Domino's Pizza in Milton Keynes

It was okay. It's a takeaway pizza treat because I'm gluten free. The kids get a tasty pizza rather an oven cooked pizza at home which is never the same

Worst quality when comparing with other outlets.

The worse pizza in long time, hardly any toppings on was like eating dough only, quality has dropped drastically quiet expensive for what I got

How dissapointing! It left me and husband angry and son dissapointed. We promised our son a treat for doing his tests at school well today and he asked for Domino's pizza. The estimate delivery time was 18:45-19:05. At 18:46 I received a phone call from the driver asking me where by Travelodge we are. All puzzled I asked what he meant by Travelodge as we are on Shenley Lodge and Travelodge is on Shenley Church End. We are NOT on a new estate. Shenley Lodge was built 30 years ago. We have lived here since 2010 and we have never had any issues finding the address on ANY sat nav, so I really don't understand how the driver got so lost. I confirmed the address he had and it was all correct. He hung up and we continued waiting.......we finally heard him driving past our house at 19:16 and he couldn't find our number so my husband just walked down the road to call him so by the time we got the pizza it was 19:20 I really don't understand how it took the driver 30mins to drive from Travelodge to us when it takes 5mins at this time of the day :( When we opened the box, the pizza was lukewarm :( yuk! By the time we were on the 2nd slice, it was cold already. On top of all this, we didn't get our BBQ dip we paid for :( and no note or explanation of why.

Every time i go there get my food on time and with good quality and customer service

Normally the best dominos in mk but today's pizza was horrendous. Hardly any sause, burnt cheese and air bubbles in every slice.

Lovely staff, clean and tidy, service is great too. U cant dine in though, only take away but really nice.

Great pizza as always, didn't enjoy being ignored when I went to collect and having waited ten minutes being ignored, had a couple who walk in and got served instantly ahead of me because the girl on counter service recognised them.

Was told by my delivery driver I had to lock my dog away to get my pizza. The vicious, snarling, dangerous Golden Retriever that is my dog.... Probably best to find a different career old chap....

Pizza quality was lovely as normal. Staff were polite and attentive.

I ordered online and went in to pick up my pizza. I was told it was ready and I'll get it in 2 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes only for the manager to tell me there was a mix up with the orders and they'll start the process all over again. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for pizza that I had ordered online. Terrible experience

Ordered vegan nuggets but when I got there they told me they didn't have any. Not sure why they couldn't have told me before I went to pick it up. Offered to give me a porion of wedges free, which I took but even then with the normal price of £5.99 for a couple of handfuls of cold wedges I certainly won't be buying them!

Completely disappointed in domino's! I have recently had back surgery so can not move much, and the delivery driver calls to say he is NOT allowed to enter the building as I live in a flat. I called domino's to make sure and apparently this is a thing, yet it is not mentioned at all when you order. Think I'll go to pizza hut next time

Not sure who is running the Newport Pagnell Dominoes Pizza at the moment but the service last night was shocking. Ordered 2 x medium pizzas 7.20pm after the first hour of no show decided to ring the store with no answer, waited 15 mins rang again no answer waited another 15mins and someone finally answered to then be told he didn't know how long the food would be. Two minutes later the app showed out for delivery, then stated delivered. Anyway 9.20pm decided it might be easier to go and collect from the store. Once arrived I literally thought I had walked into a scene from faulty towers. No one manning the phones and all of them was ringing. Guy making the pizza bases had the speed of a donkey. The two others on the line were reading tickets like they didn't know they was making pizzas with a confused look on their face. The individual running the jump looked equally confused. Clearly very unexperienced or untrained staff. After all the effort Dominoes put in to standardising and managing their brand this store was a complete let down last night and if they can not manage a reduced menu then god help them when they go back to their full menu.

Lucky to have 1 star. The customer service is shocking at this branch. I would HIGHLY recommend staying clear of this franchise. They have got our order wrong on several occasions during separate times, they seem to think we are lying to them to get free meals. We placed our order which was FOC replacement, called back 5 minutes later to cancel that, not worth the hassle. Sort your rude staff out. Stay clear.

Awful, rushed online and when delivered it was cold

On the New years eve we decided to order from their Oxley Park outlet.It turned out to be a really nightmarish decision ever. We are always ordering from this particular outlet and always it is having certain issues. This time even after explaining the entire order the order failed to arrive after a wait of one hour. We spoke to manager and he reassured us that he will dispatch the order soon. Again the order took half an hour and again they managed to sent an incomplete order. It is already a struggle for families to go and eat out in these testing times and Domino's should be well aware of it. It is the onus of the outlets to ensure that all the deliveries are error free and stick to the time limits and they should live upto the brand name. It is really an unpleasant experience that despite paying for the service the customers have to chase them and end up spoiling a lovely evening. I hope the management would pick up some cues and try to improvise.

Ordered pizza @7.02. Arrived @8.30 cold and squashed maybe even spat on it. Seal was removed. Manager is on break and they hung up.

There is never a time when the order is even near perfect. Either there is no cheese and excessive toppings or the pizza is stuck to the box from the bottom. Garlic bread is always uncooked dough covered irregularly with a pick of cheese and has not taste of garlic. Even when you call them after placing the order Online and tell the issues last time, they will again send you the same rubbish. If you call and complain they will apologise and say “someone will call you” but I promise you that you will never hear from that “someone”. Please someone FIX IT!!!

Dominoes is dominoes ...but this one's a bit rubbish compared to the rest in my opinion.

Has become a poor example of Domino's Pizza. Light on toppings and drowned in tasteless cheese. Definitely going elsewhere.

Had pizza from here last week, it arrived when the app told me, nice and hot and most importantly correct........ last nights unfortunately said it had arrived but was no where in site so had to call and when it eventually arrived completely wrong pizza, couldn’t be bothered re calling as already waited long enough ☹️

Very disappointed. Ordered twice and both time it was undercooked and flavourless. Ordered cookies which my kids were looking forward too, but they were also undercooked. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a pizza and strippers combo and my pizza was wrong and everything was cold, I might of made a mistake with one of the toppings but for manager was very rude and trying to call me a lair and was refusing to replace my whole order. Ashamed is a understatement.

Food was delivered very quickly and was piping hot. Pizza tasted very fresh. I've avoided domino's for years as I never really rated the quality, but can safely say I'd order again from them next time. The only downside is the price of the sides; they're just a bit too expensive compared to other pizza places.

This branch has deteriorated recently. Although the speed of delivery is good, the last two orders were completely wrong- I ordered a vegetarian supreme with extra tuna and I got a cheese and tomato pizza with tuna - no peppers, sweet corn or onions. Irregularities have occurred a number of times recently, but the most recent were particularly bad. I wonder whether those reading the orders can actually read!

Order took ages to be cooked,how long does it take to cook some garlic bread, clearly 15 minutes after you name goes off the board!!! And still the pizza order was wrong when we got home!!!!

It does what it says on the tin, never had any issues and staff are always friendly.

Veg-a-roma is my favourite and my husband prefers the meat one. Side of chicken. Best combination. 👍🏻

Food was late, cold and not cut. Absolutely terrible.

Very poor service. 5 pizzas ordered. 4 cooked when they forgot the 5th. So they cooked the 5th and let the other 4 sit cold for 20 mins. Got really stroppy when I told them to cook all 5 again and refused to tell me the owners name to complain........hence the poor review on here. Very rude manager in the store

I mean it’s dominoes you know what you are getting, the pizza was fine, the service was quick but as ever the level of regret once eaten was high 😆

Great food reasonable time for waiting

Countless errors from members of staff not listening or confirming back information. Just had two in same night resulting in the fix to the original issue also ending up an issue! Last time I go to Domino's, will stick with Pizza Hut from now on!

Super good Pizza and you have to try the choc chip cookies

Pizza was adequate. However the delivery driver in silver 05 plate car was rude and obnoxious not how I would expect to be treated as a paying customer. Wont ever be using this place again now. Shame as we normally use it once a week at least. I'm sure I'm not 1st person to have a complaint to the company tho

Terrible service left me stood for half an hour and when questioned kept saying sorry 2 mins every 5 minutes. Terrible staff would avoid at all cost personally never going back would much rather use the oldbrook one.

I want to say that I had a great experience, because I normally do. But this time just seemed messy. I had asked for two pizzas, two garlic bread and two large dips, should've been easy enough. I had asked for the discounts (Buy one get one free) and the details, the person had told me incorrectly what I had to get to get the deal. But because of the other pieces of my order, I thought that it was why my price was so low. The price was so low not because of a deal, but because they didn't put through the other things I asked for (Garlic bread and dips) So after waiting 15 minutes for the pizza, I ask wheres the rest of my order. All I got was a quick apology and had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the rest. Food was fine afterwards, no complaints there, just seems training on the deals that they offer could've been improved.

Good pizza, if buying a single pizza off the menu it is a bit expensive but there are good value family meal deals. I like the meteor and ranch bbq pizzas, the garlic bread pizza is very good too. Generally quick service. Much prefer it to pizza hut although it is takeaway only. The only thing I don't like is the dipping sauces, I bin those.

First time Ordering from this shop and definitely going to be my last . Ordered for collection and noticed no one was wearing a glove while dealing with the whole food process . My pizza was cold and I had to wait for 15 mins before someone attended to me . The staff were busy chatting away while I was there waiting to be attended to. Won’t be returning

OLDBROOK DOMINOS. After placing an order for NHS STAFF and the money being taken from my account I waited 40mins before calling to find out the problem. To be told that they will not be delivering my pizza and they have sent me a refund which will take 3-5 days to reach my account. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and did not offer me an alternative. He then hung up on me when I asked for head offices number as he told me it was them who refunded my order not him. I am horrified at the shocking service. Will never order again!! I attempted to call back and my call was just placed on hold and never answered.

I have ordered a vegetarian pizza. When i went there for collection, shocked to see no one is wearing hand gloves except the person playing with dough. They are spreading all the toppings with bare hands including meat and vegetables. Not going to visit again.

Pizza quality is hit or miss here - need to get the cheese/sauce mix nailed down! Amazing how much difference this makes to the taste and recently it hasn’t been good. Combine this with the recent price hikes, and it’s not a good recipe!!! Not sure why the inconsistency, but Domino’s quality team need to pay a visit. For now, I will be going elsewhere for my Pizza.

Last 2 experiences have had luke warm pizza to which had to warm up again. Delivery was 45 minutes late and when speaking to the store poor service didnt keep there word of calling back and advising the progress of where the driver was and the driver didn't even apologise for being late when he eventually turned up. Will not be ordering from the, agai

We had pizza delivered tonight to save cooking as we'd just returned from holiday. However I wish I'd saved my money and had beans on toast. Whilst the pizzas were delivered more quickly than I was advised they would be, they were luke warm at best and dry and unappetising. The potato wedges were cold also. The last pizzas I had from this branch were also disappointing and they got the order wrong. I will not be using them again.

Collected 2 medium Pizza's tonight 12/06/17. To be honest I get 50% discount due to my job, but I doubt we will return. Both Pizza's had very little toppings, I know they were discounted but really ??? The service was quick any easy, but the food is a little poor. Sorry Dominoes your going to miss out next time and bad news travels fast.

I Actually live in a flat above this shop and it's great when you have done a long day at work and don't want to cook, on the plus side they have I much wider range of fillings and side orders that also includes things for the person who likes healthier things like me.🏃.

We ordered a medium Italian pizza. It was £15 and that was with a voucher code. The pizza was more like a small and pretty bad appearance. A while ago we ordered a large and it was the same came very small. Phoned the store and they said he would send me another but I be honest I didn't want one. Complained to dominos and was told this was a franchise. I've ordered from different branches around Milton Keynes and didn't have this problem. My advice stay away rip off!

We always like Domino's Pizza, especially on (2 for 1) Tuesdays. Their new Italian range is very tasty and you get some fresh rocket with it that you can add yourself.

As a long term customer I feel totally let down!! Over 20 years I've chosen dominos pizza but never again!! Foods great but the service is crap!! The manager needs to go on a customer relation course!! Papa johns from now on!! Goodbye dominos!!!

Nice staff. Indulged my special requests but didn't have vegeroma sauce and quoted 15mins even though 6 mins bake time and I was the only customer. Could have been 8 mins if the slapper was on the ball. Good carry out deals prices

Hi, It was the second time when i ordered at Domino's Oxley Park, take away. I have to say that the personnel was very friendly, nice and professional, the waiting time was short in a busy Saturday evening. Definitely i will come back to Domino's Oxley park.

I do not order pizza from here often, but when I do I find it lacks consistency. Sometimes you get a nice pizza other times you get unedible rubbish. Waiting times are unacceptable. The last time I left to collect my pizza when their online system said it was ready to collect I arrived and it hadn't even gone in the oven. I ended up waiting for the best part of an hour. I also believe staff lack management and structure.

We used to use this regularly however the previous time the pizza was slow arriving and barely warm when it did. last night we tried again - pizza took an hour when it got here it was cold and the ice cream was so melted on opening it spilled all over the carpet. The pizza needed to be reheated before eating and the ice cream went straight in the freezer as it more like a drink than a dessert - doubt we will use them again

On a thursday night at about 10.50pm I decided to order a pizza so I went online and did so. I ordered 2 pizzas for collection, which qualifies for the 2 for 1 offer. I got my confirmation email through and realised I had accidentally ordered one large and one small, which obviously doesn't make sense when ordering 2 for 1. Therefore I instantly got on the phone and called them to ask if I could just change the pizza sizes. They not only refused my request but had a moan at me for ordering when they were closing up and demanded that I come to collect my pizza asap so they could go home! Its not my fault that Domino's allowed me that option!

We get dominoes regularly, and today it's taken an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive and they are blaming it on the fact they only have one driver on.. They should employ more drivers if that's the case! It's out of order.
