I am writing this review with absolute confusion. I went into out local Domino pizza branch(the square, wolverton) and told the lady at the till about the " buy on ged get one free" deal stated on the poster in their window! Can I just say...I 100% KNOW WHAT A BOGOF OFFER IS) but this lady a the till didn't. On th e poster it states: any Size pizza buy one get one free! So I asked for a large £9.99) pizza and nothing else. She told me it was £21.99..I told her I wanted to BOGOF OFFER and it should be £9,99. But she said in order to get that OFFER I had to buy a pizza for £21.99 and then I get one for free.... I do not think it's fair to have an offer but not to inc the minimum price you need to s spend!!! The staff to their credit were very patient and tried to explain BOGOF too me... I get it so as far as I am concerned I should av paid for my large pizza and got same size free... Please could u clarify ur deals. I would appreciate it if you got back to me about this issue. Hardly use Dominos anymore...the same deal that cost about £22 a year or 2 ago has now crept up to £33. A 50% rise in that time is a total joke. Found somewhere miles cheaper.

We live in Newcastle but work away during the week at Milton Keynes and this Dominos has to be the best ever, it has been faultless every week. North east dominos don't even look or taste anything as good as they do here

Ordered veg supreme pizza to collect and when I got home it had a peice of beef on it walked all the way back the staff didn’t seem too bothered about it but this is very poor food hygiene seems like they are using the same gloves to handle the meat and the veg or storing beef next to the veg either way it’s disgusting

Its Domino's :) Decent pizza's. quick local delivery. Decent covid-19 safety measures in place. Customer service is very good, however not the cheapest pizzas available (inflated prices on everything such as the drinks and dips - which is why I prefer a local pizza place which is a lot cheaper)

Delivery driver yet again was incredibly rude to my son and even walked away with half my order still in the delivery bag,

A complete disgrace. Ordered dinner for this evening, paid in advance via the app through PayPal, have payment receipts and an order acknowledgement. Called to see where our food was as it was late to be told they have no order for me. I explained I have an order number and proof of payment only to be cut off being told the order number means nothing, they have no order so unless I want to pay again they are busy and need to go. Incredibly rude customer service, I have never felt so fobbed off and considering it was an expensive order, for them to act like it doesnt matter you have lost money and still have no food is just unacceptable Definitely lost a customer

Great quality, great timing despite busy lunch hours, hot and served brilliantly! Only £1.99 for a 2 topping personal 7" which was quite filling in itself haha! Texture and taste was packed full of joy and every slice counted just as they advertise. Brilliant!

Every time I order!!! They say in app it’s been delivered when it hasn't , I wait an extra 30 min! Try call no answer request extra toppings not there even after you’ve paid , bbq wings have no sauce added like they can’t be bothered So they just give you spice worst dominoes in mk! ,

Pizza tastes wonderful would definitely recommend . Not greasy at all and had a great flavour. I wont get a pizza from anywhere else.

OK but in busy periods the service declines and large orders get prioritised over older orders.

Rude staff member. On visiting today and waiting for my order another customer asked (not in a rude way) why it would take 25mins for her order? Clearly understaffed the staff member could of smiled and explained the situation but instead it resulted in the customer being refused to be served and threatened for the police to be called if she didn't leave. When i stepped in to point out she had mearly asked a question and wasn't trying to be rude I was shouted at! Even on pointing out I had my young son it did not stop the rudeness.Completely out of order Quite obviously no customer service training what so ever.I do not want my son to witness this kind of behavior I WILL NOT BE BACK

Long wait time despite being quiet. Nevermind, the pizzas were done and we took them home. My pizza was good, but unfortunately my friend found a dark hair on his. For the record, he has (hardly any) fine hair, and the two employees had dark hair... 4 stars for my pizza despite the wait, but lose 2 more for my friend's. Wouldn't go back.

Gone down hill as of the last year, used to be the best dominoes in MK. Quality of pizza is average 6/10 with the dough sometimes being unevenly cooked, stuffed crusts hardly filled, the tomato topping being very sparingly laid on and the toppings becoming more and more stale. The price is always high as per dominoes, check out online websites for codes that dominoes hide from customers such as 40% off for £30 or more. Our deliveries are always missing an item, the last 4 orders have all missed either a drink or one of the big dips i order. Twice I ordered a big barbecue dip, once they brought the garlic by mistake, and the last time didn't bring it at all, once I rung then to complain I was told no manger I'd get a call back. 30 mins later I called back and the "manager" said that he would send the guy back but it would be in 45 minutes time, what's the point? Oh and I never got offered a refund. Maybe tonight's order will be better, who knows, I'll update this with the findings. Oh and the deliveries take like an hour to get to here when I live 10 minutes from the shop and it's always cold.

Well sadly i can not say how tasty the Pizza was as they did not bother to deliver it to us! Ordered a couple of Pizzas over the phone for delivery which came to around £35 and was told it would be around a 40 min wait.... 40 mins go by and feeling rather hungry at this point. 60 mins go by.... starting to get bloody hungry now....... 90 mins passed..... very hungry and getting pissed off waiting so time to give them a quick call. Answered the phone and asked us to wait a few mins on hold..... 10 mins go by and they pick up the phone and just hang up. No food, did not take the call, did not bother to try and call us back even though they did take the phone number! Tempted to go over and take a dump on the counter!!! Never again, just terrible

Ordered 3 large pizza. The Tandoori chicken one had one piece of chicken on each slice. It was nicely decorated though. It is not the first time this happen. Was hungry had to eat. Shame pizza was delivered within half and hour.

I've always had great pizza's from here! They always get my delivery order right and the quality is fantastic. Thanks Dominos!

Excellent customer service, food food... love the food..

Greasy, long haired member off staff not wearing a hairnet resulting in me finding one of their hairs in my pizza but i had already driven all the way back to work before i realized.

I can’t stand purchasing expensive food and not receiving my money worths, usually eat from here and it tends to be okay, however my most recent purchase was disgraceful. 2 burnt pizzas and garlic bread.

Ordered 4 pizzas, 3 of which were wrong and missing toppings. Both Italian garlic breads were over cooked and cut in bizarre ways. Missing garlic pizza bread. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Literally a waste of £40. Will never use this dominos again

Vegetarian avoid I ordered a veggie pizza and got a random piece of chicken tucked away beneath the cheese. I called dominos 3 times no answer what a surprise never again

The food was ok, staff was disappointing as two guys stood around chatting while the guy who served me was running around like a headless chicken. I also noticed he didn't wash his hands after handling the till and went straight back to preparing the food.

Says open online payed for things later had a call saying they are closed not happy with them at all and didn't say why they are closed. And was rude on the phone.

Great food, as always. All orders correct. Quick service. I do love those chicken kickers!!! We had two large pizzas shared between 4 of us, chicken kickers & the twisted dough balls.

Worst experience I've ever had ordering a take out!!!! Tried to order food last night only to be put on hold for 15mins and forgotten about (no apology) and then tried again the next night, ordered food ok but after 2hrs and no food were told that they had no record of the order!!!! (No apology) Won't be ordering from here again. I've never left a bad review before but my experience with them after 2 nights on the trot is a joke!

so I got out of hospital yesterday and my son decided to treat us all to pizza with trimmings from here. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!! he ordered option 2 the larger pizza for £26.99 so food arrived at £31.99 as we like stuffed crust. pizzas weren't large so my son called and a supervisor LAMA told him it was large.after offering him chance to come and look at our pizzas to prove they were wrong he then told us no the driver took a photo of our pizzas and so they are large then proceeded to be very rude down the phone to my son and finally put the phone down on us. the wedges were cold and the sausage on the meaty were sloppy like not cooked properly. I will never use dominoes wolverton when papa luigis in wolverton is pleasant easy service and nice polite people.

It is what it is. Pizza. The food is ordered quickly and rarely wrong. We can collect or deliver and there never seems to be any fuss. It is what it is.

I ordered last night at 7.05pm & was told my delivery would be ..."approx 20 minutes". 45 minutes later I rang to see what was happening & they had no record of my order!! The people I spoke to (on both occasions) had virtually NO understanding of plain English & I could hardly understand what they were saying. Very disappointed. Eventually ordered from Dial-a-Pizza who delivered a delicious Pizza in 15 minutes!!

Awful customer experience. My pizza was ordered in store popped in 15 mins later to pick up and it extra toppings which i did not order and am allergic to were added. I had to re order and wait another 15 mins for another pizza- the alleged manager offered me a £2.15 discount on my new pizza- after effectively waiting 30 mins for one pizza. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! I left with no pizza as i refused to pay for something which they got wrong and made me wait twice as long for!

Ordered a meal everything was fine until I found the plastic on the ham hadn't been taken off before cooking without knowing I came across cheese ham and plastic in my pizza. Very poor service and missing basics the plastic was enough to cause a serious problem to younger child not acceptable

Yesterday myself and my friend decided to order a couple of pizzas for delivery from this establishment. Things didn't bode well from the off! To start, I needed two pizzas, one medium ham and pineapple with extra mushrooms and onion, and one chicken tikka on a gluten free base with extra cheese. Cost to have these two pizzas delivered : £33.50! (Gluten free bases are not included in any deals, even though they have been before!). I told him to stuff it. ...The price not the crust! As having them delivered was just a lazy option on our behalf, I said I'd collect. ..This brought the price down to £19.50. Unfortunately, once collected I failed to look in the boxes before I took them home: Gluten free base = correct! Extra mushrooms = fail (counted about ten dried up pieces in total). Extra onions = fail. Extra cheese on gluten free = fail! Chicken tikka pieces on gf pizza = Five of the smallest pieces you could find in total! Once my eyes had digested what was in front of me as opposed to what was supposed to be, I decided to give them a ring and ask if they were experiencing a shortage of Toppings. The answer was a resounding NO! So I asked where mine were, as they hadn't made their way onto our pizzas. The response: "I'm sorry madam, but there's nothing we can do about that! " I reiterated that I simply hadn't got what I ordered, and what did they mean there was nothing they could do about it? ?? After being passed to another member of staff, they decided they would deliver fresh ones with the correct toppings which, to be fair, they did. ...well...They delivered two more pizzas and took the originals back! The extra toppings on these "fresh" ones were just as difficult to find as the original ones. Unless you like bald pizzas, steer clear!

Don't bother with this lot. Rude and blunt on the phone. Not helpful or accommodating all. Very cocky on the phone. It's either their way or the highway. Not good business ethics whatsoever. STAY AWAY.!!!!!!!!

We went here as a spur of the moment dinner after a busy day.I find this to be one of the better Domino's in Milton Keynes, on the one occasion we had a problem with one of our pizza's they gave us free pizza the next time we ordered.Carole : )

They always get orders wrong, never look at the extra topping which you pay so much for. Their phone lines never work. They can never help you if you have a complaint. They always put waaaaay too much bbq sauce on the pizza and it becomes inedible. I know it's just pizza, but for the price you pay you expect a little more than this!

First time we've used this branch & I was really quite impressed. It was very clean, pizza took exactly the time they said it would & it was one of the nicest Domino's we've had.We'll definitely be back to this branch & I highly recommend it.

Obviously quite pricey as all Domino's are but service is good - took notice of my request for them to knock quietly when little boy was asleep :)
