Myself and family came to flamingo bingo. Whilst the evening was good. The service wasn't. Ordered a bottle of wine at 8.05pm. At 8.45pm still no wine. When we enquired I was told it was out of stock and that someone should have mentioned it. Was told the money would be reversed. This was 27th December. After several phone calls and email. As of 10th January I still haven't received a refund and the original payment has gone out my bank.

absolutely wonderful time and Charlie couldn’t do enough for us, we’d gone for the bottomless brunch and she kept us hydrated all afternoon, an absolute asset to the slug and lettuce

Popped in this venue for some food and cocktails beautiful building the only shame about it is how cold it is no heating when asked a member of staff why is it so cold she replies the heating is broke :(

First time visit last nite omg awful first impression ... on walking in i was hit by the awful smell ... smelt like vomit. The floor was realllllly sticky everywhere. I recommend S&L do a deep clean. Won't be returning. Would have left zero stars but not possible. Honestly readers go elsewhere they don't deserve your money.

We booked the bottomless brunch for 6 people between 7pm till 9pm and the level of service from all the staff was insane! We were mainly served by Myah who was funny, cheeky and made the experience even better than it was! She really made the celebration amazing! She always topped up our drinks when they were getting low and joined us for a laugh or two! It was so refreshing to have such amazing service! All the other staff that were on were also so friendly and always had a smile! We would 100% recommend going to this if you’re thinking about it! Slug and lettuce is always an amazing night! The staff at the hub are an asset to the company!

Me and my 4 best friends in the whole world came for a bottomless brunch. Whilst they enjoyed many drinks, I soaked up the atmosphere with my non alcoholic beverages as I was driving. The food was very good, quick service and Myah could not have been more helpful, bringing the drinks, making recommendations and asking if we needed anything. We will definitely come here again. Great spot in Hub, enjoyed garlic mushrooms and scampi with chips, when I asked for a beer at bar it was waitress Eleanor who served, not a natural bar person..Next time went in said to bar server what have you done with Eleanor bound and gagged her I hope, she overheard and told me off...but great occasion nevertheless...

Yesterday, my friend and I had the most amazing bottomless brunch. Roisin was our server and she was simply fantastic - she took care of us from start to finish. Just don't go! Waited 15 minutes before someone told me I had to order at the bar. Ordered a medium steak and a glass of wine.... Sat down eventually my steak got there, really tasty but far too raw for me. Got someone's attention Roisin... who couldn't be nicer by the way, sent it back to get a microwaved inedible piece of meat..

We've been trying out Bottomless Brunches around MK and it was S&L's turn. Arrived on time and the place was busy, most of the tables had guests for brunch or just drinks. However it did take about 20 mins before we had anyone ask us for drink. Considering that their site tells us of 2 hour window and other restaurants take a drinks order straight away, I was surprised. As we were a table of 6, I also provided a pre-order, and the food arrived about an hour in. Luckily, the drinks had little alcohol so we were not drinking on empty stomachs. Once the first round of drinks were ordered, it was 50:50 flagging a server down or them coming to us. To be fair there were prob about 3 servers. Maybe not go on a Saturday? Plus points the food was good and they did make sure of allergies
