Dominos Pizza in Runnymede

Order was cancelled an hour after the order was placed. No idea why. The app still shows that the delivery is on the way. Pathetic.

Crazy prices for a dominoes these days. 1 medium with extra pineapple one large with extra pepperoni 1 nuggets and chips £54. Both pizzas in super thin bases. Don’t get me wrong they make great pizza but at these prices it’s feels very much like a rip off and that via their own app. They want me to believe the original price was nearly £80 for the please jog on.

Never again it was vile. It didn’t know it was possible to mess a pizza up so bad. It was stone cold, almost raw, the middle was most certainly raw and it arrived having looked like it had been used as the ball for the women’s World Cup. It was in complete disarray. Never ever again.

This was the worst pizza I've ever had. Ordered pizza from here as my wife said Domino's were good. According to their tracker it sat in the shop for ages being 'inspected'. When it finally arrived, it was not hot and was distinctly lacking in flavour. Had to go to Tesco next day to get toppings to make the rest of it edible. Will never go back to Domino's.

So I ordered a pizza… ask what deals do you have ?? Only one pizza collection an u get any pizza size 🙂 so do u have any more for collecting!!! Forgot I been in night b4 same way a told same deal but when I’m store see buy 1 get 1 free …. Any way back to the second night hear a customer saying that but u never said buy 1 get1 free hmm I was like the same came last night didn’t get told come this night call b4 still nothing. Then this man comes over being all aggressive calling me a liar to the point the customer tells him no but u are wrong u all ready accusing her of being a lied now it being rude we hi 👋 5 I then tell him you no what keep your pizza I don’t wNt it he’s tells me good don’t come back 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 this man behaves like he wanted to fight me came over the counter an all sorts. So glad for cctv. He’s name abz if u calm don’t let him take ur order disgusting behaviour

The manager she is rude her lack of heigine is atrocious her hair is greasier then the garlic bread that comes out the oven she’s lazy she thinks she better then everyone else. Her customer service is appalling the way she speaks to fellow workers and customers on the phone. Dominos addlestone sort it out

Disappointing pizza bought for daughter celebrating her birthday with friends. Very dry seemed reheated- v little cheese & very salty. Will use papa johns in future.
