We waited 30 minutes for grandpa to come out of the toilet. It was delicious.

We had a lovely lunch time meal with my family of 7 today (Saturday 26th April). Everything was perfect from the start until we left 2.5 hours later. The service was exceptional so a special mention to Jess who took our orders for drinks, starters, mains and desserts. She looked after us, always having a smile on her face and made the afternoon a really relaxing and enjoyable one. Thanks Jess. Rob and family

I could not fault the service I have just received. Celine gave me a very warm, friendly and inviting welcome to their restaurant. She provided a faultless service and I cannot thank her enough. She clearly enjoys and has such passion and pride for her job. She definitely needs recognition for this. Thank you Celine, keep up the good work! X

Overall a good dining experience as we tried the south Indian food which included dosa, vada, and sambhar which was very was good and also the atmosphere was lovely. Would make sure to visit again if we go to the area for another amazing dining experience. Thank you !

Had a work reunion in the upstairs room great venue , yummy food ( served on time for x60 people and dietary requirements met, no fuss) and excellent customer service. Shared my concerns with Natasha re some reviews but our experience was 5 star with excellent customer service from the whole team. Yes a busy venue but added to the atmosphere and a great time had by all . Thank you to the whole team working yesterday.

I did not received my order yet money was deducted and it says delivered enjoy your meal. I reached out to the restaurant and they said they didn’t get that order and I should reached out to customer care. I have done so and still awaiting refund.

So I read the reviews from a year before, all state cafe poor and the company are improving things. No they haven’t and unlikely they will. Play equipment is great for small people and not too many children. Definitely for under 5’s. Place is tired looking. Took 45 mins to get a coffee because of only one staff member addressing cafe customers and arriving/leaving customers. All she did was moan about the drinks machine being broken but it wasn’t the coffee machine! No apologies, just moaning and being told I’m on my phone am and I’ve telephoned my boss. How can this place be safe with one employee? First aider? I won’t be returning again. I would rather pay more for else where and to feel my family are safe. It’s a shame as it could be great

The drink is warm and they dont have ice, in this weather, they dont have icccceeeee.. it doesnt taste good..

Last time I went there was a group of 9 so I did advise we would be waiting a while as there was 30 this time. Firstly we arrived on time but had to return to our cars for 15 mins as tables weren’t ready, then we walked in there wasn’t enough tables so we had to move them ourselves and grabbed one from the other side of the restaurant. We waited an hour and a half given we ordered some kids meals they could have brought these out given we had waited so long and was now well into the late evening. Having asked how long it would take they just made up times each time. Albeit we went in a group of over 30 they don’t have the ability to accommodate as they have one waitress serving so one of the people in our group had to give out the drinks, plates and help distribute food when it came. How can one server manage a table of 30? We had to ask multiple times by going up to the counter for sauces and each time they would give 1. We had to get up and ask for glasses multiple times and tissues. Do not expect any customer service when you come here. The food is mediocre but I had already been here before so knew what to expect. Management was not apologetic and clearly needs some lessons on how to treat their customers!

Quite an expensive place to buy from however the taste is somewhat aligned with the price so I have bought from them on a couple of occasions. I wont be coming back though and the 1* review is to draw attention to the fact they have for some perplexing reason, removed the container they store the goods in and now just have everything out and open right where people are walking past. No doubt getting flies and spit from people talking over them. Wont be coming back until they bring back a more hygienic storage/presentation method.

Good pizza. But the wedges were undercooked/raw I couldn’t eat. The mac n cheese I thought I’d try and it was terrible for the price I would pay more than £2 for it. The tiniest little portion is tiny it tastes like it’s from a tin, with mozzarella cheese on top like you get on margarita pizza (not even melted) I don’t recommend these sides.

Decent food for a really reasonable.

I am annoyed that I ordered a coke, but it's not filled up, it's a quarter less than I paid for, wasn't happy so I will make sure I get what I pay for

Fabulous!! A huge plate full of piping hot, fresh food with fantastic service from Jaoa. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. F&B @ Xcape, Milton Keynes

The experience was good as always, and I had weekend beers with friends. The only problem is that it stays overcrowded in the weekends and hence too loud to talk.
