I eat KFC every day and this has to be one of the worst KFC ever number one the lack of menu variety it’s so minimal and it’s limited and they don’t have everything and they charge way more than other places. Food quality is so terrible I don’t even know where to start. Food smells like vomit man’s and the food quality is so terrible I’d compensate a refund for KFC because of this shocking experience. Worse KFC ever

Money taken from my account, didn’t provide order number and manager on shift said that is technical issue at last and they will refund it automatically. I still haven’t received refund . At the same time was another 2 costumers with the same problem.

No gravy. Bad service. Sad and angry staff. Horrible queuing system. The food and drink is pre-prepared just waiting before anybody has ordered. Food is haphazardly prepared. Waste of time and money. We had the best day in Thorpe Park, this was the only bad experience. I recommend going anywhere else but here.

Normal KFC stuff, but there will never be anywhere to sit so take your food out

Staff have no respect. After queuing for 15+ minutes, i was told i was not standing in the line(after the manager had a go at their employee for not handling the line properly). Manager told me i was lying and should go to the back of the que(which was never gonna happen lol). luckily, others within the que vouched that we were in the que. there's more but its not an essay. Overall, staff are rude.

Got food poisoning after eating next day do not recommend

Never ever again would I set foot in kfc again at Thorpe park it was the worst experience especially as I suffer from anxiety, ordered my food , there was at least 30 people crowded all together waiting tor there food , the Ladie shouting the numbers of peoples orders at the top of her voice the orders all backed up ,the numbers on the screen went to fast , was highly stressful , by the time I got my order it was cold . It was absolutely awful ,

Shout out to the people that work here, they deserve a payrise and a megaphone for shouting order numbers out, only downside was the price and was missing a packet of sauce but the food came out hot despite waiting for a while due to the fact it was a busy day

Absolutely awful. Someone else took my order and they told me to go away and go to the back when I told them what happened. There was way to many people crowding round and it stank in there. The workers were rude and I wouldn't ever go back. In the end, I did get my order, but it took over 30 minutes of waiting. Ridiculous.

Wow what a awful experience.i had to repeat my order a number of times,got my food and 3 meals were incorrect.drink had ice in it,when i explained i asked for no ice,they pretty much said its tough they are all pre made.The drink was flat. I went to the server to explain and she tried to make excuses and tried to charge more.then she forgot to replace the chips.burger and chicken tasteless.3 of us binned it.what a waste of money.

absolutely disgraceful, went there to enjoy the food to see 1p in my chips, i spoke to the workers about this and was refused a replacement and was told i was lying. i then opened up my chicken to see £1 underneath my chicken. i went straight back up and was horrified at this. i was then repeatedly told i was lying whilst being treated awfully by the employees and especially the manager. i was then again refused a replacement and was told to “chuck it in the bin” whilst they also took the money that they claim they “do not keep on themselves for policy”. i repeatedly told the manager to check the cameras to see i did not put the money in the food but i was ignored and i was threatened that they would get security to get me. absolutely disgusting to have that in my food and absolutely HORRIFIED at the way i was treated there. what a horrible experience.

SLOW - DIRTY - EXPENSIVE Took about 20 minutes for a wrap, when I asked the lady that was shouting out order numbers (impossibile to understand btw and the screens weren't working properly) what was taking so long, she told me in an annoyed way to just wait. saw so many reviews about FOOD POISONING and after seeing food sitting on the counter, flies, ants and just dirty tables I definitely see why. I was expecting a lot better from a restaurant inside an amusement park...

The chicken was mostly dry af, nice decoration though.

Generally can't fault the place. Me and my buddy always come here on our first day, almost like a tradition. Food has usually been spot on and we always go super early in the day so no queues. A little pricier than the usual KFC but this is to be expected in the park. Service can be a little slow but usually worth it.

It's not bad. It wasn't has good as the last time we visited, but I will tip my hat to the staff who keep the place tidy and all the tables clean they do an amazing job especially when there are so many dirt bags who dont clean up after themselves the staff are extremely quick and cleaning down and making sure the tables are for the next customers 👏👏👏

For a bucket to be shared, paper plates required for those that do not want people touching their food.

The theming in the location is awesome, just look up. the ceiling has suffered a shark attack! This is a KFC in a theme park, it going to be busy, and the staff are going to be overwhelmed, i understand that and make allowances, keep up the hard, hot, and under paid work team.

I'll start with the good points... Lovely atmosphere and convenience in the park. Bad: waited ages to get served then they got my order wrong on my first visit and the food was awful and extremely greecy. Second visit again waited ages this time just for a drink. Overpriced for what you get aswell.

I visited Thorpe Park on the 6th July. I had some chicken from KFC in the afternoon. 15.30. By the time I got home is was violently sick and had very bad Diarrhoea & very severe stomach pains. I couldn’t keep any liquid down. Only eat at this restaurant if you don’t mind getting food poisoning. I did contact head office but just got a generic response! 😂

Absolutely terrible service. The restaurant isn't specified/suitable for the required volume of customers at all. We had to wait c. 40mins for our order. The counter area was packed with something like a hundred people; it was really hard to hear the ticket numbers that the staff were shouting out. When I temporarily left the massive crowd/queue and asked a member of staff 'is this normal' he said 'ha - some people have been waiting one and a half hours!'. And then once we finally received the food, it turns out that we had to queue again at a separate till to also receive our hot drinks. It feels like KFC's management desperately need to review/improve how this particular store is provided/run. I recommend don't bother unless it's visibly empty. Food was really tasty, but it was a pretty awful experience overall.

If I could give no stars I would. I get that it’s busy and in a theme park so isn’t going to be a regular KFC trip but oh my god. Walking in smelt like a sweaty gym, after ordering and waiting in the literal crowd of 50+ people waiting for collection we were stuck there for over half a hour. The staff shouting out the collection numbers were not shouting at all and were basically whispering the numbers. Standing too close to the side meant you getting a rude worker shouting at you. The staff was rude, the wait was incredibly long and after all of that, the food was stone cold and syrup had gone off in the Pepsi max. They swapped the Pepsi but said “there is nothing we can do about it the food without the receipt” which was taken from me when I collected the food? Honestly just don’t bother, go one of the Thorpe park food stalls with nicer staff and better food (and you don’t waste a chunk of your day standing waiting for it)

There was no level of organisation, I was shoved on multiple occasions and pinned against things by people over a foot taller than me and my order was cold before I could get to it. I was waiting probably 2 hours overall and the food was undercooked.

Good customer service and order were on time and efficient. You could pay by all major cc and cash

Portion size is much smaller than normal kfc. Only 8 pieces of chips?! Also they they don't the KFC reward app. If you order at the counter the food comes straight away compared to the machines where they call your number out. No hand sanitizer around anywhere either. Tables were filthy too. Loaded box was disappointing. The oil needs a change as the chicken had a metallic taste to it. Poor

I am a regular customer to KFC but I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC (THROPE PARK) When I received my order, I found that the chicken wings were raw and not cooked properly. When I complained to one of the staff member named (GOPINATH) very sarcastically he replied that he has been working in the KFC from the past 4 years and , the staff and manager were unhelpful. They even gave me the uncooked wings back as if it was a normal occurrence. Moreover, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive of my complaint. I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I strongly advise against eating at this KFC location due to their poor food quality and disrespectful customer service." My main concern is customer service. Even if they cannot provide refund or food, we as a customer at-least expect the staff for a proper explanation.instead we received a sarcastic reply from him. We ordered around 100£ order as we were a group of 7 , even my family was unhappy with the food and service. Being a team lead or manager he was unable to fulfil his duties. Anyways not gonna visit again and ask my friends to stay away from this branch.

Don't bother coming here. Waiting times are so long; we waited 40 minutes for 4 krushems and small fries and we weren't even told there was a separation collection point for krushems. Absolutely ridiculous. Not enough staff for how busy it is!

All the food is premade long before you order it: I ordered a fillet burger which arrived before I walked from kisok to till. It had been sat in the heater for a long time prior as the bun was rock solid, mayo and lettuce turned brown. Thrown in the bin as staff refused to replace it. The facilities are dirty, receipts and sauces scattered everywhere. All prices are marked up above the usual KFC prices. Avoid.

The restaurant itself is awesome with the ceiling damaged and made to look like a shark has crashed through the wall and a boat but my god it was disgusting there was rubbish all over the floor tables were not being cleaned there was beans and sauce all over the floor and tables service was not great if the tables had been cleared and wiped clean it would be a 4/5 star review but unfortunately I would of felt better eating it in the men's loos 🚻 not a hygienic place at all #KFC

One of the worst KFCs I have ever been to , and I will also be making a complaint to them for what I witnessed. First of all food - ridiculously more expensive than any other KFC, can't use the app to order from this location so cant use any offers etc you may have saved. Chips were pitiful and chicken some of the skin was falling off it and stuck to the bag that it was in. We ordered 2 x filter box meals and 3 pieces if chicken. Oh and all luke warm at best. Service - the bloke serving was actually half decent and froendly so thats about as good as it got for me, friendly service! Last but by no means least, our order was wrong. The wife's drink had ice which she asked for without, and my burger had mayo in that I asked for without. The bloke serving took my burger to sort out one without mayo and this is what shocked me..... while the other side getting my plain burger, he put the burger I gave him back with all the other burgers for customers!!!! I could have done anything to that burger and now some poor customer has paid over a tenner for my regects!

Had to ask someone to clean the tables, even though he didn't seem to understand, I just said can I borrow somepaper towels to clean the table and he still stared at me blankly. But food was nice and fresh

The sorriest KFC in the UK. No gravy should be an instant demotion, KFC without gravy is like Vegan but with traces of meat. Only Tropicana available too and no sweet chilli sauce either.

Ridiculous queue. Ended up having to actually ask where our food was on the collection because it was never called but vanished from the screen. You'd think for a KFC in a theme park they would know how to handle orders. Waited over an hour for a single box meal. Was literally the longest queue we were in all day and we're at Thorpe Park.

Filthy tables, unsanitised while bone idle staff stand there with a spray bottle and cloth doing absolutely **** all. Had to literally ASK for the table to be cleaned before even attempting to contaminate my food

Food was lovely service was not took to long and no gluten free food

Easy to order from the machines but the collection queue took a while. Food was your normal quality and went down a treat after a busy morning at the Park

They prepared by twister by using their bare hands to grab the coleslaw and put it in the wrap. Its only when I challenged them the manager said "yes we prepare our food like this but we can male it again with gloves if you want! DISGUSTED!

You've had your thrills with the rollercoaster, now get ready to feel rage! Came in on the "one day" where the collection screen was not working so it was a complete free for all in terms of one member of staff trying to shout out order numbers being drowned out by the large group of staff. To rub salt into the chicken.... They also forgot a paid for BBQ sauce which meant I was forced to wade back into the sea of customers waiting for their food to get my sauce. Oh and there's £2 markup on the food. Basically: Avoid.

Bought two krushems which were terrible. Watery ice. Not like a milkshake at all. Staff couldn't care less when spoken to.

I would advise to stay away from this KFC, service was appalling, but not only that left me with food poisoning for 2 days. Would highly recommend to stay well away
