the pizza is so spicy it's impossible to eat, but everything else is delicious

Food us subpar and half the order was wrong

Order was missing more then half of it items, called the restaurant they kept cutting me off

Ordered a meal deal. Cheesy chips, donner kebab, 3 hot wings and 1.5L Pepsi. What I got was the smallest portion of fries possible, a few wings and a regular portion of kebab meat. No salad, bread or anything to make it a kebab. This was a set meal, so not like I altered anything. Why put a 1.5L bottle of drink to this? Shocking.

Appalling customer service long regular customer but now they have lost me which mean a big loss of income as I used to have food from these at least 3 times a week which would be 2-3 meals each order

Still waiting for my refund for my uncooked food I received 6th January 2025 couldn’t eat none of it as I’m pregnant, was not edible

my experience wasnt great and you can see the state of the toilet after eating my meal which i guess eating undercooked chicken dont help the digestive system....hopefully others will have more of an iron stomach to tolerate this....

No acknowledgment at the till, waited 20 minutes watching him go back and forth for an order. He was able to acknowledge another customer that walked in and stood behind me, told him to take a seat he’ll be 10 minutes. Odd behaviour. Will not advise eating there if that’s how they treat their walking in customers :)

Always getting orders wrong missing things from order every time I order

Ordered Chicken fries and received fish. Totally unseasond. Took them back to the take away. Then payed agagain for chicken where the guy cooking poured a tub of salt on it so it was ineadable! Went back again. Totally ignored. They threw the food in the bin which I asked them not to do as I wanted the owner to taste. They then threw four quid in coins at me and from there totally blanked me. I have been supporting Galley Hill local centre for many years. I think that has now come to an end. DUNCAN.

bad very bad my order didn't arrive called the shop and they says it's not there problem take it up with the just eat driver they kept hanging the phone up then didn't pick the phone up again a would recommend do not order from this place.

i got food poisoning and it was just overall wasn’t worth my money

The restaurant had an offer but one get one free pizza and I only got one. They also advertised that sauces are free when you buy a pizza and I didn’t get any. The person who I spoke to from the restaurant was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Been ordering from here for 4 years. By far one of the best takeaways. Food is always fresh no matter what day you come, you can really taste its cooked well with fresh produce. Delivery is also good, food arrives hot

Best place for fried chicken wings with fries!!! My husband and I are regulars at Peri Peri :) we love the customer service, especially the "Chef" who is the nicest person we have met at this place! The chicken is always great tasting and fresh, and the fries are fried in fresh oil (you can't smell the oil that has been used for over a week...). And just how much care they take in preparing the food here is evidenced by the cleanliness of the place itself. I sincerely recommend!!! And the unflattering reviews are probably way out of date.

Love the chicken and the chips are just right I’ve eaten from many places in Milton Keynes and this is worth a visit.

We ordered a chicken burger and a kebab wrap and both arrived stone cold. Not an ounce of heat in them. In the bin.

The half chicken meal was absolutely outstanding! The mild spice was perfect to the point it was still enjoyable! The portion was amazing, the chips were so fresh and well cooked! Definitely going to make me fat because I’m now addicted!

Food never showed up! Called numerous times to be told that it was “on its way now”. The final time a rang, they guy on the phone was rude and the hung up. One of my children ended up falling asleep waiting for it and went to bed without dinner in the end. We are usually really happy with this establishment but today I have been left incredibly disappointed and will NEVER be ordering anything from here again!

Only wish they had warmed the beans. Everything else was good.

Went early for collection and ended up waiting 10 mins after the allotted time and got half my order missing to then have to wait a further 10mins to finally get what I ordered

From last year the prices have x2 go to a kebab van its cheaper than this 8 pound for 4 chicken nuggets and chips and drinks and that's a kids meal stacy bushes kebab van by toolstation is open nights soon just like peri peri cheap and great food

Really poor food, the peri peri strips were supposed to be lemon and herb but were clearly not, all a bit dry, we were disappointed

Whole peri peri chicken did not have legs, instead a couple extra breast added. The chicken is very dry. Chips overcooked. Don't order.

No sorry not for me. Went by the high reviews but really disappointed. The chips I think would have been really nice if they didn't have that warmed up texture. The coating was tasty & if eaten straight after cooking would have been spot on. The chicken nuggets were really dry & once I bit onto a bone that was it for me. I did like the canned drink though so I give it a 1. Whatever my daughter got she liked it, but she can do her own review.

We went to the shop to order chicken and eat our food but since it was covid we had to go home and eat, that was okay but when we got our food we ordered two meals and they gave 1 drink and told us to we had to pay an extra £1 so we went home with only one drink and when we opened the food and ate the food my sister saw that there was blood in her chicken as if it was RAW she almost puked after seeing it! AND the food was soo as if they drenched it in OIL, THIS WAS DISGUSTING! we had top throw out the chicken after and order from favourites! PLEASE dont waste you money and time buying this chicken

1st time ordered from here, very disappointed. Hot wings have no flavour, pizza was undercooked and very little flavour. Cheesy chips were awful. I won’t be ordering again.

"Don't have phone"... So I couldn't comlplain about the bone found in a FILLET BURGER walked back, fair enough he made my little sister a new meal. I explained how she choked on it, But no apology This has happened more than once (bones in food- and the phone line being uncontactable), either you don't know how to cut meat/store cooked cuts of chicken separately or you guys just don't care. Shame I couldn't rate it lower!!!!

Normally the food is top notch from Galley Hill Peri Peri but tonight it was awful. The zinger burger was more suace than burger even though I asked for no sauce. The fillet burgers were tasteless and Luke warm at best. One drink was missing from my order and to then made a mediocre meal worse my daughter almost swallowed a bone from her kids chicken fillet burger.

I asked for mayo with my spicy chicken burger and instead of that the coating on the chicken was saturated in a hot sauce making the burger too over powering and spicy and soggy and inedible. A real shame as the rest of the food ordered was really good. Delivery was late but probably due to new year.

I prefer a garlic base pizza and this didn't disappoint... Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered food, arrived on time but missing the peri peri chips. Tried to contact them for 15 times but never picked up the phone!! I was on the phone for almost an hour trying to call them for the missing item but not able to get hold of them. I just have to put rice for us to be able to eat the food. I had a problem with them before when they forgot to put the drinks. Please can you make sure to check the food your delivering before giving it to your customers, we are buying food so we can eat quickly as no time to cook but at the end you have to wait for the rice to cook to be able to eat the food you ordered. POOR SERVICE AND INCONVENIENCE!!!

Chicken left in warmer to long so drys out it should be rotated and replenished through the day doner meat put into pizza oven to speed it up making it way over cooked! I'd rather wait longer and have meat that doesn't snap! System needs a review as prices are great food can be nice at times people don't mind waiting longer for a better quality! Staff are lovely!

The guy working is so rubbish actually refused to cook fresh doner meat for the only paying customer in the shop at the time you work in a chicken shop your ment to cook food for customers Jesus i did not fancy the normal nasty dry burnt re heated doner meat so went for a chicken burger meal instead for the guy to then go out the back for a single bun considering most of the food displayed on the menu consists of things in buns he goes out the back lol got refund and left keep your dodgy bun terrible service terrible staff

Kabab was so hard and crispy it was like chewing a cardboard box...lucky we didn’t have a dentist bill after eating it! Was meant to be a treat for us and the kids- it was a struggle to eat!!

These guys do the best fries! Always hot and crispy, even after delivery. Our favourite takeaway that deliver. Consistently the best. Also, we’ve tried all those that offer fried chicken and these guys are again...the best!

Pizza was too salty, no response called couple of times to cancel order or no voicemail recording service, and took 30 hour extra to make the food

We got food in good time but the rib combo boxes the chicken was pink so only ate the chips and alot of food was rubbery

By far the worst chicken ever! One time i was buying my friend chicken and chips, then i forgot the sauce. i went back and told them to add sauce. Man said EXTRA 30p FOR SAUCE, BRUDAAAH ARE YOU SKUNKED! i was just like forget it.
