Had an amazing experience after a hectic day of rides. We went for a couple of Whopper meals, and they were prepared as expected – tasty flame-grilled burgers and decent fries. It's a busy spot, as you'd imagine being inside a theme park, but the staff seemed to be working efficiently to get orders out. We didn't have to wait too long, which was great. They were also really friendly! Overall, Burger King offers a great experience for anyone looking for a quick, tasty, and reliable meal during their visit. 😊

We ventured out, stomachs rumbling with need, For burgers and fries — a royal feast, indeed. But oh, what a tale of sorrow and woe, At this sad little Kingdom, the standards were low. My girlfriend’s Whopper? A tragedy, please! No sign of the cheddar, just tomatoes and peas— Well, pickles, but plenty — like someone went wild, Stacked high and soggy, not fit for a child. My nuggets arrived in a curious shape, Bland as a biscuit, no seasoning cape. Were they meant to be stars? Or blobs from the fryer? They tasted like cardboard, and none could inspire. The chips? Bone dry, with no hint of zest, Flavourless spuds that failed every test. And to wash it all down, her Coke brought a frown — More water than cola — it let the meal down. So here’s my review, from the heart, not in jest: This Burger King visit was far from the best. Next time we crave burgers, we’ll look elsewhere, 'Cause this royal meal? Was a cold, bland affair. (This is all serious btw just had to add some fun)

After my rides in Thorpe park I got my food from burger king got a royal meal for myself was really tasty completely satisfying my hunger, I got it on time and hot . Next time going to burger king again !!!!

Absolute garbage food production and presentation. Cold, hockey puck of a burger. Cheese still solid, flapping around like the rubber off a ping pong bat. I wouldn't bring leftovers for my dog. Disinterested staff unwilling to put things right. Thorpe Park should cancel their concession.

Hygiene is actually outrageous. Waited 5 mins to ask them a question as i stood there waiting and they ignored me to sit around chatting when there was no orders on the screen. to top it off one of the workers literally looked me in the eye as he scratched his eyebrow then proceeded to wipe his nose with his hand and didn’t wash his hands. Only one worker was wearing a hairnet -Actually foul can’t belive it.

My experience at Burger King in Thorpe Park Resort is the best one as they serve food very fast and they take care of each and every need of their customers. The staff is very good and excellent serves hot and fresh food always. That's the excellent experience.

The food was so delicious and the service was really great, too! The mayo chicken royale meal was so yummy and I ate the whole thing, even though it was quite heavy for one person. Crispy and tender chicken was really amazing…and when it comes to sides, chicken nuggets with spicy mayo will be the first thing comes into my mind. I highly recommend this restaurant if you wanna spend some time with family or friends to go for a water games at Thorpe park and having food at Burger King…. 👍

Today we went to the burger king which is in thorpepark . The ambience of the restaurant is amazing. We are well satisfied with the food and customer service.

My experience visiting the store today was excellent. The counter staff member was really helpful and helped me to order using the kiosk. They customised my order exactly as I requested and the food was delicious and warm. We sat in and the table was clean.

Not particularly superior to Mr MacDonald's restaurant however the atmosphere is splendid. I placed my bottom on a wooden stool, searching for respite after my exquisite day at Thorpe park resort, and contemplated why the condiments are titanicaly overpriced, yet are the size of a child's bollock. Furthermore, my experience with the slaves of this establishment has been overly negative as the seemed to have "misplaced" my order of a small slushie. Utterly unacceptable.

If I could rate no stars I would! Ordered via self service and the order for some reason was cancelled even though Burger King took the money out of my account? Had to order another order, so I paid £24 for one meal!!! I'm being reassured I would get the money back within 24 hours but the money has been taken out of my account! Scammers!!!

Friendly staff with good service followed by an amazing tasty and hot food

None of the machines worked, went to the counter to order instead and ended up paying much more than the meals actually costed! I spoke to the lady there and she said it can’t be made as a meal which was a lie as the machine did it and then the next guy I spoke to said that she mustn’t have put it on as a meal not that it wasn’t possible! He then said the store only opened yesterday… and offered me chips to make up for the extra money they charged me, which was no where near what I payed extra but I said yes anyways. Then they never came back so didn’t even get the chips! The lady who took my order was a manager but had to ask another colleague for help, ridiculous.

Awful food. Barely any salad-in a whopper! Presentation extremely lacking! Highly overpriced. Terrible dining area! ...and it was a quiet day too! (Very experienced working FF joints, but this was much better than Gunwharf branch!)
