Rude staff, only half a menu, no soft drinks dispenser so unable to do meal deals. On a busy July weekend not good enough.

Service was positively glacial. Waited 10 minutes while three staff attempted to serve the four people in front of us. Watched one serve up a very flat diet coke. Cut our losses and went elsewhere. This is one case where a long queue does not result in pleasant experience.

Thorpe Park, Staines Road, Chertsey KT16 8PN EnglandAbsolute garbage food production and presentation. Cold, hockey puck of a burger. Cheese still solid, flapping around like the rubber off a ping pong bat. I wouldn't bring leftovers for my dog. Disinterested staff unwilling to put things right. Thorpe Park should cancel their concession.
