claimed a refund from just eat , food was inedible and container had holes in it that looked like pest bites

The food was very tasty and the workers there are very nice and friendly. Will definitely order from there! Highly recommended.

We ordered the family kebab, which comes with naan bread (according to the menu). The meat was really tasty, but it definitely didn’t come with naan! Instead, we got some weird bread shaped a bit like a pitta, but was just like a flat burger bun! It tasted awful!! Such a shame as the naan here used to be really good. Doubt we’ll order again until the proper naan bread returns.

Wrong order. Left a note it was ignored. Once contacted the restaurant they had nothing to say. Absolute joke

Worst kebab I have ever tried to eat! The doner meat tastes of curry ( if I wanted curry, I would of ordered from an Indian outlet) the chicken was not breast, more like the meat pulled from the bones of chicken wings... the salad was OK but majority was just dodgy lettuce?! I would advise if you want a kebab, bypass this place! Extremely dissapointed with my order.

okay i asked for one kebab with ketchup and one with chilli, how do you manage to put chilli sauce when that wasn’t supposed to be on.

Mix grill was sold as a nan bread I was looking forward to a mixed kebab on a nice nan bread all I got was a pitta. Very disappointing

The food was awful ve never had a sheesh kebab from Milton Keynes that was presented like this is was with pita and not naan soaked in sauce so it was soggy by the time it g of to me. I gave it the dog being honest. My 13 year old daughter ate some of the chicken and spat it out and said it’s not cooked properly. I would ask for my money back and for your driver to come pick up both of the birayani but I just simply will not order again. What a let down to yourselves that’s terrible service.

kebab meat dry and overcooked, ordered naan bread and got pitta bread. 2nd time I have had this happen, used to be a good place but not anymore.

Extremely unhappy with the service. This business has zero customer service and ethics. I wasn't happy with quality of food and refused to collect my order. But when checked on just eat app, they have mentioned it as collected. Tiny steak/nugget type burgers in the name of chicken burger, soggy salad, burnt burger buns. When I said the quality is acceptable to me, they didn't try to talk and come to a solution instead rudely asked me to talk to Just Eat. I am not bothered about my refund but I am sure you either will not get anywhere with these work ethics.

Food was delivered cold, there was no taste to the food as it was very bland. I would also serioulsy question the quality of meat used kebabs. Overall disappointed and should have order from better establishments with the local area.

Ordered food at 18.30hrs through just eat , when arrived at 20.00hrs it wasn't what I ordered! All I got was cheesy chip! and ordered a kebab without chips. I Rang them and told them; They're said they would send the right order within three minutes. Waited again until 21.00hrs, rang again as not received it, he said sorry had a new girl on order! I got the oder at nine thirty, Mixed kebab was warm and uninviting. Never use this kebab place again.

GROSS!!!!!!! The food was VILE. I was so excited for this meal as I used to order it and it was small bits of chicken with rice and salad… this time it was the chunks of chicken tikka, some disgusting soggy rice and little bit of salad. I ate the salad and binned the rest and contacted just eat for a refund. Do not order the chicken tikka and rice it’s disgusting! The rice was soooooo over cooked, it just seemed like over cooked packet rice.

Food had arrived cold & had missing chips

Nice food, need to communicate a bit more as wanted salad on both of our items, but were able to share what we did have. Nice and hot too. Nice to have you back after the refurb. Will order again.

We had doner kebabs on naan bread and they were delicious! Our order arrived early which was great. The meat was very tasty, and the naan bread lovely and soft. My only tiny negative would be there weren’t any chili’s or tomatoes in the salad.

Waited an hour for our food, the delivery guy rang me from the car and asked me to go out and collect my order, I met him half way, he was just parked outside my front door. No sorry why it was late or anything

Ordered first time yesterday and I really loved their burgers and kebabs. Have given one star less because my garlic bread was toasted so much they were dark brown and very crunchy. Also there isn’t an option for the lamb donner to be cooked with peppers and onions - they only do that with the chicken donner. I hope my feedback helps be even better than you already are. Will be ordering again in future!

Worst takeaway we've ever received. Opened the byriani container and was hit with a nauseating rancid smell that made us heave, the chicken was a slimy green color so that went in the bin. My partner had mixed kebab and chips the chips were disgusting looked and tasted days old and the chicken in his kebab was so dry seemed hard he broke his tooth. So that went in the bin as well. Complete waste of money would NEVER order from these again and will warn my friends and family and put a post on social media warning people to avoid.

I’m visiting my Mum in MK and I suggested you for a take away. I cannot fault the food as it was delicious. My Mum is disabled and can’t get down her stairs. I had to go down 16 stairs for the food to the entrance. Say if that was my Mum? She wouldn’t have been able to go down the stairs. Terrible delivery service!

The food was never delivered. They claimed it was 'on the way' then 30 minutes later say the order was never placed. They were incredibly rude on the phone and told me to contact just eat before putting the phone down twice. I cant get ahold of any people at just eat only an automated line which tells me to call the resrertaunt. Incredibly unhappy with the service all round. Will never order again.

This is my favourite place to order donner from and actually the only one I get from. So glad to have had donner after many months of closure due to covid. Donner was delicious but collection service was poor. I was allowed to order online yet an hour after ordering my food, my order had not been confirmed and the system was down. still got my food in time but service needs to improve. Would order again

I will never buy food from this establishment again nothing was delivered as ordered and the restaraunt is a stone's throw from my house yet everything arrived Luke warm.we waited an hour for this food looking forward to it yet was greeted with a bitter disappointment . I won't give any stars as they simply aren't deserved .

Food was lovely. Although delivered early, I think like a lot of these services, they give themselves plenty of time in the estimated delivery, to make sure they’re on time. Overall it was a great service and lovely food.

Unfortunately I received the wrong order... not gonna complain as the food i got was still to my taste. Just really wanted a Donner kebab lol

Delicious food! All warm and yum - the chicken tikka naan is something else - best in MK by far - only thing I would want extra sauces on the side.

One single chip in my trilogy box and nit even one chip in my Boneless dip box got my 2x mini fillet burgers paid £23.35 so nit happy not answering the phone Won’t be using again On hold with just eat for 20 mins then cut off.

My order was wrong. 2 Donner kebabs were delivered when only 1 was ordered, the other should have been Shish kebab.

The delivery took 50 mins to come about 2 miles if that, didn't tell me how long it was going to take until I ordered..i wouldn't of ordered if I knew how long it was going to take...food was warm when I got it..

The food was great however the driver couldn't find our house and was very rude on the phone when we was trying to direct him. He was also late we ended up waiting an hour and half for the food to be delivered and then asked for a tip!

We had the family kebab yesterday evening, and it was delicious! It arrived earlier than the time said (bonus!) and was piping hot. The lamb tikka was my favorite, but all the meat was very tender and very tasty. The naan bread was fluffy, soft and huge! Can’t fault it at all. Will definitely order again.

I ordered a chicken donner kebab and ended up getting a chicken tikka kebab which I did not order! The delivery man was gone by the time I realised and I was hungry and didn’t want to call back just to change and wait who ever long so for my food.
