Best pizza in the town had special pizza and barbecue wings and chicken strips loved it

The service was amazing, they suggested pizza called apna special and it was amazing. I would definitely go here again.

I got two pizzas, one pepperoni with red onion and the Italiano the pepperoni pizza with red onions were delicious and the other pizza was yummy

Pizza tastes like card board. Fast service and good prices, but states ‘fresh and delicious’, certainly not delicious. Also sent me the wrong drink with my order. Fast delivery however, though I’d rather wait for quality food and the correct items. Poor experience overall, sadly.

Came to Milton Keynes for a family reunion was hungry so came here and these prices are unbeatable and avamzing Great value in 2024

the pizza we had was a family feast and were very nice but the attitude of the staff it's mainly the one who took the order stunk his no respect and no customer service experience

I haven't had a papa Luigi's Pizza in a long long time when I got on the phone the attitude of the person on the other side to the was dreadful I was trying to get help to choose which toppings and which side dishes to have and he had no time for me to waste no respect and even really got to this point of putting the phone down because I was taking too long. I went and collected the pizza the pizza we had were fine or for the family enjoyed it there was nothing really wrong with that but I gave the person Behind the Counter a right telling off for not having any respect for the customer over the phone... the management needs to get their act together and get people who want to work but without the attitude... real shame pizzas were really nice

Went there last night to order some food, food came out pipping hot like expected but it was absolutely vile, got absolutely no taste to it, it had an awful smell to it and smelt even worse the next morning😬 whilst we was at the store aswell the delivery drivers had gone behind the counter and start sorting and preparing customers food aswell.. where’s the food and hygiene too?? Really wouldn’t go there again.. was recommended by a local friend too..

2024 and no cheese alternative! How do you not have vegan cheese??? Not everyone likes or wants animal fats. And just the attitude off calling and asking if they have vegan cheese was wild. Get it together 😑

Ordered a 15" New Yorker". The staff was good and friendly, even offered free dips. Pizza itself smells and looks delicious and seems like an absolute bargain for £9.99. However I would rate it 6/10; nothing was wrong with it but it just doesn't taste that nice comparing to the popular name rivals. Dips weren't as tasty as well. Perhaps I've chosen the wrong pizza to try, might try a different one some time in the future.

Gotta say 10/10 for value and taste, we order a large deal yesterday, 4 pizzas and sides, tried the sausage and cheese stuffed crust on 2 of the pizzas, they were all absolutely delicious, everything, including the chips and garlic bread, was hot and fresh. Hands down the best pizza we have had in a long time. Very, very happy. Edit: Not so good for kebabs, terrible in fact 😢

I could say one of the best solution for Indian groceries, they have 1. Pooja items 2. Rice bags 10 & 20kgs 3. Disposable plates & glasses. 4. All Indian soaps n drinks A lil costly but that's ok

Wow. I’m genuinely really impressed. Ordered a pizza during peak time on a Friday after my socials being flooded with Papa Luigi adverts over the past few weeks. The pizza arrived steaming hot a very short while after I placed my order, friendly and polite driver handed it over. When I opened it up I was expecting to see the usual 2ft deep bread with a bit of tomato purée and some toppings out of a tin. Oh no. The tomato sauce was amazing, loads of cheese, a smooth base, a brilliant amount of toppings which were fresh and tasted high quality. This is NOT your typical independent pizza shop, this is levels. Well done boys, I’m not impressed with a lot of takeaways these days - but this was brilliant.

Had a pizza from Papa Luigi's today. Not eaten from there is years. I was so happy with my pizza and fast delivery. Will definitely be returning there for pizza in the future.

1 star because there's not option of zero stars Horrible customer service you paid your order , and never got anything, the solution from them sorry make a new order or wait 3 banking days to refunded , please never make orders at least that you don't want to receive it.,I asked the manager it's for my son birthday can I go to collect the order say if you pay again ,? Pizza burnt Donner meat so hard horried burger asked for completey plain came with salad and sauce shop dont read the notes phone shop to get a rude person answer and told me they would only deliver another burger if we paid for the drivers petrol when they got the order wrong will not be ordered again this shop is ridiculous and need training on how to treat they customers don't know how this shop has been open for so long total waste of £40

Ordered from them when visiting my friend in MK recently. Utterly disappointed! I use a local pizza place frequently where I live and this place was no match at all. Pizza not filling or tasty enough, garlic bread smaller than what you'd expect. Delivery time horrendous too. Never again.

Bit of a shame, really - used to get pizza from here often but it's really declined recently. Ended up getting a luke warm order almost 2 1/2 hours after ordering online. Every time we called asking about an ETA, we were told that the driver was "almost there". Definitely felt like there was either a major miscommunication between the store and the driver, or we were just being fobbed off. Basically: would only recommend this place if you have 3 hours spare and a love of cold pizza.

Ordered here for the first time. They delivered the wrong pizza with someone else address on it . Called to say there's a mistake but they basically said they were to busy to care and said "can't you hear the noise behind me" insinuating they were too busy and lots going on in the kitchen. You would think from his tone and the way he was talking to me that it was my fault. The man came to pick up the wrong pizza from mine and I asked him is my order in the car and he said " no , I don't where your order has gone " then he left . I then called back where I spoke to this rude individual named Andy who told me " I need to wait until the driver gets back to the depo to sort it out" and kept calling me boss . I asked the question if my pizza had been delivered to somebody else's household he said " No " mine was actually in the front seat with the driver which was a total lie. When the driver came back with the correct order I said "why did you not give me it when you last came " and the driver replied with " I delivered it to the wrong house, just had to go back and collect it " Big liars . Andy Kept saying " I can't have lengthy conversations " when calling for my pizza and kept saying " I'm busy I'll call you back " which he never did. Disgraceful service all round and felt the people were so rude on the phone as they didn't care that my order had been mixed up. Never never never again will I order from this company as rude, dishonest, and very disappointing . His name is Andy so stay clear he dont care and should be sacked as you wouldn't get that in any other professional establishment.

Came here late at night, met by an absolutely brilliant gentleman behind the counter, so friendly and charismatic as well as all the staff working . The food arrived quick and without doubt is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Would absolutely Recommend I would come back any day of the week

Came across them online so thought I would give them ago. Until I went for delivery option and they wanted to know my life story. What's my age got to do with a cheese burger. Ended up ordering else where. Who didn't treat it like I was applying for a job. I would still be filling out the boxes now if I hadn't of left it

There was a pizza on the floor covered in flies, chips were in a bucket, kebab (which he went to microwave but stopped as he saw me looking) food was disgusting had flu like symptoms for days after and sickness, spoke to a doctor and was told it was food poisoning. Service was abysmal! Never ordering again

What an awful place, ordered a takeaway and they got it wrong 3 times out of 3, how difficult it is to do a plain kebab and a burger with no lettuce

My god this has to be the worst kebab I have ever had, the kebab meat was so burnt it was unedible, how can a take away offer such awful food on a daily basis, wish I could find somewhere else, maybe pay a but more, the staff, a male employee is probably the rudest person I have known, no customer service skills

advertised wrong on deliveroo, said the doner and chips comes with salad and a pita, didn’t receive either. came late and didn’t update deliveroo once. I called 3 times to ask for updates and was told they stop delivering at one. when it arrived that had attached a flyer that says they stop delivering at 3.

Ordered 2 pizzas, chicken strips and a burger this evening and I’ve got to say the food was delicious 🤤 the pizza tasted amazing and my husband said that the burger was the best. The delivery was quick and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommended 🤩🤩🤩

Tried quite a few brand name pizza companies their food all tastes the same processed at least their pizza has a decent amount of sauce and cheese dough is a bit rubbery but cooked well filled me up!

You guys used to do the best pizzas Now thats not the case pizzas that turned up at was was the the cheese wasnt cooked properly it was so under cooked the meats was just some kind of cheap stuff that tasted ranked was so rank not even my dog would eat it he just walked away

I called up for a collection order, and half way through my order he put the phone down on me. Poor customer service, don’t need to be rude and complain to paying customers that you’re busy. Shouted at me when I was telling you I was collecting and order and told me I wasted your time for telling you my order. Then he aggravated when my order was on the side, like I should have known it was mine? I can’t see through boxes! I have not had a problem with the food but the customer service the last few times, has made me never come back. And I’ve been told by other people they won’t be returning because of the customer service.

Just received order now, got a burnt, dry burger patty amd a dry crmated chicken wings.

2 out of 2 so far, the southern fried chicken was again the worst yet, asked being a regular customer for nice pieces and got refried disgusting chicken and chips, with a £2 delivery, please when you are looking for customers in this current climate, don't serve this disgusting food

Very poor customer service, I ordered 2 pizzas with 4 different toppings and received 2 margheritas (not to mention that I didn't receive my sweet chilli dip). I tried to call them but very unpleasant guy named Andy picked up the phone and said that it's my fault, not their and they won't deliver me proper pizzas and he just hung up.

I previously left a review on Just Eat saying that they failed to deliver. However, that is not true. Delivery did arrive, it was just so late that even the online tracker thought the order was long finished I apologise for my rushed actions and I will amend them as soon as I get the chance to renew said review. The best no-fuss pizza shop in town!

They leave their Deliveroo tablet online overnight to take people's money and provide nothing, hoping that people won't complain to get their money back. Avoid at all costs.

Value is good, but everything tastes bad. Fries are 100% microwaved warm and the pizza dough tastes odd while the toppings have no flavour. Pay the extra and enjoy a papa johns man don’t ruin your night 🤣

Have been a long standing customer of Papa Luigi's in Stacey Bushes in Milton Keynes for a number of years. The management are outright rude, aggressive and abusive at times towards customer orders and requests The food quality, has deterioated to terrible flavour, with pizza regularly being delivered either luke warm, or overcooked and over greasy. The company makes it clear that they have no interest in keeping customers or treating them with respect, often being impatient with telephone orders, or uptight that that they have to find a card machine to process the payment, or make pizza alterations. Overall I'm done now, with the disgusting pizza that was delivered to me today. Avoid this conpany for any level of tasty or quality Pizza !

Always used them since early 2000's but lately the standards have slipped with delivery times being well over an Hour. Shame when they they used to be so good. I'd recommend doing cash on delivery rather than being heald to rasom when having to call to ask where your delivery is.

Called to order, was on hold for ages, then someone came on the phone and said they're waiting for "the guy", he'll be 5 to 10 minutes can I just hold. I said I wouldn't hold for that long as already been on the phone for ages. A few minutes later someone else demanded my phone number and address, I placed my order which was read back to me. Two pizzas and sides arrived, fairly quickly. One pizza was wrong, missing a topping, neither was hot. The sides were rank, we wondered if they'd had been mea for an earlier order. They were cold and so soggy they were actually wet.

When it's good it's brilliant. Great quality, hot, tasty. More often than not the order is wrong somehow. But they are always great at resolving things.

Worst place ever! So overpriced and food quality is baaaad. Paid £24 pound last night and that just went all in the bin. Pizza super greasy, burger was tasteless and watery... never ordering from here again...

By far the best fast food pizza takeaways! Been going to these guys for years now, never let me down, the cheese stuff crust is one of the best I've tasted! It's very good value for your money. I got 2 12 inch pizzas even though I ordered and paid for 2 nine inches and it came fast

I love the pizza from here, they really do get the base perfect and lots of toppings. But the last time I ordered I waited and hour and a half before calling to find out where my order was to be given a mouthful from the owner for giving them a fake address, now considering I have lived at the same address for 20 years, and my address came up on their system from my phone number and I confirmed it with them, where do you think the fault lies? After the tirade of abusive language I got from them, I can never order from this company again

If your late then your food is cold that's what happens when you don't let your driver leave unless he has minimum of 5 orders to take with him, so simple exchange the food when your found out but no you want my hard earned money. I will never understand with so many chicken/kebab/pizza/curry and forgive me if I left something out that they don't sell, would be allowed to deliver hot food to people who more now then ever actually want value for money. What's even worse is with all these delivery sites you actually pay more for the food items, then the delivery fee, then some fee just for actually placing the order, and for that you get cold food delivered late.
