where the fun starts, the pre cooked chicken was removed from the baine-marie and placed onto a black top grill - the grill was not clean. Next the chips, I watched as the server put fresh chips into one basket and then cooked chips into the other basket to reheat them!! Once I was told it was ready I watched the member of staff place only half of the fries into the pot, the meat was then placed on top - I told the member of staff I wanted the rest of the chips - who knows how many times a day the chips go in and out of that fryer. Also the oil wasn't at the correct temperature as the fries drew in too much oil. I was offered salad which looked like it had been out since yesterday. Food was shocking, terrible hygiene practices and have reported venue to the local council.

This shop is located in Egham, I came here with my friends for Dine in. The restaurant provides tasty, delicious food and drinks. Though the restaurant is quite small, we had enough space to sit and chat comfortably. They provide pizzas, burgers, doners, shakes and much more. The customer service was so good, the girl, Pavani, was too kind and humble and gave us suggestions about the food items that we should try. Overall we liked the place and the ambience was super comfortable. They provide delivery and takeway. We had a nice conversation with the owner too. And Burger Max is always the first choice for food.

This place is such a disgrace. I have never come across a place which such rude and lazy staff who couldn’t care at all about the service or food. Food is undercooked and bloody, cold and stale. Never order a wrap, it is just a tortilla with food on top that is completely inedible and is rubbish. They’ll attempt to charge you for anything they can, salad and sauce even when it says on the menu it’s included. The hygiene is disgusting and gets just 3 stars the only place I’ve ever come across with such a low rating. They try to get you to wait outside when it’s almost zero degrees so you can’t see them making the food and just to not have to have anything to do with their customers. Honestly couldn’t tell you more to avoid such a terrible place. Hope it shuts down

Ordered only drinks and never arrived, told me the driver is outside and had me standing outside for 20 mins… absolute joke of a restaurant

Shocking! Never order from here - placed order on Uber Eats said they were open but when called no answer and checked via Uber Eats they were closed!!!! Shocking company!

Don’t like leaving bad reviews but I did not get what I paid for was overcharged they also made an issue about it as if I was in the wrong, on top of this being a new business I would’ve expected better however their health and safety standards are extremely low as people were making food with No gloves dirty nails floor was a mess equipment didn’t look clean they were on the phone half the time deafly don’t recommend going here also needs a health and safety inspectionAs for their food very oily quality is a good 3 out of 10 definitely not worth the money they charge

I had someone who delivered my food complain about the quality of the food, as well as the state of the kitchen that the staff cook the food in (even heard of a member of staff wiping stuff on her trousers while making the food). Hearing that was enough for me to never order from here again. I bet some of staff are nice though.

This outlet is located in the Market city in Epsom. There are many options in Pizza, Burger, Lasagna, but most of them are for Non-Vegetarians. The price charged is a little more for the quality of the food they serve, but the staff was very kind and humble.

Ordered food here through Deliveroo and not all items came. When I rang them up, the man on the phone accused me of lying, then said he was too busy to help. This restaurant does not deserve your money.

Chips were re-fried... disappointed and Chicken Fillet was standard. However the pizza was nice!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews. However portions were not true to size.Poor value for money. Skimping out on portion size. Meat (lamb & chicken doner) was tough rubbery and overcooked. Salad didn’t taste fresh. Shop wasn’t clean. The shop is always empty. Perhaps now I know why. Photo below showing meat very rubbery and chewy and overcooked. Small & hard pieces. Chips too oily.

Bit expensive than normal price but the quality is amazing and worth trying. I tried crispy chicken burger, it's so better than crispy chicken in Burger King.

The Gourmet burger was just unbelievably delicious 😋, the place is soo clean, and enjoyable to look at, the staff is very friendly and kind. Would love to come here often.

This place was awful and definitely £20 wasted . The mixed kebab was rubbery and tough . My chicken pizza tasted like a frozen pizza and they just added toppings . The base of the pizza was so dry and you couldn’t even taste the tomatoe base . Don’t get the garlic bread because you will be highly disappointed very dry no taste and ours was burnt . We couldn’t even finish the takeaway because it tasted that bad and we said we would never go there again . Later that evening we was poorly (vomiting and upset stomachs) definitely a big no no getting a takeaway from there . DONT Recommend !

We have just received our order and sadly everything was cold apart from my son's pizza. The mixed kebab was all hard where it had been far too over cooked we also expect his kebab to be in bread (pita) but it arrived sitting within a wrap. My chicken burger was rubbery. My daughter's fish fingers and chips were cold. The chips are very similar to burger king chips. Sadly very disappointed. £30 wasted

Ordered food at 10:30, an hour and a half before it closed. Called the restaurant multiple times and they said the food was on its way and would be 5 mins. The food never turned up and they turned the phones off and shut the shop. Absolute joke. Never ordering from here again, waste of time
