Caprinos Pizza in Milton Keynes

I ordered the food at 8pm and after 1 hour still hasn’t arrived, I won’t order anymore. It can’t take so long for a small pizza and some mozzarella sticks. 🤷‍♀️

Tandoori pizza was good. Shawarma had hardly any chicken. Arrived late

Poor service by restaurant and extremely poor service by Caprino's customer service. Ordered Veg supreme pizza on Tuesday (Buy one get 1 free) from Caprino's site. Instead of offer, they deduct money for 2 pizzas. When called to restaurant, they said they can't do anything. When made complaint to customer care, no resolution from their side as well. Also, delivery was made after 1.5Hrs, though on site it was showing only 45min. Again poor delivery service. Food, Ordered Sriracha sauce specifically, but received Garlic and Herb. Seems like restaurant doesn't care and read the order properly. Dissatisfied with the company's as well as restaurant's service and also with food. Editing my review: Replying to reply on my review Nothing happened, Neither I was not given any refund, nor received a proper response. Since you are saying that you sometimes refund, at first what do you mean by sometimes? Is it based on what you think, don't you any any standard procedure? I did call to the restaurant right after order placement as I saw I was charged double, but I received a reply "nothing can be done." and too not in a polite manner but somewhat rude. Also regarding delivery, when you know tuesdays are busy then why do you put 45min delivery, either mention it or completely remove it. FYI, for my delivery when I did not receive it for around 1.5hr, I called to restaurant and then after 10 min I received my order. Something is suspicious. Regarding sauce, thanks for admitting your mistake. But as I have given just 1 star means I not going ti order anymore from your restaurant, neither going to recommend.

The delivery was an hour late, but I'll forgive them as I've used them for around 2 years and it's always been on time or earlier. Main thing was that the food was hot and tasted good

It was horrible in everything we asked for no spicy they gave us spicy we asked for chicken they gave us sheep which we don't eat we got large they gave us a pizza that was so small that even a baby will not get full the experience was really bad we are never getting it again 😢😢😢

I couldn’t get my order because I tried to cancel it on the Just Eat app. Then, I called the restaurant to cancel it, but I haven’t received either the order or my payment.

It’s hard to find my location. I was worried about it but the person who deliver food fulfill his job very well.

I ordered quite late. Driver was curious of the time as called my mob to let me know he is by the front door. Pizza was hot. I did order curly fries, but they gave standard fries that needed cooking for a bit longer. No biggy given the time

3/5 Stars We tried Caprinos Pizza in Milton Keynes and ordered the Shawarma Blast pizza, which was tasty, fresh, crispy, and well-made—no complaints about the food at all. It’s halal, great quality, and offers good value for money. However, the experience was let down by the misleading "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal on Tuesdays. Apparently, you can only use the deal during the store's opening and closing hours on Tuesday but not after midnight. This wasn’t made clear, and the man behind the counter was quite rude and unhelpful when explaining this. His stiff attitude made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant—makes you wonder if his demeanor magically changes when the clock strikes 12 on Wednesday and the promo time changes... Atmosphere was decent and he did give me a cup of water when requested but felt really put off by initial encounter and lack of friendliness Overall, the food itself is worth it, but honesty about promotions and polite customer service would go a long way.

We have been using this establishment for some time now and they have never failed to please. A detailed menu with plenty of offers. I personally prefer the vegetarian supreme which has the right amount of heat and toppings. I have used their collection service as well and found the staff very polite and attentive.Their deliveries are punctual as well. A nice detailed menu with reasonable prices. We have been using Caprinos for some time now. The quality of food here is very good and they are also open late into the night. The deliveries are on time and staff here are polite whenever I have gone to pick up a meal. Numerous offers are in the menu online and there is a good selection of vegetarian items. Will return to try out more items.

I think Caprinos Pizza is better than Dominos in my opinion. The service not here in Milton Keynes the Oxford branch too. Always done fresh and on time even when busy. Always access to toilets to wash hands etc. Absolutely brilliant work to the Caprinos team. Also, 100% halal. Alhamdullilah.

My food never name came and i was left to sleep on an empty stomach, i am so outraged by this as i was looking forward to have my food however it never came. As a result of this, i will be demanding a full refund for the poor service given to me.
