Al-Amin in Runnymede

Al-min has closed down and has been taken over by another company!!! My other half just went down to check where our online order has go too, but it's closed down! Don't order via justeat, ubereats or food hub as they haven't been updated yet

Ordered food yesterday they took the money, food never arrived they didn’t answer the phone either no refund and still no answer today! Not sure what’s going on as my mum has been a loyal customer for years! If they are closed they should have changed their online ordering system !

Ordered on line as phone message instructed, took my order, took my money and started a countdown of 45 mins on the page. I was ordering for my 78 year old father. I happened to look at the countdown clock with 17 mins to go to see a message - your order has been cancelled, if you have paid you will receive a refund in 5 days ! My poor dad was waiting, he has been loyal to Al min for years. Outraged this evening

Always delicious food always terrible terrible service. Tonight we waited 90mins for delivery. Tried to ring to chase the order werent answering the phone . Eventually went down there and they said they had never got the order. When we showed them the screenshots they said that they didnt have the food to complete the order. Staff had to have a wip round to give us a refund

Order was late and wrong, phoned advising it was wrong, they said they'd check with driver, didn't hear back. First and last time ordering with them.

Can not fault the guys at Al-amin. Great food and always so helpful. Last night I made a mistake with my order and they rushed me out another main at no extra cost even though it was my fault. Highly recommend everyone to try the food it's great.

Food was late, when calling the only response i got was driver is one minute away this continued for 30 minutes. Different rices were not labelled. Such a shame as the food can be nice, WHEN IT'S HOT!

Food was great !! and kam is excellent with his customer service very friendly and our delivery arrived in no time I will definitely order from here again!!

Waited almost 2hrs for food to arrive after ordering on their app Called to ask where it was and cancel the order as it’s taking too long and just got a mumbling man. Food ok but service is rubbish.

Great service by great people. This is my local takeaway and the food melts in your mouth. I eat from here all the time there always a good banter in the shop and it's clean. I was in Kingston town with my work mates and we had food from the restaurant and wowow my mates can't stop talking about it and now i am the man in office to go for food advises. Cheers

Ordered £30 worth of food, was told that it was going to be delivered at 20:30pm. After about an hour and a half my partner rang in to ask what was happening. We were hung up on three times and when the gentleman did finally answer the phone we were ignored. We were then told our order was a minute away. Me my other half and a friend went to the gate to collect our food and was met by a rather blunt and rude man. He told us two stories one that his driver broke down, the other being the food had just come out of the shop. My friend then said well you had our contact details you could have kept us updated. The man replied with I'm going to apologise. To which my friend pointed out that he hasn't done so. The gentleman then got aggressive and stated that we had brought out "muscle" I am a woman of 5"11 and stood back near the gate with my other half. None of us were aggressive towards him or approached him apart from my 5"4 friend to collect the bag. As we walked back inside he then shouted out of the car window, I didnt hear what he said but I am going to make the assumption that is wasn't of a kind nature. I found this service to be disgusting. I work in the industry and even though you have been " doing this since 1991, so can't be doing much wrong." I'm sad to inform you that you are... all we asked was to be informed and to have an apology. I'm understanding but your behaviour tonight was appalling. Not ordering here again too much hassle. The food was lovely but your bad attitude and poor social skills have ruined a decent meal.

Used their app to order. Received an email to say it was confirmed and would be with me at an allotted time. Never delivered.

Awful service !!!!! Order took 2 hours to be delivered and was the wrong order and completely inedible !!! Phoned to complain and got no help and told it was my fault !!! £20 later no refund and no food disgusted

Ordered online. Arrived on time but missing dishes...... Had to go to collect whilst the rest of the food was getting cold. Won't use again

First time we have used this vendor. ordered on-line through Just-Eat. Food was 40 minutes late and cold on arrival. chicken tikka starter and chicken tikka masala tasted bitter, far too much tomato puree and lemon. King prawn madras had chopped prawns and bland. quite disappointed with our food last night.

Used the new app to order, 25%discount for this, very simple to use and delivery time was on the second!!! Brilliant and food was delicious!! Thank you.. nom.. nom.. nom!! X

My wife and children are away for a couple of nights so I thought I would treat myself to a takeaway. The takeaway was damn tasty, I had a wonderful lamb rogan that was sharp yet so smooth and mellow with just a perfect amount of spice, special rice, and naan. The food turned up in less than half an hour, the delivery driver was very pleasant and the price was good. I'm sitting here relaxing and feeling presently full. I don't normally rate any business but tonight I'm a contented man.... thank you for dinner.

Food is good but I've ordered from their app twice now and both orders have been wrong. Waited over an hour for delivery tonight for the order to be wrong, very disappointed.

Ordered on the phone like other review, told 30 mins for collection, no problem. Got down their on time, waited 10 minutes at the counter calling into the kitchen until someone came out (40 mins so far). I was told it was ready but then waited a further 15 mins (55 mins now with25 mins actually at the counter)before the food was ready. Shocking service and like the other review portions seem to be 1/2 size...20% discount in price but 50% reduction in size. Food is ok but not worth the waiting. Not the first time it has happened but will be the last time I order from there. Would not recommend.

AWFUL!!! SO RUDE ON THE PHONE MESSED UP ORDER AND SHOUTED DOWN THE PHONE I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AND HAVE IMFORMED ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY AWAY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
