The best pizza 🍕 in Milton Keynes I ever tried Beautiful sitting 👌 I tried Hot 🔥 freshly made sharma pizza and the dips were so delicious and added even more taste I loved it 😋 and the grilled fries were so good as well Will defo recommended to all who even never tried their pizza 👍

Good service funny staff and overall good place

Firstly waited 40 minutes upon takeaway. There were a few people who also complained and heard the manager even say “that is how long it takes”. With large ovens and cookery- I’m sure that this establishment should guarantee good time management (everyone seemed so slow and unmotivated). I then saw a poster saying that if you leave a 5 star review- you receive a free Vegan brownie. This is a way of deceiving customers and should not be permitted- especially under Trading Standards Regulations. Unfortunately, I will have to contact trading standards to report this. If you see this review deleted- it’s probably them. Furthermore, the base of the pizza tasted cheap and uncooked- the toppings were cold and chewy. Please do remove the bribery.

A good place for pizza, especially on a Tuesday where you can get the buy one get one free pizza deal on any pizza any size.

I dunno how can one fail to make a good tasting pizza. In my opinion the sauce is the problem; it's simply inedible, poison like. If you just ground a tomato with ground garlic and some oregano the taste would improve massively. Just try it.

I got told my order was cancelled ! Even made me put my details in for a refund I did that and then 20 mins later I get a knock at the door !!! Fuming as this cancellation made me order elsewhere , I got refunded and then when my order arrives my refund gets taken !!! I even called the store and no pick up when it got cancelled so I assumed they was closed !!!!

order was accepted and made ready for collection. as we were pulling in to collect it they called us and said the vegan deal pizza was not vegan due to the dough containing milk and eggs. so order was cancelled- don’t know why they advertise items as vegan if they aren’t. this is so dangerous for allergies as well

the food is lovely and hot but the hygiene of that place is really bad especially in the loo. I told this Asian man that the loos needs attention and he just shook his shoulders. wow maybe it's like that in the kitchen too and we are paying alot of money and their hygiene is bad I have to wipe the table with baby wipes because they don't do it. I think the heath inspector should come.

I have ordered your pizza and fries in Deliveroo app , my order was #7370 , it very bad experience I had, the fries were very cold and not properly fried , the pizza was very cold and the taste didn’t reach where I had last time , the pizza felt no freshness. Poor service by restaurant and extremely poor service by Caprino's customer service. Ordered Veg supreme pizza on Tuesday (Buy one get 1 free) from Caprino's site. Instead of offer, they deduct money for 2 pizzas. When called to restaurant, they said they can't do anything. When made complaint to customer care, no resolution from their side as well. Also, delivery was made after 1.5Hrs, though on site it was showing only 45min. Again poor delivery service. Food, Ordered Sriracha sauce specifically, but received Garlic and Herb. Seems like restaurant doesn't care and read the order properly. Dissatisfied with the company's as well as restaurant's service and also with food. Editing my review: Replying to reply on my review Nothing happened, Neither I was not given any refund, nor received a proper response. Since you are saying that you sometimes refund, at first what do you mean by sometimes? Is it based on what you think, don't you any any standard procedure? I did call to the restaurant right after order placement as I saw I was charged double, but I received a reply "nothing can be done." and too not in a polite manner but somewhat rude. Also regarding delivery, when you know tuesdays are busy then why do you put 45min delivery, either mention it or completely remove it. FYI, for my delivery when I did not receive it for around 1.5hr, I called to restaurant and then after 10 min I received my order. Something is suspicious. Regarding sauce, thanks for admitting your mistake. But as I have given just 1 star means I not going ti order anymore from your restaurant, neither going to recommend.

The delivery was an hour late, but I'll forgive them as I've used them for around 2 years and it's always been on time or earlier. Main thing was that the food was hot and tasted good

3/5 Stars We tried Caprinos Pizza in Milton Keynes and ordered the Shawarma Blast pizza, which was tasty, fresh, crispy, and well-made—no complaints about the food at all. It’s halal, great quality, and offers good value for money. However, the experience was let down by the misleading "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal on Tuesdays. Apparently, you can only use the deal during the store's opening and closing hours on Tuesday but not after midnight. This wasn’t made clear, and the man behind the counter was quite rude and unhelpful when explaining this. His stiff attitude made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant—makes you wonder if his demeanor magically changes when the clock strikes 12 on Wednesday and the promo time changes... Atmosphere was decent and he did give me a cup of water when requested but felt really put off by initial encounter and lack of friendliness Overall, the food itself is worth it, but honesty about promotions and polite customer service would go a long way.
